The invention relates to the field of shipbuilding, specifically to the designs of submarines, carriers of the rescue submersibles designed to rescue people from disaster underwater objects under water.

There are various transportation options rescue submersibles (SPA) underwater vehicles (Antonov AN. The use of combat DPS as carriers MUH - pros and cons // Shipbuilding. 2012. No. 4. P.18-25). However, only rescue submarine (CPF) project 940 (Postnov A.A. Rescue submarine project 940 // Typhoon. 2001. No. 9 (40) has a fence SPA, partially protecting them from exposure to the velocity head at the movement of the CPF in a submerged position, as well as from the effects of sea state during movement in surface position and when the immersion and emersion of the CPF.

Specified fencing has a three-dimensional structure, which in the middle part has a niche to accommodate SPA and equipment for their mounting in the bow paired with a fence lifting mast device (fence cutting), and in the aft has a streamlined shape (structural drawing of a SUBMARINE hull project 940 CDB "lapis Lazuli" No. 940-100-028, the website ).

A disadvantage of known construction is incomplete protection of the SPA from the effects of the velocity head of the water and marine concern that ograniczenie the speed and seaworthiness of the underwater media SPA. In addition, there is a construction fence underwater vehicles not allows you to safely float in broken ice during rescue operations in the Arctic waters, because niches are not protected from the ingress of broken ice, which can cause damage to the SPA and to the impossibility to carry out the necessary work.

A disadvantage of the known designs is the inability safe installation inside the fence SPA, located in the surface position, for example emergency, as it requires complex maneuvers underwater media both horizontally and vertically in the position of partial immersion, which do not provide sufficient stability of the underwater medium.

The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of use of the SPA installed in the underwater medium, in different operating conditions, including Arctic waters, due to the elimination of these drawbacks.

The objective is achieved due to the fact that the height of the surround construction fencing rescue submersibles is performed such that the distance from the plane of the regular provisions of the mating flange camera underwater suction apparatus to the upper edge of that portion of the fence was higher than the draught of the apparatus located in the surface position at the top of ograde the Oia are technical means, protecting the apparatus from the broken ice, and on-Board volume fences are installed ballast tanks, ensuring the stability of the underwater carrier in the position of partial immersion.

Technical means of protecting the apparatus from the broken ice can be made in the form of movable structures, such as boards, or in the form of water monitors connected to corresponding, for example fire, the system of the underwater vehicle and creates on the surface of the water stream directed from the nose aft.

Mobile construction fence, located in the upper part, can be made with the possibility of installation in the position that provides the service rescue submersibles.

To facilitate entry into the fence and rescue apparatus, which is including in surface position aft of the fence can be made drop-down.

To reduce the hydrodynamic resistance of the popup designs aft enclosures can be configured to mate with feeding structures (exposed portions) of the underwater medium.

To ensure accurate maneuvering of underwater carrier vertically in the position of the partial immersion of the ballast tanks fence can be divided into several parts along the length is appropriate.

Depending on the operating characteristics of the underwater carrier construction fences rescue submersibles can be made removable.

The invention is illustrated by figure 1, which shows a longitudinal section of fence installed underwater rescue apparatus; figure 2, which shows the plan of the fence, and figure 3, which presents the cross-section.

On the underwater medium 1 set fence 2, inside of which there are rescue submersibles 3. At the top of the fence installed movable structure 4, and the aft railings installed the drop-down designs 5. In Board volumes fences placed ballast tanks 6.

When driving and also when diving or surfacing submarine carrier 1 movable structures 4 are set to protect the subs from 3 dynamic effects of the aquatic environment and broken ice, drop-down design 5 interact with a projecting part (the upper vertical stabilizer) of the underwater medium, which reduces hydrodynamic drag. Ballast tank 6 is filled with water. When performing rescue operations movable structures 4 are transferred in the vertical or horizontal position, allowing free exit and rescue under adnych apparatus 3 of niches fencing 2. At the same time can be disclosed structure 5. If you need to enter a niche in fencing 2 rescue underwater vehicle 3, in the surface position, movable structures 4 are transferred in the vertical position, the feed structure 5 are disclosed. Due dosed blowing ballast tanks 6 are surfacing submarine carrier in a position in which the movable structure 4 and the upper edge of the surround construction fence 2 shows out of the water. Rescue underwater vehicle 3 is put in the niche fences 2 and positioned above the staff. After that, additionally blown ballast tank 6, an underwater carrier 1 podplyvaet and underwater vehicle 3 raises in position.

The use of the invention improves the efficiency and safety of the use of rescue submersibles installed on a submerged media in a variety of conditions, including Arctic waters and emergencies.
