Then, the panels are washed three times, fixed with ethanol for 20 minutes and stained by Romanowsky-Giemsa. Local humoral anticholeraic immunity is assessed under the microscope by the number of vibrions stained in dark blue and attached to one erythrocyte. |

Method of producing scandium-bearing concentrate from red mud Invention relates to extraction of scandium oxide from red mud wastes of alumina production. This process comprises leaching said red mud by carbonate solutions at gassing of slime pump by gas-air mix containing CO2. Pulp is filtered out to produce scandium-bearing solution to separate scandium, from impurities. Scandium compounds are deposited from purified solution. Scandium concentrate is filtered out, flushed dried. Red mud leaching is performed, first, by initial vibration cavitation of pulp. Scandium is separated from impurities by sorption with phosphate ionites. Scandium is desorbed from ionite organic phase by mixed carbonate-chloride solutions in pulse mode to get scandium-bearing eluate. The latter is subjected to stepwise deposition of scandium marginally soluble compounds. Note here that, first, impurities, are deposited to separate the precipitate that represents a titanium-zirconium concentrate. Now, scandium concentrate is deposited. |

Thereafter analysis of the development monitoring results is made, a numerical filtration model of the deposit is created on the basis of compositional approach and the model is adapted in two stages. Each of stages represents an exact algorithm excluding impact of each subsequent adaption step to results of the previous one. At the first stage material balance of hydrocarbon pseudo components is set for the deposit envisaging compliance with precise volume and mass production of the formation gas at the facility as a whole considering values of formation pressure. At the second stage the model is set for data of long-term operation of wells. At that values of bottomhole and wellhead pressure, group production of the formation gas are used as parameters for quality control of the model. Additional parameters of control include distribution of production by wells considering results of gas condensate surveys, inflow profile in compliance with bottomhole logging, values of formation pressure by wells, which are received on the basis of hydrodynamic research data. Upon adaption of the model in the above way and specification of characteristics of filtration and phase transitions in oil and gas condensate systems the model is started to calculate forecast of the development cost-performance ratio and, in result, basing on this model process modes for operation of wells, loops and gas processing facilities are defined against production levels for short-term and long-term prospects ensuring high final recovery factors of hydrocarbon products. |

Hydrocarbon production method with pressure maintenance in fractured reservoirs This invention refers to hydrocarbon production from a fractured reservoir. The method of hydrocarbon production from a fractured reservoir, which matrix is oil-wetted, includes at least one injector and producer, both interconnected to fractures and the matrix, consists of the following stages: a) injection primarily through the injector of a solution of surfactants, which increase viscosity and penetrate to the network of fractures interacting weakly with the matrix and creating a plug in situ in order to reduce significantly and selectively permeability of fractures and to facilitate passage of the solution at the stage b) to the matrix; b) injection secondarily through the injector of a solution of surfactants, which are capable to interact with the matrix thus preferably improving its oil-wetting and oil recovery, at that the above solution flows preferably through the matrix and upon the latent period of at least 24 hours; c) injection thirdly through the injector of water that leads to increase of surface tension, saturation of matrix, oil recovery and, upon solving of the above plug formed at the stage a) by oil, oil displacement to the producer. Method of washover of horizontal well Method comprises the creation of drilling fluid circulation using the direct layout of washover by pumping through the drilling pipe string with bit, lowered into a well of main drilling fluid and drilling fluid with viscosity, ensuring the increased cutting-carrying capacity. An aerated flush fluid is used as a drilling fluid. During washover with aerated flush fluid the drilling pipes are lowered at the axial speed 20 m/h and at rotational speed 40 rpm. After passing of each 5 m the string lowering is paused and it is raised by 2 meters, the circulation with aerated flush fluid is performed at increased flow rate during 15 minutes, then the lowering is continued. Polymeric bars from acrylic copolymer, soluble paper and soluble cork soluble in aerated flush fluid are used as a drill fluid with the increased cutting-carrying capacity. Bars are thrown off into the pipe string from the wellhead at extension of each pipe of the drill column, starting from the interval of build angle of open borehole above higher 40 degrees at washover of horizontal well and until achievement of the open borehole foot. |

The device comprises a body from a chemically, thermally, mechanically stable and γ-permeable material. In the body there is one or more dead threaded cavities with a conical surface at the inlet. A sampler with a responsive conical surface providing for sealing of the cavity during contact of both conical surfaces is screwed into the cavity. A metal plate is fixed to the body, the cut in which produces a handle to grip the body by an inflated glove of the astronaut's spacesuit. On the Earth the device in the assembled and sealed form is sterilised by γ-radiation. On the orbit the cosmonaut holding the body by the handle extracts the sampler from the cavity. After sampling and sealing of the sampler the device is returned to the Earth for analysis. |
