The transmitting means (23) transmits the control displacement to the locking displacement greater than the control displacement, of the locking element (26). Even tier is mined after excavation of the chambers of underlying and overlying tiers and filling the least with the fill. Method for fruits and berries enrichment with zinc Invention relates to the field of food industry, in particular, to production of fruits and berries enriched with zinc for zinc deficit prevention. The method envisages twofold foliar treatment of plants expanded leaves by way of spraying, early in the morning, in the evening or during daytime in cloudy, but not rainy weather, with a water solution of zinc sulphate with concentration equal to 6 g/l with addition of 6 g of calcium hydroxide. Repeated treatment is performed in 10-12 days; the zinc sulphate solution consumption terms and rate are observed. For production of fruits and berries enriched with zinc one uses garden strawberry, edible honeyberry, actinidia, apple-tree, ashberry and chokeberry plants. |

On the part of the ramp for heavy-duty dump trucks, located at the final pit edge the ramp is formed for light-duty dump trucks. The ramp for light-duty dump trucks from the working edge is moved to the final pit edge, with the formation on it of the steep ramp for movement on it of dump trucks with articulated frame. The rock mass from the steep ramp is transported to the surface on the ramp for light-duty dump trucks on the final pit edge. At the lower part of the pit under conditions of confined space the steep ramp for dump trucks with articulated frame is formed in a known manner. |

Method of oil deposit development by thermal and water-gas simulation In this method of oil deposit development by thermal and water-gas simulation composed of drilling of producers and injectors at the oil deposit area, injecting of water-gas mixture and heat carrier through injectors, extracting of the product through producers, vertical producers and injectors are drilled as per in-line development method, calculation of optimal injection parameters is made as per thermal hydrodynamic model with use of the above wells drilling data. Ratio of the vertical producers and injectors is 2:1. Horizontal injectors are drilled between lines of vertical producers without vertical injectors. Horizontal shafts are placed in parallel to each other with length of (1.4-2.8)·a, where a is the distance between vertical wells. Horizontal injectors are equipped with bottomhole heaters and injection is made to the formations lying at the depth of 700 m and more with hot water at temperature of at least 95°C at the wellhead and under injection pressure of (0.45-0.85)·Pg, where Pg is vertical ground pressure; to the formations lying at the depth less than 700 m water steam is injected with temperature of at least 200°C at the wellhead and steam dryness factor of 0.6-0.8. To each vertical injector water-gas mixture is injected, at that the mixture consists of water and associated gas, with the consumption rate of Qg=Vg/N+Qw, m3/day, where Vg is volume of produced associated gas from the zone per day, m3; N is a number of vertical injectors; Qw is consumption of water injected to vertical injectors ensuring 100% current compensation of extraction by injection in the zone, m3/day. |

Proposed method comprises feeding the glass melt via mould opening with the help of melt portion feed system through inlet of the mould that includes inlet hole, discharge hole and guides of melt portion, in the steps that follow. At step (a), glass melt portion is arranged at feed system inlet hole. At step (b), melt portion is guided to feed system discharge hole. At step (c), glass melt potion discharged from said discharged hole is arranged in the mould opening. With geophysical investigations availability of a cement sheath is defined behind the production casing and seal failures are found in the production casing. Then when cement sheath is not detected behind the production casing and seal failures are found in the production casing the cement sheath is grown behind the production casing and failures in the production casing are sealed by plugging. Quality of the production casing plugging is determined by repeated geophysical investigations. Then, small-diameter string plugged from below is lowered from wellhead to bottom. Then additional string is run in from the well bottomhole and a cement plug is installed by pressurised plugging from the bottomhole up to the wellhead using high-temperature cement with addition of fibres in quantity of 0.2% of the dry cement weight. The additional string is removed from the well; the borehole is poured by high temperature cement up to the wellhead. Thereupon the string of low diameter is filled with antifreeze. Then a fibre-optical cable is run in to the macaroni string. Upon the well abandonment temperature distribution is recorded periodically in the well borehole. |

And the said composition is prepared by mixing the gas phlegmatiser and liquid and/or dispersed flame retardant in the vessel under pressure of 1-12 MPa at a ratio of gas phlegmatiser and the flame retardant in a ratio of from 1:3 to 1:1, followed by feeding the obtained gas-dispersed mixture of the above vessel through the main pipeline to the slit-like convergent sprayer. And the sprayer is mounted at the calculated distance from the wellhead, providing breakdown of a burning torch. The device comprises a sealed container with the chemical inhibitor, a balloon gas source connected with the cavity of the said container with the tubular aerator providing injection of the extinguishing agent through the start-locking device and the main pipeline. The pipeline is connected through the membrane, mechanical or electrical valve with a nozzle sprayer. And the nozzle is made in the form of a slit-like confuser with an angle of convergence of the generants in the vertical plane defined by a given mathematical expression. |

The demercurisation solution is prepared through synthesis of calcium polysulphide formed in a demercurisation apparatus at 50°C from lime and sulphur in ratio of 1:2 with sulphur concentration of 51-100 g/l. An anionic surfactant in the form of alkyl sulphate is added to the solution in amount of 5% of the weight of lime and a nonionic surfactant in the form of sintanol (oxyethylated alcohol) is also added to the solution in amount of 10% of the weight of lime. After treating the wastes, the spent solution is discharged from the demercurisation apparatus, followed removal of mercury sulphide therefrom and feeding into a storage container, from which the purified solution is fed for preparing washing liquid. |

In the support circular shell and in the step-bearing adjacent to the end of the shaft of the low pressure rotor there are holes communicated with each other. The device also includes a control throttle located in the steam discharge branch pipe in the direction of the discharged steam to the safety valve, compressed air supply and discharge pipelines connected to the steam discharge branch pipe on both sides relative to the control throttle. Both the pipelines are equipped with cutoff valves and pressure sensors. A flow meter is installed in the compressed air discharge pipeline. Each of the sensors is connected by a pulse line to the control unit. |

Invention consists in priming of mice with plasmid DNA encoding the gene of protein of interest to the researcher, which provides in vivo expression, processing, corresponding post-translational 3D conformation and induces an immune response similar to the serum to the infectious agent. Synergism of priming with DNA-plasmid and booster of effect of administration of recombinant protein in soluble form provides high avidity of CD4+ and CD8+ T-cells and, as a consequence, the affinity and avidity of monoclonal antibodies obtained. Application of DNA immunisation method and subsequent administration of a recombinant protein expands the range of methods of production of hybridomas producing specific mAb to different antigens. The method was tested in preparation of monoclonal antibodies to epitopes of phosphoprotein vp30 of African swine fever virus. The monoclonal antibodies thus obtained are capable of recognising antigenic determinants of phosphoprotein vp30 of African swine fever virus with cross immunoreactivity to the recombinant protein produced in E.coli clone PTT9/ASFVp30/2. |

In the method of obtaining a foam-generator for the production of foam-concrete and foam-concrete constructions, including the hydrolysis of the protein-containing raw material in the presence of calcium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide is formed, when calcium oxide is introduced in a hydrolysed reaction mixture, the hydrolysis process is carried out in one stage in a reactor-hydrolyser, provided with high-speed stirrer and an external circular loop with a pump for 5-9 hours at a temperature of 110-132°C with the weight ratio of initial ingredients "feather wastes:water:calcium oxide", equal to 100 : (350-400) : (3.5-3.7), with pH of the lime-feather mass at the beginning of hydrolysis varying within the interval of 12.0-12.4, and at the end of hydrolysis in the interval of 7.5-7.7. |
