FIELD: egg treating technique.

SUBSTANCE: egg treatment apparatus has chamber, conveyor and ultraviolet radiation sources. Conveyor is made in the form of horizontal spiral belt-roller with flanged edge. Conveyor consists of two portions: straight belt portion with longitudinal notches and cone-shaped rollers positioned at bends. Cone-shaped rollers are movably attached with their one end through bearings to edge of conveyor and are movably attached with their opposite end through conical toothed transmission to electric drive. Ultraviolet emitters are positioned outside said chamber and are arranged in parallel with straight belt portions of conveyor.

EFFECT: improved quality of eggs, reduced labor intensity and consumption of power.

The invention relates to agricultural machinery, namely, devices for sanitizing eggs, and can be used in poultry.

A device for handling eggs (RF patent No. 2010508, IPC AC 43/00, AV 5/00, 1994, similar)containing the Transporter and sources of UV radiation, while the conveyor is provided with a casing and made in the form of interconnected two parallel rotating wheel, mounted in the housing, the periphery of which is placed a removable suspension with bars for eggs, and a source of ultraviolet radiation is installed concentrically inside of the wheels and the body is made with retractable hole where the valve.

A disadvantage of the known device is that the radiation sources are located directly in the camera together with the product, therefore, is quickly contaminated the surface of the flask, so that the product can neoabietic. In this connection it is necessary to achieve the goal to increase the exposure time or to increase the frequency of cleanings of radiation sources, which increases energy costs and labor costs.

A device for handling eggs (RF patent No. 2010509, IPC5AC 43/00, AV 5/00, 1994, a prototype), including the Transporter and sources of UV radiation, and the conveyor is equipped with a housing and reflecting in the morning surface and the screen, posted on the output conveyor of the body and is made in the form of paired using rods of closed traction chains, rods installed removable holders with bars for eggs, and a source of ultraviolet radiation is installed inside a closed circuit conveyor, while the body of the conveyor is made with an exhaust hole, which features a valve.

However, the known device has the disadvantage, as the radiation sources are located directly in the camera together with the product, therefore, is quickly contaminated the surface of the flask, so that the product can neoabietic. In this connection it is necessary to achieve the goal to increase the exposure time or to increase the frequency of cleanings of radiation sources, which increases energy costs and labor costs. Moreover, there is not uniformity of exposure of the product due to immobility it on the bars.

The objective of the invention is to improve the quality of eggs by increasing the uniformity of their exposure, reducing labor and energy costs.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that unlike the prototype, the device for processing eggs contains a camera, Transporter and sources of UV radiation, the conveyor is made horizontal belt roller conveyor in the form of a "snake" with the Board, the conveyor you olne of the two plots direct tape with longitudinal notches and curves of cone - shaped rollers, which are movably attached at one end by bearings to the Board of the conveyor, and an opposite end movably attached through a bevel gear transmission to drive, with ultraviolet irradiators are located outside of the camera and mounted parallel direct belt parts conveyor.

Device for handling eggs (1, 2) contains the camera 1 with the hopper 2 to download the product and a hopper 3 for unloading of product. In the chamber 1 is horizontal belt roller conveyor 4 in the form of "snake", is made of rubberized material and consisting of two parts: direct tape 5 with longitudinal notches 6 and the curves of cone - shaped rollers 7. Belt roller conveyor 4 has a bead 8, finished with a soft material such as rubber, foam rubber. While the cone-shaped rollers 7 are mounted adjustably at one end 9 by means of the bearing 10 to the Board 8 belt roller conveyor 4, and the other opposite end 11 movably mounted by means of bevel gear 12 to drive Over 13 straight tape sections 5, which is irradiated product 14 (eggs)over the camera 1 placed outside the ultraviolet irradiators 15 (for example, the lamp 30 DB), which is attached to the camera 1 via a suspension device 16, and is installed parallel to the straight belt parts conveyor.

The device operates as follows.

First included ultraviolet irradiators 15 located above the direct band sections 5. Further included horizontal belt roller conveyor 4 in the form of "snake", is made of rubberized material. Eggs 14, intended for processing, through a hopper 2 for download of the product fall on straight belt section 5, we move on it, recorded with the notches 6, which prevents collision between an egg 14 and irradiated under UV irradiators 15 and get to the site in the form of a cone-shaped rollers 7. As a result of this egg, designed to handle 14, and turn over to the other side and again fall on the straight belt section 5, where irradiated with others. The process is repeated. This ensures a more uniform irradiation of eggs. Processed eggs 14 then fall into the hopper 3 for unloading of product.

Eggs are subjected to irradiation for disinfection of bacterial contamination of surface RMS of the magnifier, that improves the quality of diet and commercial eggs, including the duration of their persistence. Eggs irradiated before placing in the incubator, which increases the percentage of hatchability of chicken.

Location ultraviolet irradiators 15 above the chamber 1 from the outside allows easy access for replacement or cleaning, which reduces labor costs. It also reduces the contamination of the surface of their flasks. Therefore, to achieve the effect of disinfection (save dose) there is no need to increase the exposure time or the installed power of the ultraviolet radiation sources. Thus, reduced energy consumption by radiation.

Device for handling eggs simply by design and can be easily implemented in agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method involves dividing 12-14-hour aged animals by their sexuality through exposing said animals to infrared radiation field during 3-5 min at radiation field intensity of 250 W on the background of electromagnetic field of supersonic frequency of 110 kHz of corona discharge with porosity of 0.5%. Apparatus has rotary platform with windows and slides and hanging arches with functional modules formed as emitters with lattice screen. Each of functional modules comprises infrared lamp and electric gas discharge lamp powered through resonator from supersonic frequency generator.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and precise dividing of young birds into groups by their sexuality.

Pre-incubation treatment of eggs, developing embryos on 6-th, 12-th and 18-th days and of day-age chicken was combined with disinfection at all sides under the same conditions provided by means of two bactericidal lamps having nominal power of 15 W and by means of three lamps having nominal power on egg surface of 30 W, wavelength of 254/800 nanometer with exposure time of 3 min.
