Additionally, eggs before laying for incubation of germs on the 6th, 12th, 18th d and hatched 1-d-aged chicks should be heated with the light of fluorescent lamp DNESH-500 at wave length of 630-650 nm, simultaneously it is necessary to disinfect from all sides of three bactericidal lamps BUV-30 at wave length of 254/440 nm, at nominal power of 30 W, then one should successively affect with radiation of He-Ne laser LHN-104, mercury-quartz lamp DRT-400 and two bactericidal lamps BUV-15 in exposures per 3 min. The innovation helps to increase poultry resistance to pullorosis.

Analysis of research results in the processing of eggs, developing embryos and Chicks light energy on the bactericidal activity of blood serum of experimental broiler chickens showed that laser light treatment significantly contributes to the enhancement of the bactericidal and bacteriostat the political activity of blood serum in relation to pathogen pullorosis Salmonella pullorum (table 1).

0.75 h of reaction serum daily broilers and S.Pullorum relative to the control group,%- lysis in the 2nd group was significantly higher on 2,09%-lysis, 3 - 0,50, 4 - 1,60, 5, 2.75 and 6 group - 2,96%lysis, respectively, after 8 h, the reaction 2.58; 0,78; 2,52; 3,45 and of 4.44%-lysis 16 h, 2.27; 0,93; 2,10; 3,13 and to 3.58%-lysis and after 24 h of reaction - on 2,30; 1,20; 0,80; 3,09 and 3,49%-lysis, differences between control and 4 groups of birds at 24 h of reaction were unreliable (P>0,05).

Thus, studies of bactericidal activity of blood serum of experimental chickens relatively S.pullorum show that a steady increase in these parameters was observed in the groups of the laser, red and ultraviolet rays in the complex, as well as the application of laser beams. In groups of ultraviolet light after 16 h incubation ingredients observed rapid decrease in bactericidal activity of blood serum, which reaches the level of the control.

The results is seen a natural increase in the bactericidal activity of blood serum to 8 h of incubation and decreased results after 8 h, reaching a minimum difference with the control. The exception is the group of complex irradiation of eggs, where the results above, and at the end of the experiments.

At the month-old broilers activity of blood serum in all experimental groups was higher than that in the rear the Le. The exception is group 4, where the difference with the control group at 24 h research was minimal and amounted to 0.55%-lysis in P>0,05.

Summarizing the research results it should be noted that the determination of bactericidal and bacteriostatic activity of the blood serum is relatively S.pullorum can be recommended as a test to determine the resistance of birds pullorosis typhus. Our studies indicate a higher degree of resistance of the organism birds obtained from eggs, embryos and Chicks after light treatment. The best results were registered in the group of calves derived from eggs, embryos and Chicks after complex processing and disinfection laser, red and UV light. When is the alignment of the laser and ultraviolet light up to 16 hours of incubation significantly different results is not detected, however, after 16 h in the group of ultraviolet radiation activity of the blood serum decreases more sharply and in day-old Chicks reaches the control values. Regarding the group's use of monochromatic red light of the laser light more active in stimulating bacteriostatic and bactericidal properties of blood serum.

The results of the safety, microbiological and serological studies monthly broilers are shown in table 2.

The safety of experimental broilers was higher in 6 group and was 99%, at the same time as in group 2 it was equal to 98%, 3 and 4 groups of 97% and a 5 group of 98.5%, which is higher than the control (94,5%) 4.5%; 3,5%; 2.5% and 4%, respectively.
