FIELD: chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of structural articles. The ceramic mixture contains the following components, wt %: clay 58.0-64.0; scrap glass 14.0-16.0; granite screenings 14.0-16.0; spodumene 8.0-10.0. EFFECT: high water resistance of articles. 1 tbl
The invention relates to the manufacture of building products. Known ceramic material composition, wt.%: clay 40,0-48,0; cullet 8,0-12,0; quartz sand 5,0-10,0; granite screenings 28,0-35,0; manganese sludge from 3.0 to 11.0 [1]. The objective of the invention is to increase the water resistance of the products obtained from the ceramic body. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the ceramic material containing clay, glass, granite screenings, additionally includes spodumene in the following ratio, wt.%: clay 58,0-64,0; cullet 14,0-16,0; granite screenings 14,0-16,0; spodumene 8,0-10,0. In the composition of the ceramic material can be used high-quality low-melting clay all fields. The table below shows the composition of the ceramic material.
The components are metered in the desired quantities. Granite screenings, glass, spodumene separately milled to obtain a powder and sieved through sieve No. 014. Milled components mixed with crushed clay. Mass is moistened to 18-23%, thoroughly mixed and molded from her plastic method products (bricks, tiles), which are dried to a moisture content of not more than 8% and calcined at a temperature of 1030-1070°C. Sources of information 1. SU 1544749, C04B 33/00, 1990. Ceramic material containing clay, glass, granite screenings, characterized in that the addition includes spodumene in the following ratio of components, wt.%: clay 58,0-64,0; cullet 14,0-16,0; granite screenings 14,0-16,0; spodumene 8,0-10,0.
