Treatment of effluents of titanium-magnesium production Invention may be used for biological cleaning of industrial effluents. Effluents are mixed to separate solid suspensions in sand trap. Obtained effluents are neutralized in two steps by lime milk at calcium oxide concentration therein making at least 100 g/dm3. At first step, lime milk is added to the flow of effluents at flow rate of 5-20 m3/h and mixed by mechanical mixer and bubbler for 1.0-1.5 h. At second step, neutralisation is performed in settler at lime milk flow rate of 0.1-5.0 m3/h. After neutralisation, effluents are processed with aqueous solution of Praestol flocculating agent at feed rate of 2.2-6 m3/h and flocculating agent-to-effluents ratio of 1:(95-110). Suspensions are directed to settler and divided into purified effluents and sludge. Said sludge from settling step is mixed during 1.2-1.5 h with that of neutralisation step and that of processing with Praestol flocculating agent at its weight ratio of 0.5-0.8 wt % and sludge-to-Praestol ratio of (10-20):1. Produced mix is subjected to separation of centrifugation into filtrate and solid residue to be used as a protective material at sites of solid industrial and household wastes, dumps and pits. |

Invention relates to paint materials, particularly water dispersion paints based on a copolymeric acrylate dispersion with addition of pigments, filler and auxiliary substances. The water dispersion paint is intended primarily for external painting of buildings and structures and contains as a pigment a mixture of titanium dioxide and titanium slag, which is an industrial waste, formed with formation of titanium dioxide in rutile form during industrial high-temperature treatment of titanium and alloys thereof, ground to a fraction of minus 60 mcm. The water dispersion paint includes a pigment - mixture of titanium dioxide and titanium slag, filler - chalk and calcite, film-forming agent - styrene-acrylate dispersion A-10, a dispersant, a thickener, an anti-foaming agent, a preservative, a coalescent and water, with the following ratio of components, wt %: pigment 10-30, filler 34-50, film-forming agent 12-19, dispersant 0.4-0.6, thickener 0.8-0.85, anti-foaming agent 0.2-0.3, preservative 0.2-0.3, coalescent 0.5-0.6, water - the balance. |

In exploitation of product for air regeneration, obtained in accordance with invention, in composition of systems of human life support ratio of rate of the process of carbon dioxide chemisorptions and rate of the process of oxygen release (therefore, regeneration coefficient) has value close to optimal. |

Method of forming high current-carrying capacity yba2cu3o7-x films on gold buffer underlayer In the method of forming high current-carrying capacity YBa2Cu3O7-x films on a gold buffer underlayer, a gold contact pad is formed on a dielectric substrate before depositing YBa2Cu3O7-x films on the dielectric substrate. Targets made of gold and ceramic YBa2Cu3O7 are sputtered using a laser with radiation wavelength of 1.06 mcm, pulse duration of 10-20 ns, pulse repetition frequency of 10 Hz and laser radiation power density of (5-7)·108 W/cm2. The method comprises preheating the gold target and substrate to temperature T=450-500°C, establishing pressure of 0.1-0.5 Pa, sputtering the gold target onto the substrate through a screen, placed 0.3-0.5 mm from the substrate, heating the YBa2Cu3O7 target to T=600-700°C, heating the substrate to 800-840°C, establishing pressure of 50-100 Pa and sputtering the YBa2Cu3O7 target onto the formed contact pads to thickness of 50-200 nm to form films with critical temperature of the superconducting junction Ts=88-89 K, width of the superconducting junction ΔTs= 2-3 K and critical current density Jc>105 A/cm2. |

An integral quality of service factor is determined based on the quality of service parameters. Method of searching for faulty unit in continuous dynamic system Invention relates to monitoring and diagnosis of automatic control systems and components thereof. Disclosed is a method of searching for a faulty unit in a continuous dynamic system which, unlike the prototype, includes determining the number of groups of dynamic units N=2 such that each group has one input and one output signal; assigning two control points for measuring output signals of each group; creating models with test deviations for two control points by inputting test deviation of parameters into one of the units of each group; calculating diagnostic features of the presence of a faulty group of units; based on the minimum value of the diagnostic feature, determining a defective group of units; splitting the defective group into two sub-groups by assigning a control point at the output of one of the dynamic units of the defective group such that each new sub-group contains only one input and one output; deleting the control point at the output of the group of units that not faulty; fixing control points at the outputs of sub-groups of units; determining models with test deviations for each sub-group; calculating diagnostic features for each sub-group of units; determining a defective sub-group of units based on the minimum diagnostic feature; continuing the procedures of splitting the defective sub-group of units and determining test deviations until only one unit contains a defective sub-group, said unit then being considered faulty. |
