A combustion chamber being a swirler, a rotor with spherical blades with sealing vanes and spool valve grooves adjacent to the rotor are arranged in the motor housing. A spherical swirl-type combustion chamber is taken out to the reverse side of the spool valve, offset and opened to the side of formation of an "operating stroke" cavity and has two blind channels. Tangential supply of compressed air and discharge of expanding gases is performed through blind channels. A provision is made for use of an additional spool valve for release of residual pressure from the combustion chamber and its blowdown using two channels after the rotor is turned through more than 60 degrees from longitudinal axis. The exhaust is provided with a swirler with a blind channel for concentration of exhaust gases and removal of air from the groove of the second spool valve to the "inlet" path cavity. A compensator is provided in the groove of the main spool valve. The compensator transfers the compressed air between adjacent surfaces of the spool valve and the rotor blade with further release in the action zone of the "operating stroke" path to maintain the combustion process. |

Invention can be used for the design of the liquid fuel rocket motor (LFRM) with turbopump fuel system designed without afterburning, with radiation-cooled camera nozzle attachment. LFRM includes turbopump unit (TPU) 1, gas-producer 2, exhaust line of TPU turbine 3, combustion chamber 4 with radiation-cooled nozzle attachment 5 and manifold 6 on the nozzle of the combustion chamber 4, connected with the exhaust line 3. Around the radiation-cooled attachment 5 the housing 7 is provisioned, the manifold 6 is located in the zone of joint of the radiation-cooled attachment 7 and regenerative-cooled parts of the nozzle of the camera 4 and is connected with the input of the annular cavity formed by the housing 7 and wall of the radiation-cooled attachment 7, the output of which is connected to ring-type supersonic nozzle 8, surrounding the radiation-cooled attachment 7. Engine without connecting rod and method to eliminate jamming of its mechanism Invention refers to piston machines with a motion converter without a connecting rod and can be used in their structures. The essence of the invention consists in the fact that a radial engine comprises a casing with at least six cylinders installed on it, a guide unit interacting by the surfaces of its elements with the piston rods is placed inside and fixed in the casing, a crankshaft is installed in the guide unit and is fitted by cranks which are evenly distributed along the circle with the centre being set in the axes of its extreme journals and the number of cranks corresponds to the number of cylinder pairs. The crankshaft provides for axial rotation of the extreme journals and orbital revolution as per the radius of pistons' stroke quarter and ensures the movement of piston systems and connecting rods coupling them by means of the cranks. The extreme crankshaft journals at the radius of pistons' stroke quarter are pivotally coupled with the levers of the working shaft consisting of two parts. Therewith the working shaft parts are synchronized by even distribution of loads from gas forces affecting the journals of the crankshaft cranks on both sides from its centre, and the working shaft parts are take-off shafts for the power being evenly distributed between them. |
