System of automatic regulation of stiffness of a road roller roll comprises: an upper band, a lower band, a spring, a rope clamp, a metal rope, a tension pulley, a drive motor, a reducer. The band is made as split. Parts of the band are connected with a spring, inside the spring from the rope clamp a metal rope is pulled, one end of which is fixed to ends of the band part, and the second end is fixed to the tension pulley located on the frame or axis of the roll.

Road surface structure includes a base from overconsolidated soil with consolidation coefficient Cc=1.02-1.03, in the cross section made in the form of a trapezoid, the lower side of which is equal to the width of the traffic area, and the upper side is made narrower than the traffic area width by 20-25 cm at each side, with arrangement of a support layer from compacted crushed stone of triangular shape with a top located near the base of the trapezoid, and a double-layer coating from asphalt concrete, made along the entire width of the traffic area of the motor road. Method includes regulation of a khor in its lower part flowing from the bog and damming of water inflow into the bog with the help of arrangement of a pipe culvert, which is coupled to each other with the help of heads. Several pits are dug on the shore of the mineral part of the bog for the depth of the peat deposit. Drainage pumps are installed into pits with installation of discharge lines via damper wells into the lower part of the creek. Then coffer dams are dug, and water is released from the bog into the pit, and then the pumps are started, and water is pumped into the creek. After surface and partially ground waters have been pumped, and peat has settled, they start digging an open drainage network, coupling it via coffer dams with pits, still pumping water with pumps. At the same time peat reclamation is started from the shore line of the peat bog, and peat is replaced with mineral soil, simultaneously installing perforated wells in deepest areas on the bottom of the former peatbog, and the wells are previously wrapped with geotextile. Drainage pumps are placed into perforated wells, and ground waters are pumped into the lower part of the creek, thus reducing ground waters and creating conditions for final replacement of peat with mineral soil.

Method to repair an asphaltic concrete pavement after sampling with a core barrel includes filling of a hole with crushed stone and insertion of a plug into the hole. Besides, a bitumen net is laid onto the bottom of the hole and on top of crushed stone, the plug is inserted, made in the form of a cylinder with a diameter that is 4-8 mm less than the diameter of the core barrel crown, the slot between the plug and the hole is filled with sand, on top the joint is poured with hot bitumen, or edges of the road pavement and the plug are heated with a burner, and a bitumen tab is applied.

Road surface "avf-1" and method of its arrangement

Road surface comprises a drainage ballast base and a solid coating placed on top of it, including pavement tiles of different configurations and dimensions in plan. Pavement tiles are made in the form of separate solid elements, combined with the below arranged solid monolithic reinforced slab, with which they are continuously connected and form a single monolithic structure of the solid coating. Between the pavement tiles there are water-impermeable partitions built in, having arbitrary contour in plan, which follows configuration of side faces of pavement tiles, and their height makes (40-80)% of the total thickness of the single monolithic design of the solid coating. In different configurations of pavement tiles the total quantity of external and internal angles may amount to any number, up to 10. There is a method proposed to arrange a road surface with pavement tiles. In the road surface under temperature and subsidence deformations of the coating the contact joints of pavement tiles always remain tightly closed.

Method and device for making modified rubber-bitumen putties

Method includes heating of bitumen to temperature of 90-120°C in a heat insulated reservoir (1), addition of rubber crumb and polyethylene. Besides, rubber crumb is added into the reservoir into bitumen in the amount of 10-20 wt % and mixed, and polyethylene is added into the additional heat insulated tight reservoir (14) in the amount of 1-2 wt % and poured with a self-flowing mixture of bitumen and rubber crumb. Then the produced mix is heated to temperature 130-170°C, and with the help of a gear pump (23) they perform multiple recirculation of the mix via the heat insulated reservoir. The device for preparation of putty comprises the heat insulated reservoir (1) with a heating device (2), a neck (3) and a mixing device (35), a mixing drive (42), a stop valve (12), a drain manifold (11) and pipelines. Besides, between the stop valve (12) and the neck (3) below the reservoir level (1) there is a tight heat insulated additional reservoir (14) with the second heating device (19), to the outlet of the reservoir (14) a recirculation pipeline (25) is connected, as well as a gear pump (23) with a drive (34), the outlet of the pipeline (25) is connected with the neck (3) of the reservoir (1).

Proposed surface is composed of plate-like cover elements laying to abut on each other. Opposite edges of abutting near cover elements have cut-outs extending in parallel with extension of surface of cover elements from said edges to cover elements. Opposite cut-outs are located on one straight line. Aligned locks are arranged to slide in one of said cut-outs on one straight line and to be partially displaced by control shaft into one of two cut-outs on one straight line, so that they can engage with both cut-outs on one straight line to cover disengagement between two adjacent cover elements.

Drying drum is designed for macadam production plants. Drying drum comprises tray connected thereto to create the flame to pass therein. Drying drum accommodates tubular shielding structure with lengthwise axis parallel with the drum major axis extending from the burner so that flame is localised inside shielding structure. Note here that separation ring is formed between said shielding structure and drum inner surface. Shielding structure comprises multiple cavities facing the drum inner surface to receive the material to be dried. Shielding structure is made of heat conducting material.

Invention relates to construction equipment, particularly, to vibrating rammers. Vibrating rammer comprises board with platform to support the drive articulated with vibrator arranged at said board. Said platform is mounted on rolling bearings and is coupled with the board via hinged with horizontal pin. The latter is located opposite the vibrator, at the end of board with rounded working surface circumscribed by radius with centre located at hinge pin. Articulation between vibrator and drive is composed by two-step belt drive with idle pulleys aligned with horizontal hinge. Vibrator and hinge are mounted at the board, at its opposite sides relative to the centre of gravity, at spacing defined by mathematical formula. Pin joint between said platform and said board rules out transfer of vertical oscillations to platform supporting the drive, hence to motor and operator handle.

Device to reduce slipperiness of roads

Device includes gratings of strong materials which are installed on the road, covered with ice or snow. Equipment of grading elements with drives, allowing the gradings to carry out translational back motion is a new characteristic. This motion allows to move the falling snow under the gratings.

Invention can be used for removal of all layers of asphalt coating, its processing into an asphalt mixture and laying into a new road bed, compaction of the road way base, repair of formed pits, removal of coverings of wells, installation of new coverings into an elevation with the level of future asphalt coating. Recirculation combine of the asphalt road coating includes an asphalt coating gatherer connected to the platform by means of a seat connection, which are installed on pneumatic rollers. The asphalt coating gatherer is made in the form of a sleigh wedge. On the upper plane of the gatherer there are triangular cut-outs in the front part. The upper part of the gatherer is made in the form of a blade that is changed over to a tunnel. The gatherer includes a heater of removed asphalt coating before a guillotine. The guillotine is suspended on steel ropes removed with a winch with a ratchet mechanism of a telpher on a monorail for removal of coverings of wells. Piston-rod blades directed into triangular cut-outs of the gatherer and installed onto supports are fixed on bell cranks of a crank shaft. Beaters are fixed on the shaft of a hammer crusher of asphalt scraps on plate-like springs. Beaters move along a curved plane at rotation of the shaft. Beaters transfer tension to the plate-like spring. The plate-like spring is bent at rolling on a rounded baffle with varying distance to the shaft for tension of springs for the purpose of an abrupt impact on asphalt scrap on the gatherer blade. Vibrating compacters of the road base, accumulators of asphalt scrap that is screened with meshes installed at the tunnel bottom are used for levelling of the base for the future asphalt coating. A conveyor performs loading and lifting of asphalt scrap into a remelting furnace. Melting and optimisation of asphalt mixture with addition of bitumen or a reducing agent is performed in the remelting furnace. The following is installed on the platform: an asphalt coating remelting furnace, a beam crane for installation of new coverings of wells at the level of the future road bed, a bitumen warm-up reservoir for optimisation of asphalt mixture, an unloading conveyor of excess asphalt mixture to the side, an asphalt mixture storage bunker, an asphalt laying machine, a slit-type fraction calibrator of the laid asphalt mixture with removal of coarse fractions, and an inclined tray for removal of a calibrated fraction. A motor for actuation of combine units is installed in the gatherer.

Automatic control device of working mechanism of soil compacting machine

Invention relates to construction, and namely to control of compaction of bulk soils. An automatic control device of an actuator of a working element of a soil compacting machine consists of an accelerometer, an amplifier, a band-pass filter, an amplifier with an adjustable amplification coefficient, a filter of the first harmonic, a frequency to analogue signal converter, an algebraic adder, a setting device of a soil compaction degree, an analogue-to-digital converter, a compactor, a trigger, a signal shaper and a memory unit. The device is equipped with monitoring converters of the number of machine passes, its movement speed, force and frequency of an impact of the working element, speed of a bell-crank mechanism, input and output normalisers for connection to a control object, an on-board microprocessor controller with a software, which is controlled with the actuator as per several optimum parameters. Primary converters are electrically connected through the input signal normaliser to Input 1 of the microprocessor controller, to Input 2 of which a signal is supplied from a comparison analyser, and control commands of the adjustable actuator kinematically connected to the working element of the machine are shaped from Input through the output normaliser.

Unlike known control methods of irregularities of a road pavement profile, and according to the proposed invention, quality of road pavement is determined as per vibration characteristics of moving automobile transport. The method consists in creation of a reference base of evenness parameters of road pavement at the road commissioning stage, for which characteristics of vibration actions of road pavement irregularities are used with regard to a measurement point of a satellite positioning system; monitoring of the state of the road pavement is performed during road operation by recording parameters of vibration actions of irregularities of the road pavement; data of test vibration measurements at similar points of the road are used in regression forecasting models to determine road operating life.

Invention relates to a device for mixing soil materials, in particular to a device for mixing additives directly with soil materials of the ground. The device comprises at least two mixing drums made with the ability to rotate around their axes of rotation which are located at a small distance from each other. Between the drums the fixing frame is located, on which the drop sleeve is fixedly mounted. At the upper end of the drop sleeve the attachment means are located for attachment to the lever for mounting the attached implement. The rotation axes of the mixing drums are inclined relative to the plane perpendicular to the vertical axis of the device, so that when the drop sleeve is in the upright position, the axes of rotation of the mixing drums are inclined downward toward the outer ends of the drums.
