Animal with the type of Cp BB Hp 2-2 should be referred to ones of higher viability and prolonged terms of practical use, animals with the type of Cp AA Hp-1 should be referred to ones of decreased viability and short terms of practical use, animals of other types of Cp and Hp should be referred to ones of intermediate position by viability and longevity of practical use. The innovation enables to predict viability and productive longevity in cows quickly and accurately in early age under conditions of monsoon climate.

The present invention relates to livestock, particularly dairy cattle, and can be used to predict the viability and productive longevity of cows by biochemical tests.

Irrational use of resources, implementation of industrial livestock practices, breach of optimal parameters of the environment has created a situation of ecological crisis, which is expressed in increased morbidity and reduced life expectancy of animals, to reduce the rate of reproduction. Improving the productivity of dairy cattle should solve the problem the most efficient use of the number of cows as the main means of production [1].

From sources of scientific and technical literature and patent a method of determining the viability of newborn animals [2]. It lies in the fact that we hoofed animals after birth to determine the presence of specific antibodies in the serum. The newborn blood take to receive colostrum and determine the content of antibodies that are identical circulating in the mother's body, and when they detect a violation placental barrier and, consequently, reduced viability of offspring. The method is distinguished by the complexity and the complexity of its implementation.

Re the authors faced the problem definition at an early age genetic markers of viability and productive longevity of cows in the conditions of the monsoon climate, reducing the labor intensity, duration and improving the accuracy of the conduct of the forecast.

The problem is solved as follows. Determine the types of ceruloplasmin and haptoglobin in the serum. Animals are tested at the age of 8-10 months or after the first calving. Depending on the type of ceruloplasmin and haptoglobin judge future viability and productive longevity of adults. Animal type Srwn-2 are referred to with improved viability and long term economic use, and type CpAAHp1-1 is attributed to having low viability and short-term economic use. Animals of other types of Cp and Hp occupy an intermediate position on the viability and duration of economic use.

Ceruloplasmin /Cp /protein α2-globulin fraction transports copper in animals and man. The second, equally important function of ceruloplasmin is to maintain homeostasis of copper in animals and man. Ceruloplasmin can increase the resistance of stem cells in relation to various damaging factors. This reaction is characteristic of haptoglobin is a necessary step in the processes associated with the transport and catabolism of hemoglobin and heme, thereby contributing to the conservation of iron in the body. The haptoglobin contributes to the development of multiple follicles in mammals, inhibits the enzymes trypsin, cathepsin, forming complexes with them. It can be used as one of the clinical and biochemical parameters of the syndrome of inflammation, infectious diseases [4]. In medical genetics special attention is paid to the question of the relationship type protein and predisposition to any disease of the liver [5]. Cattle are often found three main options hemoglobinopathies protein HP1-1; NR-2; NR-1. Improvement of the methods of electrophoresis makes it possible to identify subtypes jus the x haptoglobin types. These studies have not yet acquired practical importance because of lack of information. The possibility of a clear definition of the types Cf and HP, their constancy in the course of life, independence in ontogenesis on the physiological state of the animals and the conditions surrounding environment, inheritance in strict accordance with Mendelian distribution became the basis for their use as genetic markers.

The work was carried out in GOP "East, far Eastern research Institute of agriculture. Climatic zoning of the territory economy is in the monsoon forest climatic zone. The climate is one of the main dynamic complexes of geosystems and largely determines living conditions of plants and animals. A characteristic feature of the monsoon climate is that in the wettest month of the year rainfall is almost 50 times greater than in the dry. Winter is cold and harsh, with little snow and the longest season, the duration of which varies from 4.5 to 6 months. Spring long, protracted, with frequent frosts. In the summer there is often humid, tropical weather, the combination of high temperature and humidity to 100%. [6]. Feed a diet much lower content of copper, cobalt, zinc, iodine, selenium. Black-and-white cattle of far Eastern population has a low frequency TfA, increased TfD and TfE, has a high content of potassium in erythrocytes in contrast to black-and-white cattle Siberia, Leningrad oblast, Ukraine, Altai, Estonia and others [7].

An example of performing the method. Blood was taken for analysis at 784 heifers. All animals were housed under identical conditions of feeding and maintenance. Feeding was carried out according to the norms of See.
