Method for obtaining color-balanced karakul / 2310326
The present innovation deals with raising colored Karakul sheep and could be applied for obtaining qualitative, color-balanced, export-orientated karakul. It is necessary to select stud rams (lambs) aged 1-2 d to detect the peculiarities of distribution, the quantity and quantitative content of the pigment - melanin in hair. Additionally, it is important to carry out iridoscopy for the lambs aged 5-mo along with detection of color purity - the absence of stripes, lines, grooves, lacunes, spots and homogeneity - the absence of contrast distinctions in pigmentation of iris color. Then comes the selection of stud rams at steady distribution of pigment without any variations of color tone along the whole surface of iris and along its all projectional areas of the right and left eyes in 12.00-11.59 sector clockwise. Artificial insemination of females of the same color from these stud rams has been suggested followed by the analysis of the data obtained. The innovation enables to shorten the terms and cheapen the process for obtaining color-balanced karakul.

The invention relates to poultry, and in particular to methods of increasing the resistance of young poultry, in particular chickens egg directions productivity.

Known methods of increasing the resistance of chickens by irradiation of eggs by the laser (1) both separately and in combination with irradiation of the gas discharge lamp (2, 3)through the acupuncture method of perforation of the nasal septum (4), by feeding probiotic preparation Wecoma-3 (5), by pulsed electromagnetic radiation chickens (6), by irradiation of eggs optical study of the formed semiconductor injection source (7). All of these methods have serious drawbacks: they are expensive and require highly skilled personnel.

There is also known a method of increasing the resistance of young animals by treating eggs Odon-ion mixture with miniature ozone generator ionizer design V.F. Strochevoi, which is taken as a prototype. This method has several disadvantages: complexity, the need for a device, the serial production of which is not mastered (8).

The present invention is to increase the hatchability of eggs and the resistance of the young chicken egg directions productivity, expressed in the best growth and security, invites the indicators of nonspecific resistance, by repeated processing of hatching eggs.

The technical result is that processes are stimulated embryogenesis, increased output conforming young, amplification mechanisms of resistance.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that they spend three times the egg treatment solutions of glycine and succinic acid, which is sprayed on the surface of the shell egg processing before incubation and on the 7th day of incubation is carried out with a solution of glycine, processing eggs on the 19th day of incubation is carried out with a solution of succinic acid. Glycine is used in concentrations of 0.5-1.0%, and succinic acid in a concentration of 0.3-0.5%, the solutions are sprayed on 120-150 eggs for 6-12 hours prior to incubation at the temperature of the air in the room 20-22°C.

The method is as follows.

Glycine (aminouksusnoy acid) dissolved in distilled water in concentrations of 0.5-1%. The resulting solution was applied to the surface of shell eggs. The treatment is carried out for 6-12 hours prior to incubation at room temperature 20-22°C. a Similar processing is performed on the 7th day of incubation, while Boscoreale eggs, with the aim of nevilirov stress caused by change of temperature regime On the 19th day of incubation, the translation into lead-in wardrobes, spend processing eggs 0,3-0,5%solution of succinic acid. In financial p is Tata increases the safety of the Chicks at 1-5%, the content of lysozyme in the serum at 19-30%, and bactericidal activity in 12-40%, the content of letsoalo-cationic proteins in granulocytes by 6-15%.

Example 1.

Eggs of the cross "dawn " -17", derived from one of house for 4 days of collection (the age of the laying hens flocks 385-390 days), sorted in trays. One batch of eggs served as a control, the other was treated with a solution of glycine to incubation and on the 7th day of incubation, and a solution of succinic acid on the 19th day of incubation. The data presented in table 1.

Example 2.

Eggs of the cross "dawn " -17", derived from one of house for 4 days of collection (the age of the laying hens flocks 205-210 days), sorted in trays. One batch of eggs was the control, the second was treated according to the same scheme as in the first example. The results are presented in table 2.

Example 3.

Eggs of the cross "Rhodonite"received from one of the house within 2 days of collection (the age of the laying hens flocks 210-212 days), sorted in trays. One party was the control, the second was treated according to the same scheme as in the previous examples. The results are presented in table 3.

As you can see, in all three examples, the processing of eggs increased output conforming Chicks 4-7%, stimulated the immune system of chickens, which resulted in the increase in the bactericidal activity of serum (BASS) blood, with the holding of lysozyme and lysosomal cationic proteins (EDITING) in granulocytes of the blood. The increase in weight of Bursa (bag fabritsiusa) testified on strengthening the functioning of immune organ, which was confirmed histomorphologically research. In the processing of eggs increased functions of immunocompetent organs of chickens: fabriciano bags (Bursa), spleen, thymus. In chickens from the experimental group in Bursa was found to increase the size of the lymph follicles in the cortical and brain substances. In the medulla was clearly seen lymphoreticular hyperplasia, presents young cells type lymphoblasts, plasmablasts and fibroblasts. At the same time noted a large number of figures of mitosis.

In the spleen found the prevalence of young cells, which are involved in the immunological process, increasing the body's resistance. As in Bursa, was observed a clear picture lymphoreticular hyperplasia.

In the thymus experienced chick brain tissue was expressed more clearly in comparison with the control, and blood vessels had some thickness in the wall with actively proliferating endothelium. Also noted the increased number of figures of mitosis compared with the control. In General, in comparison with control was seen in the increased proliferation of cells of lymphoid plasmocytoma number in the brain and partially in the cortical layer of the thymus.

From Pref the experimental data shows, the proposed method of application of glycine and succinic acid can achieve the goal of the invention, i.e. allows to increase the output resistance of chickens in the claimed methods and doses of application of these preppies.
