A device for treatment of water exchange resin contains a filter, inlet and outlet piping, control valve, flow sensor, actuator and is connected to the input of the filter flexible pipe to which the pipe longline height fixed elastic ring with expanding nozzles on the inner surface of which is made spirally curved guides. The device provides high quality water treatment in reducing water consumption for regeneration of the filter. 4 Il.

The invention relates to water and can be used in boiler plants, particularly in water treatment method nitrilotriacetate.

A device for automatic regulation of the process of ion exchange neutralization solutions (see and.with. N 673611 MKI C 02 B 1/18; G 05 D 27/00, bull. N 26, 1979) containing IONEX filter, regulator, reagent dispenser and sensor, made in the form of a layer of the resin associated with the controller.

In Fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of a device for ion exchange water treatment, Fig. 2, 3 - the system is flexible and elastic elements of the filter, and Fig. 4 - scan spiral curved guides.

The device consists of a pump 1, is installed on the pipeline 2 feed water source and connected through a pressure line 3 to the filter 4, the pressure line 5 of the treated water, which ISM 10, flexible pipe 11 pipe 12, longline located at the height of the filter flat elastic rings 13, which are attached through holes 15 extending nozzle 16 with a screw-shaped curved guide 17 on their inner surfaces.

The device operates as follows.

The pump 1 delivers the source water that comes through the pipe 2 through the pressure line 3 to the filter 4, is filled with cation exchangers. Treated water discharge line 5 through the control valve 6 flows into deaerator (Fig. not shown). The elastic properties of the flexible pipe 11 and a flat elastic rings 13 create vibration and amplify the wave impact. The change of pressure of the incoming water causes oscillation of the flexible pipe 11, and an elastic ring 13 and the expanding nozzles 16 and accordingly enhances soil mixing cation loading, which increases the effect as the regeneration of the ion exchanger, and the effect of ion exchange water to be treated, removing cations stiffness and reducing the salt content in the water. Reuse of reagents, freely penetrate into the interior of the cation in the whole volume, reduces water consumption for regeneration of the filter and thereby save water.
