SUBSTANCE: method involves pre-incubation processing of incubation eggs using helium-neon laser light having wavelength of 632.8 nm, optical flux intensity of 50 mW/cm2·s; combining pre-incubation processing of eggs by helium-neon laser light with treatment of incubation eggs before incubation on 6, 12 and 18 incubation days by gas-discharge lamp light having wavelength of 630-650 nm, with mean dose of 23.1 erg on egg surface, mercury-quartz lamp light having wavelength of 400/185 nm, with mean dose of 20 mer/hour on egg surface, and two bactericidal lamps having wavelength of 254/800 nm and nominal power of 15 W on egg surface with exposure time of 3 min. Method allows resistance of poultry to pullorosis-5, pullorum pathogen to be increased.

EFFECT: improved specific viability of poultry and increased disease resistance.

The disadvantages of the known methods is that it does not identify specific sustainability birds to pullorosis in complex preincubation processing of eggs by the emission of a helium-neon laser LGN-104, a gas discharge lamp DMESG-500, UV lamps CES-400 and PDR-15, the activity of serum birds obtained from irradiated eggs relative to the exciter pullorosis Salmonella pullorum, not conducted microbiological and serological studies precomplex preincubation and incubation treatment of embryos birds.

The purpose of the invention is the improvement of specific viability birds to impact exciter pullorosis S.pullorum in conditions of disadvantaged pricecheapest. Study of the effect of light energy on the activity of the blood serum of experimental broiler chickens showed that laser light handling eggs and developing embryos in optimal doses significantly contributes to the enhancement of the bactericidal and bacteriostatic activity of blood serum in relation to pathogen pullorosis Salmonella pullorum (table 1).

Differences between control and 4 groups of birds at 24 h of reaction were unreliable (P>0,05).

Thus, the bactericidal activity of blood serum of experimental chickens relatively S.pullorum shows that a steady increase of this indicator was observed in the groups of the laser, red and ultraviolet rays in the complex, as well as the application of laser beams. In the group of ultraviolet light after 16 h incubation ingredients observed rapid decrease in bactericidal activity of blood serum and reaches the level of the control.

The result is seen a natural increase in the bactericidal activity of blood serum to 8 h of incubation and decreased results after 8 h, reaching a minimum difference with the control. The exception is the group of complex exposure of the embryo, where the results above and at the end of the experiments.

At the month-old broilers activity of blood serum in all experimental groups was higher than in control. The exception is group 4, where the difference with the control group at 24 h research was minimal and amounted to 0.55%-lysis in P>0,05.

Summarizing the research results it should be noted that the determination of bactericidal and bacteriostatic activity of the blood serum is relatively S.pullorum can be recommended as a test to determine the resistance of birds pullorosis - typhoid. Our studies indicate a higher degree of resistance of the organism birds obtained from eggs and embryos after light treatment before laying to incubation and embryonic development. The best results were registered in the group of calves derived from eggs after complex processing laser, red and UV light. When comparing the use of the laser light, and ultraviolet light for up to 16 hours of incubation ingredients reliably distinguishable results not detected, however, after 16 h in the group of ultraviolet radiation activity of serum decreases more sharply and in day-old Chicks reaches the control values. Regarding the group's use of monochromatic red light of the laser light more active in stimulat and bactericidal and bacteriostatic properties of serum.

Research viability, microbiological and serological indices of experimental broiler chickens obtained when laser light activation of embryogenesis (table 2), give reason to draw the following conclusions:

- the safety of broilers obtained from eggs and embryos after complex processing laser, red and UV light, amounted to 30 days cultivation of 98.5%, which is higher than the results of the control group by 4.0%, the laser light is 0.5%, the red and UV light - 1.5%;

in the control group of 11 chickens selected pathogen pullorosis S. pullorum 5, respectively, in the group of laser light 4 and 3, red light 6 and 3, UV light 6 and 2, the integrated effect 3 and 1;
