Measurement method of amplitude of bidirectional pulse of magnetic field At implementation of the method, two sensitive elements with a rectangular hysteresis loop are used, which are made from magnetic material having a coercitive force corresponding to the middle of a dynamic amplitude measurement range. When in an initial state, the first and the second sensitive elements are magnetised till saturation; then, they are placed at the test point of space and oriented in an opposite way. The first element is demagnetised with the first polarity of the determined pulse of a magnetic field, and the second one - with the second polarity. When the pulse to be determined is passed, first, as per residual magnetisation of the second sensitive element and its calibration chart obtained for a one-directional pulse, a value of the second polarity of the determined pulse of the magnetic field is evaluated; then, as per the value of the second polarity, residual magnetisation of the first sensitive element and its family of calibration charts obtained for one- and bidirectional pulses, an amplitude of the determined pulse of the magnetic field is evaluated. |

Device and method for measurement of fatigue state of steel structure Invention relates to the field of engineering, which can perform remote monitoring of formation and growth of cracks in steel structures. A device includes a cover that has magnetic legs for attachment of the cover to a ferromagnetic structure, at least one pair of microprocessor-controlled voltage controls; with that, each voltage control has a wire of a sensor to an electrochemical fatigue sensor attached to the structure subject to an analysis for availability of cracks as a result of fatigue of metal in the steel structure, a power source and earthing; the voltage control is used to perform monitoring of fatigue state of the steel structure; each voltage control is electrically isolated from the rest part of an electrical mounting plate of the device and includes an analogue-to-digital converter. Voltage is applied by means of a voltage control through the above sensors during cyclic loading, and current flowing through the above sensors is measured, and the measurement result is digitised for the analysis of fatigue state of the steel structure. |

Device for independent recording of pulse magnetic field Device includes the primary induction transducer, a resistor, a piece of a thin wire, a magnetoresistive bridge and electrical connectors. The transducer includes a magnetic field concentrator and a coil wound on the concentrator. The bridge made as per a thin-film integral technology includes magnetoresistors made from a ferromagnetic alloy having a rectangular hysteresis loop. The coil is connected through the resistor to the piece of the thin wire laid onto the surface of two of four magnetoresistors forming opposite arms of a magnetoresistive bridge. The device is connected through connectors to an information reading unit. |
