The invention relates to agriculture, in particular for breeding meat chickens.

Great attention in the breeding of poultry meat pay rates of fertilisation of eggs, as they significantly affect the output of chickens from laying hens and meat yield from a single parental pair.

However, it should be noted that from the total number inkubiruemykh eggs 5-15% are unfertilized. This necessitates the development of techniques of breeding work with the bird on the increasing rate of fertilisation of the eggs.

Individual selection of the birds on the fertilisation of eggs is performed during the nesting content. Binding acceptance sampling is the use of hens and roosters, originating from families and families with high levels of fertilisation of eggs during reproduction of the population.

In stud multiplier lines of meat chickens nursery, grandparent and parent flocks of such selection by the fertilisation of eggs cannot be done because the individual assessment of poultry impossible.

Meat roosters currently selected on the basis of live weight of calves at 5 weeks of age, the strength of bone, fleshing breast 5 and 17 (18)weeks of age, operaisti young at 5 weeks of age, live weight of adult birds (Recommendations for breeding in poultry. - Sergi is in Posad. 2003 - prototype).

At the same time more attention is paid to issues of evaluation and selection of birds on various exterior signs. In the literature there are no guidelines for methods of assessing meat roosters on the number of teeth on their foliate crest stud multiplier lines of the plant, grandparent and parent flocks.

In common with the claimed invention is the evaluation and selection of meat roosters on their body weight at 5 weeks of age, strength of bone, muscled chest 5 and 17 (18)weeks of age.

The present invention is the task to establish a relationship between the number of teeth on the leaf crest males and oplodotvorennogo eggs.

The technical result consists in the fact that culling from the herd of cocks with foliate crest of the number of teeth is equal to three, nine or more, excluded from the herd males with lower oplodotvorennogo eggs.

This object is achieved by a method of selection of meat cocks breeding herd when the content of the group, including an evaluation of their body weight at 5 weeks of age, muscled chest, the strength of bone, characterized in that additionally take into account the number of teeth on the leaf crest cocks in 17 (18)weeks of age and discarded males with 3 and 9 or more teeth on the leaf crest.

The example to Kratovo run

The work was done at the bird highly productive breeds: "nomad" (the plant "Krasny Kut"), "Competitor 3" and "Ross 308" Plemzavod "Contest").

Used bird breed Cornish lines: ARTICLE 1, ARTICLE 2 (the cross "nomad"), K8 (cross Competitor 3) and P1 (the cross "Ross 308"). For the experiment took 30 cocks in each line by pairing them with 300 chickens per line in 18 weeks of age when translating birds in space for the adult stock in accordance with the Recommendations of breeding. From each line was preincubation 3000 eggs.

Careful analysis showed that the number of teeth on the leaf crest in males ranged from 3 to 10. The number of such males was as follows: three teeth on leaf crest- 3,0%; 4 - 5,0%; 5 - 8,0%; 6 - 22,5%; 7 - 50,0%; 8 - 7,0%; 9 - 3,2%; 10 - 1,5%. Males with 3 and 9 or more teeth had lower oplodotvorennogo eggs.

In the future, each line were taken into account: the number of eggs laid in incubation during reproduction, the number of unfertilized eggs, oplodotvorennogo eggs, the number of teeth on the crest of a cock.

Based on the individual account of the above indicators was defined oplodotvorennogo eggs depending on the number of teeth on the crest of a cock.

The results of the study are presented in table 1.

It is established that oplodotvorennogo eggs when the number of the teeth 3, 9 and more was below standards for the linear birds breed Cornish.

The difference in the fertilisation of eggs by these groups compared with the average data of the other groups (4-8 teeth) were: line ST1 IS 4.7% (P>0,05), ARTICLE 2 - 4.6% (P<0,05), K8 - 4.8% (P<0.05), and P1 is 13.0% (P<0,001).

The results of the production test are presented in table 2.

The results of the study confirmed the production test performed on the bird line with ARTICLE 1 of the breed Cornish.

Males with 3, 9 or more teeth on the leaf crest had oplodotvorennogo eggs below 4.8% (P<,001) compared with males of group 2 (4-8 teeth on the comb).

With this method undertaking the selection of males at stud: multiplier breeding lines, grandparent and parent when the content of the group, which have oplodotvorennogo eggs 4.8% higher in comparison with cocks extreme variations in the number of teeth on the comb (3.9 and more teeth).

SUBSTANCE: for the purpose to obtain farm animals of preset sex it is necessary to apply male spermatozoa to detect sex sign in certain multitude of spermatozoa and sort spermatozoa according to the detected sex sign and collect them into the collector supplied with a shock absorbing element. Then one should obtain a sorted combination of spermatozoa to introduce it for female of the given mammalian type to fertilize, at least, one female ovicell at resultativeness level being, at least, 50% against that of pregnancy achieved at applying conventional combination of spermatozoa for artificial insemination. For separating spermatozoa one should create the source of cells that supplies spermatozoa for sorting procedure. Chemically one should coordinate capsular liquid for creating the medium out of capsular liquid for spermatozoa being coordinated with liquid medium of spermatozoa both before and after sorting technique. Then it is important to identify one of spermatozoa's properties. Spermatozoa should be differentiated in accordance to their sex and separated at the rate of, at least, 1200 operations/sec. Then spermatozoa with desired sex sign should be collected into the collector supplied with shock-absorbing element. To obtain multiple embryos it is necessary to induce polyovulation in a female of the given mammalian type to obtain, at least, two ovicells. Moreover, a polyovulation-favoring pharmaceutical preparation should be introduced at 12-h-long interval at any days between the 2nd and the 18th d of estrus cycle. It is necessary to detect sex in certain multitude of spermatozoa in a male of the given mammalian type to separate these spermatozoa according to sex sign and introduce separated spermatozoa into female uterus of the given mammalian type after estrus onset to fertilize multitude of ovicells in the uterus. The innovation enables to efficiently separate male spermatozoa in farm animals and obtain from them the offspring of desired sex and, also, obtain multiple embryos of the preset sex.
