The innovation helps to increase poultry resistance to pullorosis.

Thus, studies of bactericidal activity of blood serum of experimental chickens relatively S.pullorum show that a steady increase in these parameters was observed in the groups of the laser, red and ultraviolet rays in the complex, as well as the application of laser beams. In groups of ultraviolet light after 16 h incubation ingredients observed rapid decrease in bactericidal activity of blood serum, which reaches the level of the control.
The results is seen a natural increase in the bactericidal activity of blood serum to 8 h of incubation and decreased results after 8 h, reaching a minimum difference with the control. Summarizing the research results it should be noted that the determination of bactericidal and bacteriostatic activity of the blood serum is relatively S.pullorum can be recommended as a test to determine the resistance of birds pullorosis typhus. Our studies indicate a higher degree of resistance of the organism birds obtained from eggs, embryos and Chicks after light treatment. The results of the safety, microbiological and serological studies monthly broilers are shown in table 2.
