The invention is pertaining to the method of cooking of the foodstuff by extrusion. The method provides for reprocessing of the first food stuff having the density from 75 up to 130 g/l in the first section of the extruder, then they reprocess the second food stuff having the density from 75 up to 130 g/l in the second section of then extruder and extrude these two food stuffs through one common or two separate outlet holes. The first and second food stuffs are reprocessed in the opposite directions and as the result of it the food stuffs are moving towards to each other using rotation of one or two augers. According to the method the first and second food stuffs are combined before the extrusion and after that they are extruded through the common outlet hole. The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to a device for the production of extruded feed in the form of briquettes.

A device consisting of a body and the pressing unit. Inside is a single-thread screw with variable pitch. The pressing unit has associated with the housing casing having inlet cone and the output of the cylindrical part (A.S. EN 2118105 C1).

The disadvantages of this device is the inability to deal with moisture forage accumulation generated in the pressing process gas in the space between the casing and Villeroy with holes, the pressure loss on the septum between the longitudinal grooves of the Spinneret.

It is also known device consisting of a body and the pressing unit. The pressing unit includes associated with housing conical casing located in her conical plunger head. Screw press consists of a housing 1 with a feed neck 2. The proposed solution allows to improve the quality of cooked briquettes by increasing retention with minimal loss of their properties, to reduce pressure losses on the septum between the channels pressing and, as a consequence, the consumption of the process, to intensify gazoochistnoe.

The economic effect is achieved by increasing the shelf life of the briquettes, the expansion of technological capabilities, expanding the range humidity initial forage mass from 14 to 38%reduction in energy intensity.
