FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to regular adapters to be used in oil-and-gas, chemical, petrochemical and other industries. Proposed adapter comprises packs of a bundle of vertical tubes arranged in parallel that featured cross-section varying along their axes and spacer units composed of horizontal triangular prisms. Note here that prisms in rows adjacent over height are turned through 90 degrees. Tubes in packs in rows adjacent over height are mounted with shift equal to half the tube diameter. Said tubes feature Cassinian oval-shape while ratio between diameters of widest and narrowest cross-sections makes 2:1.

EFFECT: intensified heat-and-mass exchange.

The invention relates to constructions of regular nozzles, which are used in the processes of distillation, absorption, adsorption of natural gas, as well as mixers for liquid and gas flows, as contact elements in the capacitors mixing, as sprinklers cooling towers, and may find application in almost all industrial processes, oil, gas, chemical, energy and other related industries.

Known nozzle (SU 482181, B01D 53/20, from 11.12.73), which is made from a bundle of tubes touching each other side surfaces. Each pipe in the upper part provided with a pipe of smaller diameter connected with her conical adapter, the side surface of which is made with longitudinal slots for entry of liquid into the tube. The gaps formed between adjacent tubes plugged.

Known structured packing for mass transfer apparatuses (SU 121254 A, B01D 53/20, from 16.05.84), which is made in the form of a hollow cylinder with the turbulent elements that are located on its outer surface. The elements are in the form of an annular corrugation. The radius of the depressions between the corrugations is less than the radius of the bumps themselves.

The drawback of such nozzles is that they provide insufficient efficiency of the processes of heat and mass transfer due to non-uniform gas distribution is x and liquid flow in cross-section of the device.

Closest to the present invention is a structured packing (SU 572222, F28F 25/02, 22.07.73), consisting of a beam installed in parallel vertical pipes. The tube is made variable along the axis of the area and form cross-section, as well as of series-connected identical shape of the tubular elements. Each tubular element has at least one cross-section of circular shape and the same cross-section of polygonal shape. Square bore annulus and pipe equal both at the entrance and at the exit.

The disadvantages of this design include the lack of mixing and turbulence in the gas and liquid flows inside pin packages nozzle, which reduces the increase of the efficiency of heat and mass transfer processes.

Also a disadvantage of the known designs of nozzles is that their greatest heat and/or mass transfer efficiency is manifested during some manufacturing processes, which limits their use.

The objective of the invention is to improve the intensity of the processes of heat and mass transfer due to:

- turbulence in the gas flow gap of the liquid film in the structure of the bulk lattice prisms spacers and create additional film-drip zone of contact of phases;

- redistribution and nicked knogo mixing liquid, coming from channel package from corrugated sheets, with additional horizontal movement in the block spacers.

The technical result that can be obtained using this invention, is to achieve turbulence in the flow of gas at the entrance to the package regular packing of the beam installed in parallel vertical tubes, rupture of the liquid film, the additional film-droplet interaction between gas and liquid phases, achieving mixing liquid flows in the cross section of the apparatus before entering the downstream package regular packing of the beam installed in parallel vertical pipes and, consequently, increase heat and mass transfer efficiency of the known regular nozzles mass-transfer apparatus and irrigation devices, cooling towers, as well as in expanding the scope of the nozzle.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that the regular nozzle for heat and mass transfer processes containing packages out of a bundle installed in parallel vertical pipes with varying along the axis of the cross-sectional area, according to the invention is additionally equipped with a height of unit blocks spacers, made in the form of horizontal triangular lattice prisms, and in the next paragraph is the height of the rows of prisms mounted with 90°rotation, tubes in batches in a neighbouring height rows offset set equal to half the diameter of the pipe, and thus have the shape of a Cassini oval, and the ratio of the diameters of the widest and most narrow section of pipe is in the ratio 2:1.

Figure 1 shows a regular nozzle, provided with a block spacers of volume elements; figure 2 shows in plan a block of tubes in the form of a Cassini oval with an offset equal to half the diameter of the tube; figure 3 shows in isometric surround grating element spacers; figure 4 shows the block spacers of triangular prisms.

Regular nozzle for heat and mass transfer processes, packages containing from 1 beam installed in parallel vertical pipes 2 variable along the axis of the cross-sectional area, characterized in that the package 1 is further provided with the height of the apparatus 3 blocks spacers 4 made in the form of horizontal triangular lattice prisms 5, and in the neighbouring height rows of prisms 5 are rotated through 90°, the pipe 2 in the package 1 in a neighbouring height rows offset set equal to half the diameter of the pipe 2, the tubes 2 are in the form of a Cassini oval, and the ratio of the most widest and most narrow section of the pipe 2 is in the ratio 2:1.

Structured packing is as follows. The liquid phase is udaetsya on the top side of the package 1, collected from beam installed in parallel vertical pipes 2, and flows down on the surface in the form of a thin film in contact with the ascending flow of gas, thus, the mass transfer between liquid and gas is in film mode.

After the package 1 of the beam parallel to the installed vertical pipe 2, the liquid flows into the block spacers 4 made from stacked in rows of horizontal triangular lattice prisms 5 installed rotated by 90° in adjacent rows. The liquid spreads on the surface of the surround grating elements 5. Liquid films in the volume of the spacers 5 are broken, the fluid flow regime becomes film-drip. The gas flow in the volume of the lattice spacers 5 turbulizers.

Placement of spacers between bundles of corrugated sheets:

to increase the intensity of the processes of heat and mass transfer due to turbulence in the gas flow coming from the closed channels located below the spacers pack of corrugated sheets, with additional mixing in the block spacers;

to create more film-drip zone of contact of phases, which leads to an increase in mass transfer efficiency nozzles and reduce capital expenditures;

to increase the intensity of the processes of heat and mass transfer due to the processing of the distribution of the liquid, coming from a package in the form of a bundle of pipes installed vertically and parallel to each other, using her extra movement on the surface of the block elements of the spacers in a horizontal direction, which ensures the mixing of the liquid and its uniform distribution on the cross section of the device.

The arrangement of nozzles in the form of alternating packages and spacers as the main components of a regular packing is done in such a way that upon reduction of limits of less than 2:1 there comes a decrease in efficiency from the use of these spacers, while increasing the limits more than 2:1 lost develop specific surface area of the nozzle.

Offer regular nozzle improves the efficiency of heat and mass transfer on 19-21% in the process of evaporative cooling of circulating water in cooling towers, simple to manufacture and can be used in the reconstruction of known regular nozzles collected from beam installed in parallel vertical tubes, varying along the axis of the cross-sectional area, according to the invention by placing the height between packets of the respective spacers, allowing to intensify the processes of heat and mass transfer due to turbulence in the gas flow and flow distribution of the liquid.

Proposed bed comprises horizontal metal or plastic tapes, or those of chemically or mechanically stable clothes, arranged in parallel with spacing equal to one tape width to make lines. Underlying line is shifted relative to overlying line by the width of one tape. Distance between said lines equals also the tape width. SUBSTANCE: structured head piece is made of metal sheet for facilitation to transfer of heat and mass near reactor wall. Structured head piece induces side flow of fluid running through the head piece in such a way that one jet hits one wall of reactor. Head piece may be used in cylinder, ring-type of plate-type reactor, catalytic reactor or heat-exchanger.

SUBSTANCE: continuous-packing column is intended for mass exchange processes. Proposed packing consists of multiple welded round-link chains suspended vertically in parallel. Said chains suspended free with no fixation or tension feature elongated oval shape of the links and distance there between equal to diameter of link rod while adjacent links of one chain are arranged perpendicular to each other. Gas flowing from bottom to top makes chains oscillate and get contact so that fluid dropping in film is mixed to intensify mass transfer. To intensify oscillation of chains in column top and bottom sections, electromagnetic oscillator is arranged to make chains oscillate.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of making regular packing for mass exchange processes in absorption and rectification columns. In making packing layer, first, carcass should be made. Its elements may be fabricated from metall rods, angles, hollow tubes or wire, as well as from woven cables or other nonmetallic materials with proper resistance to media of their use. Packing elements representing horizontal corrugated tapes and screen flat vertical metal sheets are secured on said carcass. Said tapes may be made from both metal and plastics, or chemically and mechanically resistant fabric. Thickness of rods may be decreased as well as packing hydraulic resistance.

SUBSTANCE: regular packing is made up of gang sections consisting of parallel lines of drop-shaped elements. Drop-shaped element side surface, starting from joint rod, is furnished with extensions making γ-shaped section. Surface of γ-shaped elements is made from lavsan monothreads that make a screen. Section rounded edge is directed toward gas flow while section ends are directed toward fluid flow. Angle of attach of said elements with respect to gas flow varies from 0° to 20°, while said elements are staggered. Note here that elements in adjacent lines arranged over apparatus height are inclined in opposite directions and displaced in horizontal by 1.0-3.0 of packing element widths. Spacing of elements in every line makes 1.5-3.5 of said width. Note also that element height makes 4.0-8.0 of element width.

Regular packing consists of contact packs 1 arranged spaced apart along apparatus height and made up of corrugated sheets 2 mounted vertically and in parallel to stay in contact by extending crimps 3 so that free channels 4 are formed. Sets of spacings 6 are fitted between said contact packs and made up of bulk elements arranged in rows. Every said bulk element represents triangular prism 8 with two convex top faces and concave bottom face. Prism lattice surface features identical-shape holes with free area. Height of aforesaid packs 1 relates to that of set of spacings 6 as 2:1. Total height of said set makes, at least, two rows of prisms turned through 90° in adjacent rows. Corrugated sheets 2 of adjacent contact packs are turned through 60-120° relative to each other in horizontal plane.

SUBSTANCE: device for purification of liquefied hydrocarbon gases from acidic components includes pipeline 1 of supply of flow of liquid hydrocarbons for purification, connected with evaporation unit 2, which has pipeline 7 of output of flow of liquefied hydrocarbon gases and pipeline 3 of output of gas phase flow, connected with unit 4 of removal of acidic components, provided with pipeline 5 of output of purified gas phase flow. Installation is provided with unit 6 of absorption of gas phase purified flow from unit of removal of acidic components, as well as connected through additionally installed unit 8 of cooling with pipeline 7 of output of flow of liquefied hydrocarbon gases from evaporation unit 2. Absorption unit 6 has pipeline 9 of output of purified flow of liquefied hydrocarbon gases and pipeline 10 of output of undissolved part of gases. Unit 6 of absorption of gas phase purified flow can be connected with pipeline of output of gas phase purified flow from unit 5 of removal of acidic components through additionally installed unit 11 of gas phase washing or through additionally installed unit 17 of gas phase drying.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to purify flow of liquefied hydrocarbon gases from acidic components and obtain purified hydrocarbons in liquid form.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: housing of vertical column with bubble cap plates consists of an end, rings and a cover plate. Flanges are fixed on end faces of rings. Bubble cap plates consist of bases in the form of a disc, bubbling caps, overflow pipes and a hydraulic seal. Vertical supports with an expansion gap are installed on the end and on each base. On external cylindrical surface of each base there is a circular slot into which a split ring made of two symmetrical semi-rings connected to each other is tightly installed. Bases are clamped between flanges of rings. Circular grooves are coaxially made on lower and upper surfaces of each base. Parts of bubbling caps, overflow pipes and hydraulic seal, which are embedded into the base, are located inside the circle of the smallest inner diameter of groove. Depth of groove is equal to 2/3 of the base thickness, and sum of widths of grooves is equal at least to the half thermal expansion of the base in radial direction. Housing and split rings are made from steel; internal surfaces of housing are protected with plastic fluor; parts located inside the housing are made from plastic fluor-4.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designs of contact devices for rectification and absorption devices. The contact element of the valve disc comprises a valve with two vertically directed legs equipped with lifting limiters. Lifting limiters are arranged in the form of symmetric tabs. In the area of connection of tabs with legs, in angles of bend, the cross connection of tabs and legs is reduced by 1/4 of their width, and the length of tabs L in the unfolded form makes (0.7÷0.8)·D, where D is the diametre or width of a hole on the disc plane. Tabs of legs are bent in a horizontal plane at the angle of 110-120° between tabs. At the same time at one of the legs the tabs are bent towards the centre of the valve, and on the other one - away from the centre. The method to install a contact element includes insertion of the contact element into the hole of the disc plane. After insertion of the tab into the hole of the disc plane those legs that are bent towards the valve centre are bent in the horizontal plane in direction from the centre with the angle of 110-120° between tabs. The height of the valve lift is controlled with the leg length by bending tabs in the vertical plane by the angle of up to 90°.

EFFECT: reduced labour intensiveness and improved quality of contact element installation into the disc plane with provision of its stable operation.

Said cells make areas of counterflow contact of upward fluid flow and downward fluid flow in said device. Downward fluid flow inlet made in vertical wall of every stage acts as resistance for fluid volume formation and makes downward fluid flow locked by said baffle entering the adjacent cell of lower lateral stage. Intake port of upward fluid flow made at top side of said inlet makes upward fluid flow flowing in from lower lateral stage cells.

SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger relates to desorption of gases from fluids with the help and other inert gas and abruption of definite gases by fluid from gas flow in mutual contact. Proposed heat exchange comprises horizontal casing 1 with bottoms 1a and 1b, fluid feed and discharge branch pipes 2 and 3, respectively. Gas distribution manifold 6 is arranged coaxially inside said casing and provided with branch pipe 7 to feed desorbing or absorbing gas provided with bubbling orifices 8 and inclined baffles 0 arranged above said orifices. Casing bottom 1b has fluid discharge hole 1c arranged on the side of fluid feed branch pipe to define minimum fluid working level. Hydraulic gate 4 is arranged behind said branch pipe and has adjusted height sill 4b to adjust fluid level in aforesaid case while branch pipe 3 to discharge processed fluid us connected to hydraulic gate. Flute 10 to collect and discharge fluid is arranged above aforesaid gas distribution manifold 6.

EFFECT: higher quality of desorption, simplified design, reduced metal consumption.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in air treatment. Device to remove trace CO2 from atmospheric air comprises one or several elements made from foamed material with exposed or screened pores. Foamed material has open CO2 passages coated with solid sorbent. Multiple elements of foamed material may be arranged spaced apart to make open CO2 passages coated with solid absorbent. Method of increasing contact between trace CO2 in atmospheric air low and solid sorbent comprises producing surfaces coated by solid sorbent in foamed material with open and/or screened pores and forcing gas flow along lower-drag paths crossing foamed material. Note here that foamed material is filled, mainly, with air. At least some air volumes inside said pores are interconnected and connected with gas flow in channels passing through foamed material.

EFFECT: better contact between sorbent and air flow.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises groups of parallel rectangular plates with corrugated bottom. The ribs of the corrugation are oriented along the flow, and the distance between the plates does not exceed 30 mm. Between the plates, rods or pipes are arranged at an angle 90±15° to the vector of flows. The plates are assembled in groups of parallel plates inclined downstream. The uniform distribution of fluid over the plates when fluid flows from one plate group to another group is provided by means of distributing-overflowing devices.
