Reconditioning of compressor blades by cold forming Invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to reconditioning of turbomachine compressor blades. Blade radial end has cat's tongue, its radial divergence is smaller than preset nominal radial divergence. Blade edge is displaced between two rollers with rectilinear generating lines spaced apart through distance smaller than depth of said cat's tongue along the chord connecting its rib of attack with trailing edge. Note here that said cat's tongue is elongated so that its radial elongation exceeds said initial nominal divergence. |

Invention can be used in supply system of internal-combustion engine. The fuel injector has housing (2),opening outside needle gate (3) located in cavity (4) available in the housing (2), filled with fuel and being under pressure. Fuel is supplied under pressure to the cavity (4). Return element (20) returns the needle gate (3) to the initial position. The solenoid drive (6) is located in cavity (9) intended for its location and is used for the needle gate (3) activation. Membrane (13) is located in the cavity (9) for the drive installation and tightly separates it to first fuel filled chamber (5) and second fuel-free chamber (18), and divides the needle gate (3) to part (3a) located from injection side and to part (3b) from drive side. Part (3a) has pressure equalising piston (10) separating the pressure cavity (4) from the first fuel filled chamber (5) of cavity (9) for drive (6) installation. The drive (6) is located in the second fuel-free chamber (18). |

Method for processing of sunflower or rape extraction cake (versions) Invention relates to food industry, fodder industry. The method involves protein and carbohydrates extraction from the extraction cake by way of introduction of alkali water solution with 5-20% concentration into a suspension prepared of a mixture of extraction cake and water at a ratio of 1:5-10 till the suspension acidity index (pH) is within the interval of 8.5-9.5. The suspension is maintained during 45-60 minutes at a temperature of 45-55°C. One performs preliminary purification of the extract where the suspension is supplied onto a decanter to produce an extract and a solid phase (cake, "НБВ") for subsequent stages of drying and granulation. One proceeds with final purification of the extract in a high-rate separator to produce the purified extract and a solid phase (residuum) for subsequent stages of drying and granulation, preliminary isolation of the purified extract protein by way of ultrafiltration and protein final concentration by way of moisture evaporation at low temperatures with protein subsequent delivery for drying to produce a sunflower or rape protein concentrate (SPC/RPC). One performs preliminary isolation of carbohydrates, passed through a UF membrane installation, in a reverse filtration osmosis installation to produce saccharide solution and carbohydrates final concentration by way of moisture evaporation to produce saccharide syrup (SS). Alternatively, the method version is implemented only at the stage of the extract preliminary purification; the extract passes through the second decanter to produce a solid phase and a purified extract; at the stage of the extract final purification, the solid phase (residuum) is mixed with the solid phase (cake, "НБВ") released from the second decanter for subsequent stages of granulation and drying. |

Invention refers to machine building, particularly to rotary-vane devices, and can be used in internal and external combustion engines, pneumatic motors, compressors, pumps, expanders. A rotary-vane device comprises a casing 1 with end covers and a rotor 3 with blades 4 installed not coaxially in it. Grooves 8 are provided on the inner surface of the end covers along the connection line of the end covers with the casing 1. Each blade 4 is coupled with the rotor 3 via the axis 5 parallel to the rotor 3 axis, and is fitted by a rolling-sealing unit 6 at the end with this unit consisting of three rollers or balls set on the same axis. The blades 4 rest against the grooves 8 by the extreme respectively rollers or balls of the rolling-sealing unit, without touching the outer edges of the grooves 8, and against the inner surface of the casing 1 by the central roller. |
