The covers (20) and bases (19) are respectively mounted on links (2) and (1) and are unfolded with long sides along the axis of the folded bar. A rotary panel (24) serves to press the panels (17) to the cover (20) and turning thereof by 45° for uniform lift-off. When switching the solar panel to an operating position, the containers are first turned with long sides perpendicular to the axis of the bar and the cover and base are fixed on links (2) and (1). Initial opening of the panels (17) is carried out by mutually turning the links (1, 2) by an angle of 180°. The process of unfolding the solar panel is completed by pushing intermediate pipes of the telescopic link (2). |

The product is processed in continuously operated centrifuge composed of the separator including the revolving drum with vertical shaft, the stack of separation troughs with vertical channels, product feed tube and at least two separation elements for diversion of easier liquid phase and heavier phase from the drum, and the solid phase discharge holes. Invention relates to processing of secondary stock and is meant for processing of PVC wastes. It can be used at plastic and plastic wastes processing enterprises. Claimed process comprises the PVC wastes receipt by the intake bin, PVC wastes sorting, PVC wastes grinding, mixing at the extruder and article moulding. Stabilizing additives, for example, barium stearate, carboxylated lead or calcium, are added at mixing in the extruder. These are added to create the appropriate PVC processing conditions at up to 200-240°C for extraction of chlorine from the melt at control at said temperatures. |

Method of compensation of thermal deformations of metal-cutting machines with nc Method includes temperature measurement of thermal active machine assemblies, based on the measured temperature calculation of thermal deformations of the said assemblies, comparison of the said thermal deformations with their set permitted values, and appropriate correction of the movement of the machine working elements as per each controlled coordinate in case of exceedance by the said thermal deformations of set permitted values. At that preliminarily the change rate of the thermal deformations of each thermal active assembly at different machine operation modes are determined based on test results, coefficients of heat transfer of each thermal active assembly are identified using the change rate, and the maximum one is selected, and its appropriate change rate of the thermal deformations is assumed as a base one. During the machine operation the coefficient of the heat transfer of each of the thermal active assemblies, determining the thermal deformations of the end assembly, are maintained at the level ensuring the base change rate of thermal deformations of the said thermal active assemblies by means of their appropriate cooling. |

The sliding element (20) of the bearings comprises a steel base (22), a base layer (24) out of sintered metal powder, located on base (22) and containing copper, tin, bismuth and solid particles (40) comprising Fe3P or MoSi2 in amount from 0.2 wt % to 5.0 wt % with average volume size D50 not exceeding 10 mcm, and hardness at least 600 HV 0.05 at temperature 25°C. Under one option on the base layer (24) a tin layer (26) is sprayed. Between the base layer (24) and tin sprayed layer (26) the nickel separating layer (42) can be located, and tin and nickel intermediate layer (44) between the nickel separating layer (42) and tin sprayed layer (26). Under another option the sliding element (20) contains either deposited aluminium coating (30), or polymer coating (28) applied directly on the base layer (24).
