FIELD: animal science.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with raising colored Karakul sheep and could be applied for obtaining qualitative, color-balanced, export-orientated karakul. It is necessary to select stud rams (lambs) aged 1-2 d to detect the peculiarities of distribution, the quantity and quantitative content of the pigment - melanin in hair. Additionally, it is important to carry out iridoscopy for the lambs aged 5-mo along with detection of color purity - the absence of stripes, lines, grooves, lacunes, spots and homogeneity - the absence of contrast distinctions in pigmentation of iris color. Then comes the selection of stud rams at steady distribution of pigment without any variations of color tone along the whole surface of iris and along its all projectional areas of the right and left eyes in 12.00-11.59 sector clockwise. Artificial insemination of females of the same color from these stud rams has been suggested followed by the analysis of the data obtained. The innovation enables to shorten the terms and cheapen the process for obtaining color-balanced karakul.

EFFECT: higher efficiency.

The invention relates to animal husbandry, in particular breeding color Karakul sheep, and can be used to obtain high-quality, matched the color of fur.

The known method of selection of Karakul sheep in ravninnoe paint by visual evaluation of the uniformity of dyeing hair in lambs at 1-2 days of age (Whistance "Breeding gray Karakul sheep", Tashkent, Publishing house "Fan", 1966, p.54-57).

The disadvantages of this method are:

1) lack of effectiveness;

2) reduction in consumer cost, namely the reduction is reflected in the fact that even when a homogeneous selection of parental pairs, taking into account the homogeneity of the color of the hair on the area of Astrakhan in the progeny appear lambs with different uravneniy coloring hair Sashka.

This, in turn, considerably reduces the quality of the fur and its value in use.

The closest essentially technical solution is the method of obtaining the adjusted coloring Doodle by studying the distribution, as well as the quantitative and qualitative composition of the pigment melanin in the hair Karakul lambs.

The disadvantages of this method are:

1) low efficiency;

2) use research complex, expensive special equipment and reagents;

3) sushestvennee sampling for research, complicated procedure of processing of the material and its delivery to the laboratory;

4) research can only be carried out in laboratory conditions in the presence of qualified personnel;

5) based on the above industrial applicability of this method in the conditions of a desert-grassland livestock may not be feasible.

(Smirnov. Ravninnoe gray color in Karakul sheep and factors responsible for its manifestation. Author's abstract on competition of a scientific degree of candidate of agricultural Sciences. Tashkent, 1999, p.11-12).

Solved problem (purpose) is to increase the output of the lambs with the adjusted uniform color Karakul.

It should be noted that ravninnoe coloring of the hair over the entire area of the skin is the leading symptom in assessing the quality of colored fur.

The current task is achieved in that in a method of producing Karakul with the adjusted color, according to the invention, which includes the determination of the lambs peculiarities of distribution, and the quantity and quality composition of the pigment melanin in the hair in lambs 1-2 days of age, lambs in 5-months of age additionally spend irrigoscopy and determine the purity - no bars, lines, grooves, gaps, stains and uniformity - the lack of contrast differences in the pigmentation of the color of the iris of the eye, and the subsequent use of sheep producers with a uniform distribution of pigment without variations in color tone over the entire surface of the iris and all the flat areas of the right and left eyes in the sector from 1200until 1159h, clockwise.

The invention consists in the fact that the essential feature is the assessment, screening and selection of parents with regard to uniform distribution of pigment on the entire surface of the iris.

A causal relationship between a set of features and achieve technical results is that the method is eco-friendly, harmless, non-waste and reliable, simple, energy-saving, it can be attributed to the rapid method.

The proposed method differs from the prototype in that:

1) a method of obtaining matched in color Karakul carried out according to the results of irrigoscopy and evaluation in lambs 5 months. age of purity is the absence of bands, lines, grooves, gaps, stains and homogeneity - the lack of contrast differences in the pigmentation of the color of the iris of the eye, and prototype evaluation of lambs carried out on the characteristics of the distribution, and quality and quantity composition of the pigment melanin in the hair lambs at 1-2 days of age;

2) the method does not require expensive equipment, reagents and is performed directly on the field;

3) the method is the rapid method, the time required for the evaluation of iris features not exceed 5-10 seconds.

Analysis of the known technical solutions in IP is lleguemos region suggests, in that way does not contain characteristics similar to the significant distinguishing features of the claimed method.

Thus, the proposed method is new, not obvious and involves an inventive step.

The proposed method is as follows.

During the evaluation of breeding rams, optionally in lambs in 5-months of age are irrigoscopy and determine the purity of the absence of bands, lines, grooves, gaps, stains and uniformity - the lack of contrast differences in the pigmentation of the color of the iris of the eye, and in the subsequent use of sheep producers with a uniform distribution of pigment without variations in color tone over the entire surface of the iris and its projection areas of the right and left eyes in the sector from 1200until 1159PM

Example. The experiments were carried out in karakulevodstva agriculture NURATA" Navoi region, Nurata district of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Breeding rams in 1-2 days of age were selected according to the classical scheme: take into account the shape, the type, the size of the curl, Shine, softness, thickness of hair.

The proposed method is as follows.

During the evaluation of breeding rams in 5-months of age they are irrigoscopy additionally study iris of the eye. To do this, in the scurry weather using a magnifier with a magnification X 20 carry out the examination of the iris in all sectors from 12 00until 1159PM

In the inspection process differentiate lambs into four groups. The first group of animals consists of breeding rams, which are evaluated on the characteristics of the distribution, as well as the qualitative and quantitative composition of pigment-melanin (known prototype method).

The second with a clean uniform and evenly pigmented iris (proposed - unknown way).

The third with the iris, which has a contrasting differences in the intensity of pigmentation (control experience No. 1)).

The fourth group of animals consists of breeding rams, estimated by the usual method, i.e. by visual characteristics ravninnoe pigmentation of the hair in lambs (data characterizing the average population).

Additionally, 5-months of age was assessed ravninnoe color of the iris.

All breeding parameters lambs were similar. When reaching the animal to 1.5 years of age were selected 9 goals (3 of sheep in each group), the seed of which have been artificially inseminated uterus same beige color on 80 animals in each group. All animals during the experimental period were kept in the same conditions of feeding and maintenance.

Analysis of the results of experiment was carried out according to lambing and appraisal of the lambs within 1-2 days of age. The results is provided (table. 1)that from sheep with uniform color of the iris is obtained lambs with excellent and normal uravneniy coloring hair 84.7%of the output of the lambs elite and 1 class comprised of 92.5%. It is accordingly 16.0 and 21.3% compared with the known method. In the two control groups (3 and 4 option selection), the difference in terms of ravninnoe color of the hair and the quality of the fur was more important and was compared with the proposed method, respectively 37.2-28,5,1% and 23.8-22,5%. The proposed method can improve the efficiency of selection and to reduce the output of the lambs with poor uravneniy coloring hair by 16.2%. On the other two control groups compared with the proposed method, this difference was even higher and amounted to 37.5 and 28.7%.
