The invention relates to adhesive compositions based on polychloroprene rubber and can be used in the rubber industry for bonding vulcanized rubbers on the basis of different rubbers to each other.

Known adhesive composition comprising a chloroprene rubber, thiuram, zinc oxide, as the resin product of co-condensation of phenol acetaldehyde and acetonaphthone and the solvent (USSR Author's certificate No. 1579920, CL C09J 111/00; Publ. 23.07.90). As solvent a mixture of ethyl acetate and petrol.

However, this adhesive composition does not provide a sufficiently high strength for bonding articles of vulcanized rubber.

However, this adhesive composition has a low strength bonding of rubber products based on various rubbers.

Known adhesive composition comprising polychloroprene rubber, butylbenzaldehyde resin, a copolymer of styrene and piperylene, rosin, esterified with glycerol; pine rosin, diphenylguanidine, 2,2-dimensionalised, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, organic dissolve the spruce (U.S. Pat. 2028358 Russia, MKI6C09J 111/00; Publ. 09.02.95).

However, this adhesive composition, although it has a similar composition, used to glue products from ferrites.

Closest to the invention to the technical essence is the glue SU (TU 381051760-89), which includes (MASC): polychloroprene rubber Nairit DP - 90,0, butylbenzaldehyde resin C - 90,0, zinc oxide - 5.0, magnesium oxide - 11,0, water - 3,0, organic solvent - 800,0. As the organic solvent, a mixture of nefras and ethyl acetate in a percentage ratio of 50:50.

However, this adhesive composition (although it is widely used because of its low cost) does not provide a sufficiently high strength for bonding vulcanized rubber (attainable shear strength for bonding vulcanized rubber-based composition of polyisoprene rubber (SKI-3) does not exceed of 1.02 MPa).

Task: development of the composition of the adhesive composition having increased strength in the bonding of vulcanized rubbers to each other.

Polychloroprene rubber Nairit DP (TU-6-01-1319-85) is the main film-forming adhesives-solutions.

Butylbenzaldehyde resin C (TU-60004691277193-97).

Curing group: zinc oxide (zinc white GOST 202-84), magnesium oxide (burnt magnesia GOST 844-79) was previously used in the adhesive compositions (Kardashov D.A., Petrov A.V. Polymer adhesives. M.: Chemistry, 1983).

Organic solvent: a mixture of ethyl acetate (GOST 8981-78) and nefras (GOST 3840167109-92).

The borate methylphosphate is a viscous colourless liquid, soluble in water, dimethylformamide, acetone, alcohols (U.S. Pat. No. 2190697). Widely known as a fire retardant.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chloroprene rubber-base gluing composition. The gluing composition comprises polychloroprene rubber Nairit DP, butylphenolformaldehyde resin 101K, water, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, organic solvent representing a mixture of ethyl acetate and nefras and comprises methacrylic acid glycide ester as a modifying agent and vat waste in aniline manufacturing with the content of aniline 15-18 mas. p. p. Proposed gluing composition provides the enhanced strength in gluing. Invention can be used in rubber industry in gluing vulcanized rubber.

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rubber industry, particularly to an elastomeric composite material for making different industrial rubber articles. The elastomeric material is made of a composition containing the following in pts.wt: general purpose carbon-chain rubber 100, main filler - ground schungite mineral particle size of 6-60 nm 10-150, sulphur vulcanisation accelerating system 1.5-8.0, activator - zinc oxide 1-4, stearic acid 0.5-4.0, optional additional filler selected from technical carbon, colloidal silica, chalk, kaolin 0-80, special additives 0-25, and oil 0-30. The sulphur vulcanisation accelerating system is a combination of sulphenamide C and altax in ratio of 3:1-2:1 or sulphenamide C and diphenyl guanidine in ratio of 2:1-4:1.

EFFECT: elastomeric material has high rate of vulcanisation, low viscosity and good elastic and strength properties.
