The invention is pertaining to the method of cooking of the foodstuff by extrusion. The method provides for reprocessing of the first food stuff having the density from 75 up to 130 g/l in the first section of the extruder, then they reprocess the second food stuff having the density from 75 up to 130 g/l in the second section of then extruder and extrude these two food stuffs through one common or two separate outlet holes. The first and second food stuffs are reprocessed in the opposite directions and as the result of it the food stuffs are moving towards to each other using rotation of one or two augers. The first section has essentially reverse spiral or the reverse spirals, as compared with the second section. According to the method the first and second food stuffs are combined before the extrusion and after that they are extruded through the common outlet hole. The first and second food stuffs may be similar and each of them is reprocessed in the corresponding sections by the similar methods. The first and second food stuffs may be different and each of them is reprocessed in the corresponding section differently. As the result of it the method ensures reduction of friction and abrasion and also the undesirable efforts.

Said carrier can feature conical shape with taper angle of 6 degrees. This allows making the cylindrical briquettes with cylindrical bore with radial channels. The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in the construction of screw presses designed to obtain a molded fuel by pressing from waste wood and timber (sawdust, shavings, shredded, etc). Known screw press-extruder containing a frame on which are mounted a hopper and casing with a matrix channel, the mouthpiece and screw mounted rotatably. The auger is provided with a tapered guide and working areas, the latter of which consists of sealing and molding parts. The sealing part is made with coils of variable profile and decrease in the direction of the moldable mass depth of the grooves [RF Patent №2203806, 10.05.2003,, B. I. No. 13 part II]. The disadvantage of this construction is to obtain a briquette density with insufficient specific area. The technical result of the present invention is the possibility of obtaining briquettes cylindrical shape having an internal cylindrical bore with radial channels in the direction of the periphery. This cake can be of unlimited length and having a high density. The task is solved in that a screw press extruder for forming briquettes from sawdust, containing a frame 1 on which are mounted a hopper 2 and case 3 with m trionum channel, the mouthpiece 4 and the screw 5 mounted rotatably, and the mouthpiece 4 is made with a liner cylindrical form 7 with a fixed radial dividers 8, allows to obtain a high-density briquettes having a large specific surface area, and the mouthpiece - 4 may be conical with a cone angle of 6°. In figure 1 there is shown a screw press-extruder for forming briquettes from sawdust, figure 2 shows a conical mouthpiece with the liner cylindrical shape. Screw press-extruder for forming briquettes from sawdust comprises a frame 1 on which are mounted a hopper 2 and a housing 3 with a matrix channel, the mouthpiece 4 and the screw 5 mounted rotatably. The screw 5 is made conical with the pilot and working areas. The working area consists of sealing and molding parts. The sealing part is made with coils of variable profile and decrease in the direction of the moldable mass depth of the grooves. The mouthpiece 4 is a forming cylinder, within which is located the liner cylindrical form 7 with a fixed radial dividers 8. Moreover, the use of the conical shape of the mouthpiece allows you to create greater value developed pressure during pressing. The amount of taper of the mouthpiece 6° borrowed from the device settings offered is in patent RU 2203806 C2. The device operates as follows. The turns of the screw 5, condensing sawdust push them through the mouthpiece 4. As a result, the liner cylindrical form 7 with a radial dividers 8 forms in the briquette cylindrical bore and having radial channels. In the case of the use of the mouthpiece conical shape with a cone angle of 6°, the magnitude of the seal is increased by the value of the coefficient of friction, due to the reduction in size of the outlet. Thus, the proposed design compared to the prototype, allows to obtain a high-density briquettes having a large specific surface area. 1.
