Method of protection against caisson disease in rescue of personnel from sunk ship / 2507109
Invention relates to life-saving methods in emergent evacuation from sunk ship. Proposed method consists in that prior to filling rescue means with compressed air the ship crewman should latch his halyard safety hook on ship guard rails. Said rescue means filled with compressed air pushes said crewman to water surface. Note here that said halyard is passed through roller brake device fitted at crewman rescue means and connected via gearset with brake device head roller rpm regulator to allow control over halyard forward speed. This prevents fast surfacing, hence, origination of caisson disease.

When implementing the rescue method, the cabin crew boards a sealed capsule with decks. The launching tube is locked and the strong sealed capsule floats up the launching tube of the submarine. The strong sealed capsule is held in the launching tube of the submarine rescue complex using holding device. The passage hatch of the launching tube, located in the region of the upper access hatch of the strong sealed capsule is opened. The cabin crews enters it and it is then put into the strong sealed capsule, after which the upper access hatch of the strong sealed capsule is opened and the cabin crew is lowered onto seats, starting from the lower decks and ending with upper decks. The passage hatch of the launching tube and the upper access hatch of the sealed capsule are closed. Then before floating, the launching tube is locked up to a pressure, comparable to outboard pressure, and the launching device is detached. After floating up, the upper access hatch is opened and the cabin crew is raised to the bulkhead of the strong sealed capsule. The submarine rescue complex has a launching tube, joined to the strong housing of the submarine. The tube has a strong sealed capsule, with an upper access hatch and a system for locking the tube, propped in the tube. The launching tube has a passage hatch, located in the region of the upper access hatch of the strong sealed capsule. The invention relates to the field of shipbuilding, more specifically to the use of submarines to rescue people from disaster underwater objects under water.

Know the use of submarines (SUBMARINE) as carriers of techniques for rescue divers (Antonov AN. The use of combat DPS as carriers MUH - pros and cons. // Shipbuilding. 2012. No. 4. P.18-25). For this submarine is installed removable module (nedelcu), providing accommodation rescue submersible and durable containers with equipment to ensure operation of the apparatus and carrying out decompression rescued submariners (RF patent No. 2059524 C1 IPC B63G 8/40, publ. 10.05.1996 year).

For communication between rescue scuba apparatus and facilities for submarine use located in one of the extremities of DPS staff (standard) coaming area, corresponding, for example, the requirements of GOST RV 52360-2005. (Coaming-space. General technical requirements).

A disadvantage of the known construction is that the combat DPS does not have the technical means of ensuring the stabilization at the point when the action of natural factors (currents and rough seas), which significantly complicates the execution of rescue operations. In addition, through one of the regular (standard) coaming-pad h is possible to ensure effective communication of premises and equipment removable module (nedelki) with appropriate facilities and subsystems PL, it also limits the rescue capabilities of combat DPS with removable rescue module. It is also difficult to place rescued submariners in the residential area of combat DPS, which is not designed for a large number of people.

The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of rescue divers using combat submarine with a removable module of rescue equipment, including rescue submersible.

The objective is achieved due to the fact that combat submarine in addition to the technical means for military use, are technical means to ensure its stabilization at the point when the rescue operation. For interfacing with the removable module permanently set additional sites, including coaming facilities, and to accommodate saved in the premises of DPS, mainly in the Bay of ammunition, temporarily install demountable accommodation modules.

Part of rescue equipment, such as cylinders of compressed gases, may be placed instead of ammo DPS on the respective racks. In addition, equipment to stay saved or part of rescue equipment, such as decompression and/or diving equipment can be placed in the camera rescue pop-up (CWS)is icii last to the battle SQUARE.

If necessary, enforce rescue additional equipment, such as uninhabited underwater apparatus, at the battle of PL can be set corresponding to the removable module. For interfacing this module to SQUARE it must be permanently installed corresponding to the specific node.

As a technical means of ensuring the stabilization of DPS at the point when the execution of rescue operations, can be applied thrusters and/or underwater mooring device.

To reduce the impact on the fighting qualities PL technical means and connecting nodes, forming openings in the outer casing of DPS, these cuts can be made-fitting lids removed in preparation for the rescue work. The closing cut, the anchor device may be used to anchor made appropriate form, for example in the form of a cone.

The invention is illustrated by figure 1, which presents a side view of the SQUARE dened removable modules, and figure 2, which presents the cross-section of the compartment ammunition PL.

To combat submarine 1 installed: removable safety module 2 with rescue underwater devices 3 and the removable module uninhabited underwater vehicle 4. Removable modules communicate with the casing P is via a standard coaming-pad 5, additional coaming-pad 6 and the connecting node 7. On the SQUARE is permanently installed thrusters 8 and anchor device 9 with an anchor in the form of a cone, and SWR 10. In the Bay of ammo DPS on the shelves of ammunition temporarily placed cylinders of compressed gases 11. In addition, there are collapsible housing modules 12.

In the accomplishment of the service cuts of thrusters 8, optional coaming sites 6 and the docking station 7 are closed lids. In the premises of ammo on the shelves placed ammo, and residential modules 12 are missing. If necessary, perform rescue operations cover a cut of thrusters 8, optional coaming sites 6 and the docking unit 7 is removed, the location of the ammo from the shelves removed ammunition and in their place are cylinders of compressed gases 11 are sectional housing modules 12.

Indoors SWR 10 installed equipment to stay saved or rescue equipment. Then on the prepared connecting seat are removable modules 2 and 4, module 2 installed rescue submersibles 3, after which the submarine 1 is ready to perform work to salvage divers.

The use of the invention allows to significantly improve the efficiency of operations by rescue divers with the use of what Finance appropriately equipped submarines, bringing the efficiency value to specialized rescue submarines.
