FIELD: chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of ceramic mass, which can be used in production of facing tiles. Ceramic mass for production of facing tiles includes clay, coal, glass bead, talc and zinc oxide with the following component ratio, wt %: clay - 71.2-75.2; coal - 0.2-0.4; glass bead - 12.0-14.0; talc - 12.0-14.0; zinc oxide - 0.4-0.6. EFFECT: increased strength of products. 1 tbl
The invention relates to compositions of ceramic masses, which can be used in the production of tiles. Known ceramic material, comprising, by wt.%: clay 66,0-80,0; waste enrichment asbestos ore 10,0-20,0; coal 1,0-4,0; steklokeramika 1,0-10,0 [1]. The objective of the invention is to increase the strength of the products obtained from the ceramic body. The technical result is achieved in that the ceramic material for the manufacture of tiles, including clay, coal, steklokeramika, further comprises talc and zinc oxide in the following ratio, wt.%: clay 71,2-75,2; coal 0,2-0,4; steklokeramika 12,0-14,0; talc 12,0-14,0; zinc oxide of 0.4-0.6. The table below shows the composition of the ceramic material.
For the preparation of ceramic masses use quality white burning clay all fields. The components are metered in the desired quantities. Ball mill load steklokeramika, pour the water and spend it grinding for 4-6 hours. Then in the mill type clay, talc, coal and crushed for another 3-4 hours. At the end of the grinding type zinc oxide. The degree of grinding of the finished slip must match the remainder of the 2% on a sieve 008. This was followed by dehydration of the suspension to obtain layers with a moisture content of 20-25%. From the obtained ceramic material plastic method is formed into tiles, which are dried to a moisture content of 1-6%. When the temperature 980-1000°C carried out the first firing of the products. Then, on the surface of the tiles put a layer of glaze and at a temperature of 1100-1150°C have a second firing. For the decoration of the surface of the tiles with ceramic paints. The source of information 1. SU 1165662, SW 33/00, 1985. Ceramic material for the manufacture of tiles, including clay, coal, steklokeramika, characterized in that it further comprises talc and zinc oxide in the following ratio, wt. %: clay - 71,2-75,2; coal - 0,2-0,4; steklokeramika - 12,0-14,0; talc - 12,0-14,0; zinc oxide of 0.4 - 0.6.
