The invention relates to the building materials industry and refers to compositions of ceramic masses for manufacturing of bricks.
Known ceramic material that contains, mass%: clay 76-79; coal 1-1,5; crushed marriage brick after drying 0,5-0,9; shredded waste fiberglass - other [1].
The objective of the invention consists in increasing the frost resistance of brick, derived from the ceramic material.
The technical result is achieved by ceramic material for the production of bricks containing clay, crushed marriage brick after drying, chopped fibre glass waste additionally include fly ash and clay, and the components are in the following ratio, mass%: clay 68,0-72,9; shredded scrap brick after drying 0,1-1,0; crushed and sifted through a sieve № 2,5 waste glass 7,0-11,0; ash 14,0-16,0; kaolin 4,0-6,0.

For preparation of the ceramic material can be used high-quality clay (brick) and kaolin any fields. Ceramic mass is prepared as follows.
1. Components are batched in the required amount. Moisturize and carefully knead the clay and kaolin. Marriage brick after drying are grinding to a complete pass through the sieve № 008. Prepared components (clay, kaolin, shredded scrap brick after day, crushed and sifted through a sieve № 2,5 fibre glass waste, fly ash) are mixed, add water. Humidity of the ceramic material is chosen within 18-23%. Ceramic mass of plastic method is formed into bricks, which are dried up to a humidity not more than 6 % and fired at a temperature of 1000-1100°N
2. Components are batched in the required amount. Clay and kaolin grind dry method. Marriage brick after drying are grinding to a complete pass through the sieve № 008. Prepared components (clay, kaolin, shredded scrap brick after drying, crushed and sifted through a sieve № 2,5 fibre glass waste, fly ash) are mixed, add water. Humidity of the ceramic material is chosen within 9-13%. Ceramic mass of the semi-dry method is formed into bricks, which are burnt at a temperature of 1000-1100°N
