Invention relates to agriculture, particularly the breeding of poultry. The method of early assessment of laying hens comprises selection of eggs by weight, shape index and shell defects before loading for incubation. At that the embryos are additionally evaluated by the intensity of the embryonic development in the period of incubation by determining on the 18-19 hour of incubation of the diameter of the embryo and determining at the 63-64 hour of incubation of the diameter of the yolk sac vascular field. At that the embryos are selected which diameter of the yolk sac vascular field is not less than 20 mm, and the difference between the diameters of vascular field and the embryo is in a range of 10-15 mm. The method enables to improve hatchability, safety of chickens up to 16 weeks of age, egg-laying capacity of hens for 45 weeks of life, and to accelerate the onset of puberty of hens at 4.0-5.0 days. |

Method of assessment of stress resistance of cows / 2505959
Invention relates to agriculture. The method comprises exposure to animals during machine milking of the stress factor and recording of changes of lactation performance, determining of stress resistance of cows according to the mean value of the sum of estimated figures - the ratio of 1% milk, the change of intensity and completeness of lactation. At that the parameter of lactation reflex manifestation is additionally taken into account - the duration of the second phase of the latent period. The calculation is carried out according to the formula: where N is the number of estimated figures; MO, MK, WFFO, WFFK, ILO, ILK - is a single milk yield (kg), weight fraction of fat in milk (%), the intensity of lactation (kg/min); DSPLPO, DSPLPK is the duration of the second phase of the latent period (s) in the test and the control period; MRES, WFFRES is residual milk (kg) and weight fraction of fat (%) in it during the test period. In this case, if the PSTR is within 0.901-1.00, these cows belong to high (H) type of stress resistance, in the case of 0.801-0.900 they belong to the average one, and if it is 0.800 and lower they belong to the low type of stress resistance. |

Then an individual live weight of roosters is determined at 35 days of age and the live weight difference in absolute value expressed as a percentage of the scheme: "L-S", "L-M" and "M-S". Then 8% and less roosters are rejected, which have difference in live weight of 9% and more. |
Method of estimation of abundance of mature females of caspian seal involved in reproduction / 2502258
Invention relates to the field of ecology of marine animals and is designed to estimate the abundance of mature females of Caspian seal involved in reproduction. The method comprises the organizational, technical, methodological support of specialised ship expedition and account of biological characteristics of the object of its research, the Caspian seal. The expedition is carried out in a certain time period after disintegration of ice in the month of April in all the water area of the North Caspian. The route of the ship is plotted along the parallel transects at a distance of 10 to 20 km from each other. In the registration and identification of the object of research the specific biological features of seals are associatedly used: curiosity, breathing the atmospheric air, skin colour of two-month puppies. The extrapolational abundance of seals in the survey area is counted. At the same time on the rookery islands and the sand islands located in the North Caspian water area, the abundance of individuals of mixed rookeries on the islands is counted. The number of females without offspring is determined. The proportion of lactating females on mixed rookeries is determined. After that the total number of mature females involved in reproduction is calculated, taking into account the extrapolational abundance. |

Invention relates to breeding and selection of cattle of meat productivity and can be used in pedigree and commercial beef cattle breeding. The method comprises methods of inter-breeding, inter-herd selection, which provide a simplified pedigree evaluation and a more reliable selection of cows with high milk productivity contributing to an increase in body weight of weaned calves, that lead to better efficiency of feed consumed, characterised by the index of production value (IPV) of up to 7% indicating a low, and more than 8% of the high economically useful properties of cows of meat production. The calculation of the IPV is calculated as follows: where D1,2,3 is the annual demand of meat cow for the feed in the first, second and third calving, depending on its live weight; N1,2,3 is the live weight of calves at the age of 205 days, obtained from meat cow, respectively, in the first, second and third calving; 100 is the number of percent; n is the members of the sampling. |
Method of completing stable high yielding herd / 2497358
Invention relates to the field of animal husbandry, in particular, to the milk and dairy and meat cattle breeding. The method comprises forming a group of heifers in a service period. FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture and, in particular, to the poultry industry. The method is characterized in that on the surface of the shell of poultry eggs 3-4 hours prior to the incubation the aqueous solution of succinic acid and glycine in a concentration of 0.01% is applied from the sprayer. When transferred into breaking the eggshell on the 19th day of incubation, the 0.5% solution of succinic acid is applied, based on 2.5-2.7 ml per 120-150 eggs at the solution temperature of 20-22°C.
EFFECT: invention enables to increase hatchability of eggs, to reduce the mortality of young birds, to normalize the level of metabolic processes, to reduce labour costs and consumption of products.

The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to the production of the use of solutions of succinic acid (Yak) and glycine (CH)).
It is known, the use of these drugs to increase hatchability of eggs and resistance chicken egg crosses [1].
This method, taken as a prototype, is that the hatching eggs were subjected to the treatment: 1% solutions CH twice before incubation and on the 7th day, and 0.5% solution Yak when translating eggs on the output. This hatchability of eggs exceeded the control of not more than 0.2-7,0%. The disadvantage of this method consists in the considerable work (three-time processing) and the use of high concentrations of glycine (1%).
The objective of the invention is increasing the hatchability of eggs and improving the safety of the chickens in the post-embryonic period by two-time processing them before incubation 0,1% integrated solution Yak+Chap, and when translated into an output of 0.5% solution Yak.
The technical result is that increases the hatchability of eggs, reduces the waste of young, normal level of metabolic processes, reduced labor costs and consumption of drugs in comparison with the prototype.
The technical result is achieved by processing eggs are investigated before incubation solution (amber acid+glycine), and when transferring to the output (19 days incubation) using 0.5% solution of succinic acid.
The method is as follows.
On the surface of the egg shells 3-4 hours before incubation with a spray gun applied 0,1% water solution of complex products (amber acid+glycine), and when transferring to the output (19 days incubation) are 0.5% solution of succinic acid based 2,5-2,7 ml 120-150 eggs at the solution temperature 20-22C S.
Example 1. Eggs cross "Hisexs white" was received from one of the house, sorted by 145-150 pieces on the tray with the observance of the similarity of the egg weight, time of laying and retention. The number of eggs in each lot for 300 pieces. On the surface of the shell struck the drug solution of distilled water under the above scheme. As a control, taking eggs of the same party that this drug is not processed. The data obtained are presented in table 1. Hatchability of eggs and the chick in experimental batch increased respectively to 9.66% and 9,67% (p<0,001) in comparison with control. Table 1 Party
