Invention relates to operation of a hybrid vehicle. In the method of control of operation of the hybrid vehicle in case of failure of a power system high voltage will be transformed into low voltage for power supply of at least one control unit of the hybrid vehicle. At detection of a malfunction in the high-voltage power system it is disconnected from the electric driving unit. After disconnection of the high-voltage power system the electric driving unit is brought into the state intended for the generation of voltage safe for users, which will be converted into low voltage for power supply of, at least, one control unit. The device for the implementation of the above described method of control contains at least two driving units, one electric driving unit, a high-voltage and low-voltage power system and control units of the hybrid vehicle. Also there are devices for bringing of the electric driving unit into the state intended for the generation of safe voltage. |

Method for reducing formation of scale in engine operating on fuel from vegetable oil Invention relates to methods for the reduction of formation of scale in a combustion chamber of engines operating on pure vegetable oils and mixed fuels (a mixture of diesel fuel and vegetable oil) and can be used in feed and lubrication systems of internal combustion engines operating on high-viscosity bio-diesel fuels on the basis of vegetable oils such as pure vegetable oils, mixed fuels from vegetable oils. The method for reducing the formation of scale in an engine operating on fuel from vegetable oil consists in the fact that to the fuel there added is an additive in the form of a nano-disperse powder containing carbon in the form of thermally split acid-intercalated graphite with silicone dioxide and aluminium trioxide. The concentration of the nano-disperse powder in the fuel and/or in engine oil is 0.01…0.1%. |

Each terminal (106) comprises means of storing (112) at least a part of all the parameters, means of determining own geographic coordinates (113) in the coverage area and means of determining transmission parameters (114) for use based on parameters and geographic coordinates. |

Since the terminal experiences different fading conditions, the terminal receives separate transmit power control (TPC) commands. Due to the multiple projecting parts, the inner surface of the cylindrical basket-type tank for washing has the wavy shape of a sine curve. During washing, the cleaning liquid stream, moving from the inner surface of the cylindrical basket-type tank for washing towards the centre, is created with the wavy shape of a sine curve during rotation of the cylindrical basket-type tank for washing at a rate of 120 rpm or less. |

Invention proposes a printing material with a thermally transferred pattern for the protection against forgery, a special foil for thermal transfer and a manufacturing method of such a printing material. The method involves the following stages: arbitrary application of fibres on foil with an adhesive so that the foil for thermal transfer can be obtained; scanning and receiving the information characterising arbitrary distribution of the fibres; and storage of specific information in a data base of a computer-aided system of requests for the protection against forgery, which is connected to a telephone network and/or the Internet for public familiarisation and check of authenticity. By using the applicable methods and equipment for thermal transfer, the manufacturer of the printing material can manufacture the printing material with the protection against forgery, which has a local pattern, by means of thermal transfer with the thermal transfer foil. This invention makes a break-through in the area referring to the "pattern" in the existing state of the art and proposes one more new technical measure for the protection against forgery using fibres. |

Device for atmospheric electricity take off and lightning protection of facilities Device consists of a sealed body and a remote lightning rod. Steel wires are used as the lightning rod. Lightning strike is initiated by optical breakdown of the air induced by a beam of a pulse infrared laser. Direction of the ionising beam is set by a controlled flat and moving mirror. This mirror is used simultaneously in the system for optical scanning of the atmosphere. The induced lightning is propagated along the ionised channel and strikes the lightning rod when it reaches its level. Current pulse generated at the lightning strike is transformed by Tesla transformer. A series-oscillatory circuit is included into the device composition. |
