The press extruder comprises a frame (1) with brackets (3) for suspension on a power facility, an extruder (3) mounted on it with a hopper (4) to load process material, an auger (5) with an alternating pitch of turns, a drive mechanism with a safety coupling and a reducer. At the same time on an output shaft of the auger there is an end auger (6) with a stem (7) installed in a conical attachment (8). At the same time on the conical attachment at the end there is a gate (12) hingedly fixed, which covers the output hole of the conical attachment with its plane. At the same time the stem of the end auger does not reach the plane of the gate in the covered condition of the output hole of the conical attachment by value A, equal to the thickness of the bottom of the peat block (13). At the same time the gate has a drive with a device for adjustment of the rotation cycle.

EFFECT: expansion of technological capabilities of the press extruder - making peat blocks for seeding.

The invention relates to presses-extruders and can be used in the manufacture of briquettes for fuel and peat pots for seedlings.

It is designed for processing (sintering) waste coal and peat.

Using the media can be processed anthracite stiby, coal slurries, powder brown coal and peat.

The finished product has the form of cylindrical rods with a diameter of 30...40 mm and a length of 50...200 mm, consists of a frame, mounted on it, the press-extruder with a nozzle, a gearbox with an electric motor to drive the screw of the extruder.

The disadvantage of this press-extruder is that the finished product, having a view of a cylindrical shape, there is no holes for better combustion in the furnace, and this press-extruder, it is impossible to produce peat pots for seedlings.

The disadvantage of this screw press is that it is not possible to produce peat pots for seedlings.

The purpose of the invention is to expand the technological capabilities of the press-extruder - manufacture of peat pots for seedlings.

This goal is achieved by the fact that the nozzle is tapered from the butt hinged flap, cyclically overlapping its plane of outlet nozzles cone and rod end of the screw does not reach the plane of the flaps in overlapped condition of the outlet nozzle cone on the "a"value, equal to the thickness of the bottom of the peat pot, and the flap has a drive device for adjustment of the cycle of rotation.

The contour of the flap executed on a curve such as a circle, and has a recess around the perimeter. Under the nozzle cone in place out of the peat pot is set a tray with two symmetrical sloped surfaces on an algebraic curve of the 3rd order:

Cissoid of Diocles with a given diameter "D"equal to the outside diameter of the peat pot;

and "x" and "y" coordinates of Cissoid of Diocles.

The tray is fixed to the body nasadq the cone with the possibility to adjust its position.

Thus, the inventive press-extruder for the manufacture of peat pots meets the criterion of "Novelty."

The features distinguishing the claimed technical solution to the prototype, in other technical solutions in this field of technology have been identified that leads to the conclusion that the inventive press-extruder for the manufacture of peat pots meets the criterion of "substantial differences".

When blocked by a valve 12 opening of the nozzle cone 8, the space between the flap 12 and the rod 7 is filled with technological material, such as peat, and is formed in the bottom of the peat pot 13 (figure 2).

When the open hole of the nozzle cone 8 compacted technological material, such as peat, extruded through a hole of the nozzle cone 8 to the outside (figure 3) until such time as the valve 12 is again not block the hole of the nozzle cone 8.

Due to the fact that the contour of the valve 12 is executed on a curve such as a circle, and has a recess around the perimeter, then the overlap of the nozzle orifice cone 8 valve 12 will separate the peat pot 13 from the continuous flow of process material, such as peat coming through the hole of the nozzle cone 8. Then the cycle repeats.

To exclude the destruct the Oia peat pot 13 in the fall to the ground under the nozzle cone 8 in place out of the peat pot 13 is installed, the tray 16 with two symmetrical sloped surfaces 17, performed on an algebraic curve of the 3rd order:
