Method for assessment of marrow cell fissility Cells are stored in a standard stabiliser at room temperature; a first sample is taken from the suspension, and 3-3.5 hours after the suspension storage, a second sample is taken; the samples are exposed to a fluorescent potential-sensitive viral probe of iodide 2-(n-dimethylaminostyryl)-1-methylpyridinium; a probe fluorescence strength is measured in the cells; a cell portion having the probe fluorescence strength of more than 100 standard units is calculated in each probe; if observing the cell portion having the probe fluorescence strength of more than 100 standard units 1.5 times higher than in the second sample as compared to the first sample, the marrow bone fissility is stated. The method enables assessing the spontaneous marrow bone fissility caused by the effect of proper growth factors, and eliminated the reasons causing cell fission and differentiation. |

Method for prediction of caries in children Implementing the method for prediction of caries in children involves studying a previous medical history and analysing a child's fasting non-simulated oral fluid. The previous medical history is used to acquire a child's breastfeeding length (BL), completed months, an efficiency ratio (ER) of one or more fluorine-containing, vitamin, immunomodulatory food additives and/or probiotics for the first three years of child's life; if the above are used, the efficiency ratio is assigned with a numerical value of 1, and if not used, the assigned numerical value is 0. The child's non-stimulated oral fluid is measured to determine the calcium (Ca) concentration in mMole/l and the phosphorous (P) concentration in mMole/l to be related (Ca/P), as well as the lactoferrine level (LL), mcg/ml. That is followed by calculating a prediction coefficient (PC) by formula: CP=1.44-2.28×(Ca/P)-0.07×BL-0.12×ER+0.16×LL, and if observing the condition CP≥0.7, caries of temporary teeth with uncompleted mineralisation is predicted in the child. |

Method to prevent detonation of flammable gas-air mixture in pipe and device for its implementation Invention is related to the equipment to ensure fire and explosion safety and can be used in gas, oil, chemical and other industries. And in particular, it can used to ensure safety of engineering procedures involving flammable gases. Namely, the invention can be used in glycol or methanol fire regeneration units where flammable air-methane mixture is produced. The method implies introduction of process partitions along the whole pipe length inside it with certain distances between them that do not exceed the length of a predetonation section. The flame front in the central pipe zone is periodically suppressed by the deformation of the original stretched flame front, the flame front is directed straightly along the whole volume of the pipe through each partition distributing it to the border zones near the pipe walls by swirling the hot gas jets tangentially to the plane forming pipe sections, the front of the flame moving inside the pipe is retarded between the partitions, continuous deflagration burning process after each partition and along the whole pipe length is maintained. For the purpose of method implementation a device is proposed, it is made as an antidetonation insert and installed in the pipe, in the inner cavity of which detonation shock waves can be generated. The antidetonation insert comprises a rod and disks set on it and fitted by swirling blades bent at an angle to the axis's perpendicular. |
