Method involves measuring patient weight, recording age and sex of the patient. The patient is positioned in front of computer display unit. The data are inputted into the computer comprising software containing a program for estimating organism organs and systems condition. The following organs are detected. Lung, spleen, heart, kidneys, liver are proved for having deviations from norm with negative sign towards hypofunction or with positive sign towards hyperfunction. The data are displayed with the program on the screen as a table with reference and current values being shown in relative units with plus or minus sign. Canal states are estimated from detected organs being under maximum stress on the basis of infogram: lung canal P, spleen - canal RP, heart - canal C, kidneys - canal R, liver - canal F. When estimating organ state with deviation having plus sign, that means hyperfunction, canal state is estimated as having energy excess. When organ state deviation has plus sign, that means hyperfunction, canal state is estimated as having lack of energy. Eye diseases are diagnosed from state of organs and canals of P, RP, C, R and F. Hyperfunction in organ and excess in canal being available, initial ophthalmic disease stage is diagnosed. Hypofunction in organ and deficit in canal being available, chronic ophthalmic disease stage is diagnosed.

The invention relates to the field of cognitive psychology and psychophysiology and can be used to ascertain the veracity of the content of the person of the information in intelligent infocommunication systems, as well as when conducting official investigations.

Intellectuality (combining transmission and processing of information at various levels of representation) infocommunication systems should be built in at the early stages of their life cycle and one of the functions implement the possibility of definition of reliability (of the truth/falsity) of the transmitted information. Despite the constant need to establish the objective truth, there is currently no reliable ways to implement this function.

In order to solve the problem of determining the falsity of the message is used primarily instrumental method of diagnostics of a polygraph (lie detector). Under this method, the falsity of the reported person of the information judged on the basis of the character of the changes of psychophysiological reactions. Despite the popularity of this method, there are a number of conditions, significantly restricting the possibility of its use in practice. In particular, the use of the polygraph as the contact method is possible only subject to a number of requirements for space research (a comfortable temperature mode, optimum humidity, noise etc) and personal (availability of voluntary consent of the study, the lack of somatic diseases, mental disorders etc) [fry O. Detecting lies and deceit // TRANS. from English. - SPb.: Prime-. - 2005. - 320 C., I.V. formal-dynamic and stylistic features of individuality factors as the likelihood of instrumental revealing hidden information. Avtoref. kand. psikhol. Sciences. M: 2006. - 22 C.].

All this greatly reduces the chance of polygraph in the interests of the personnel work, screening examinations and official investigations. In addition methodically practically impossible the use of the polygraph in the process of communicative interaction of subscribers through the info-communication systems.

There is a method (patent of Russian Federation №2099009)that provides an assessment of the mental state, which consists in determining a participant has a combination of traits modifying physiological functions in fixed intervals and then mapping them with signs of reference state of the psyche, which are the samples of the properties of the person. According to the share of the representation of the properties of the test in the benchmark and its degree is judged on the characteristic of a mental condition of it at the current time. Parameters are compared with the indicators of mentally healthy people and people with typical mental disorders, the corresponding standards of adaptability, and then determine the severity of mental health assessment of the test by the share of representation in it each property.

The disadvantage of this method is the inability to use it to establish the falsity of the reported information, as well as the need to define reference conditions psyche that makes the method subjective and formal as strict classification of States is impossible to control only a few parameters.

Known contactless way to control the mind-body reaction rights (patent RF №2216269), which consists in fixing the mind-body reaction of a person on the Desk changing electromagnetic field in the process of verbal and nonverbal communication. According to the method of measure the shift of resonant frequency of oscillatory circuit of the generator of the electrical fluctuations, made with the possibility of smooth tuning of frequency by placing at a distance of 20-50 cm from the subject piezoelectric transducer included in an oscillatory circuit and configure the frequency of the oscillator. Moreover measure this shift when you change the psychophysical condition of the test, stimulated by verbal effect, creating a positive or negative set about the mind-body reaction judged by the size and nature of the resonant frequency shift.

The disadvantage of this method is the need to use instrument complex and stimulating verbal exposure, making it impossible to use in info-communications systems with respect to the participants of the communicative process (subscribers).

There is a method of evaluation of the psycho-physical condition of the person, and the level of sincerity of answers of examinees with the help of non-invasive monitoring of parameters of movements of the eye (RF patent №2337607). This method includes registration of the mind-body reaction system of man in the process of verbal communication. During the study, writes as criteria of choosing the parameters : pupil diameter, the area of the shape, built on the points of maximum deviation of the center of the eye from visible to the middle position, and the number of acts blink. Based on the analysis of determine the answers, in which there has been a change in the parameters compared to control values obtained with known truthful responses, the data and determine the answers, in which there has been an increase of the number of acts of blink and square shape and define the change pupil diameter, the data and determined group of responses with the greatest quantity difference in criteria between the truth and the alleged lie, make a conclusion about the emotional psycho-physical Institute, which may be due to the fact of concealment or distortion of information.

However, this method is a contact and requires the consent of the person to which you plan to use, availability of special equipment (), as well as adherence to a number of conditions necessary for the investigation procedures, which makes its application in communication subscribers difficult.

Known way to assess the sincerity of-the insincerity of the speaker (RF patent №2293518), consisting of three evaluating a number of emotional and psychological properties and conditions of the speaker by a group of experts of the observer on the same piece of video recording of the test duration of at least 40-60 C. Group of experts and observers shall be composed of no fewer than 10 people. The main criterion for the selection of experts observer is the presence of each of them great emotional hearing.

Experts should know the basics of expressive movements of a person in the amount of, at least, popular publications (. and .. Read a person like a book. M., 1990; A. Pease. Body language. N.Novgorod, 1992 and others). Conclusion about the sincerity and insincerity of the speaker is carried out taking into account the ratio of compliance with the auditory and visual assessments of sincerity and insincerity, based on the degree of compliance of intonation with a complex of expressive movements (facial expressions, postures, gestures). Assessment of psychological, emotional, properties and conditions is carried out in three stages: 1) assessment of the speaker's voice off signal his video, on the basis of intonational-tone, tempo-rhythmic, features of voice and their changes in time; 2) evaluation of the video of the speaker off the sound of his voice, on the basis of observation of facial expressions, posture and gestures of the speaker and their changes in time; 3) evaluation of the sounding video of the speaker. At all stages of the survey, the speaker's assessment of sincerity and insincerity give the degree of their manifestation on a method of psychological scaling on a five-point scale or other scales, and in combination with other semantically (i.e. the meaning) contrary psychological properties and conditions of the speaker, including equal or close to the value of sincerity and insincerity of the properties and possible state of the speaker, namely: sincerity-insincerity, frankness-stealth, convincing weakness, sincerity guile, a total of at least 3, 4 pairs of similar sincerity-insincerity of properties and conditions of the speaker. Coefficient of concordance between the auditory and visual assessments of the speaker determined by the results of the average ratings for the group of expert observers by calculating the rank correlation coefficient for by comparing two rows of mean scores of all the emotional-psychological properties and States of the speaker, received on the first and second stages of the survey. Calculated thus the value of the correlation coefficient for mistake for the value of coefficient of conformity of auditory and visual assessments of nonverbal behavior of the speaker and according to the main idea of the method of psychophysiological measure of the sincerity of the speaker.

However, this method is not suitable for solving the problem of determination of falsehood (truth) of the transmitted information, as for its implementation required a team of experts comprising not less than 10 persons, who:

1) should be included in the process of communicative interaction between two subscribers, leading, as a rule, the conversation;

2) can definitely make a categorical conclusion, since the method does not imply expert observers special skills and knowledge of features of human behavior in situations of pronouncing false information.

Known for automatic way to analyze human behavior (RF patent №2292839), containing the stage at which carry out one or more measurements or observations of the man, characterized in that it additionally contains the stages at which encode the measurement or observation with the formation of a multitude of channels, then analyze the channels using the technology of automatic classification machine to display information related to human psychology, and technology of the automatic machine classification includes methods of artificial intellect or statistical methods. Method implies the presence of the device for automatic analysis of human behavior that contains detection tool for implementation of one or more measurements or observations made. The device differs in that it additionally contains a coding tool to encode observations with the formation of a multitude of channels and means of automatic machine classification, made with the possibility to analyze the channels and output information related to human psychology, with an automatic machine classification contains a means of artificial intelligence, which may include artificial neural networks, genetic algorithms, decision tree, fuzzy logic, symbolic rules, training machines and intellectual resources of other species. You can use the automatic machine classification of other species, such as the statistical classification. Means of statistical classifications may contain a microprocessor, made with the possibility of programming the implementation of statistical methods.

The disadvantage of this method is the need for special equipment, providing some inconvenience to subscribers and requires the voluntary consent to its use (by analogy with a polygraph).

Closest to the technical nature of the claimed method and chosen as a prototype is a method of diagnosis falsity of the information reported on the basis of structured interviews (patent RU 2415645), which consists in the fact that a structured interview includes the following blocks of questions: neutral, control and test of character, while answering the questions in the register settings nonverbal behavior of the person, then carry out a study of the dynamics of non-verbal behaviour of the identification of the most informative parameters are grouped on the basis of factor analysis in the group of vegetative reactions group facial reactions, group reactions identifying characteristic of the investigated person tendencies of change of each option and/or a group of settings that make a conclusion about the falsity/truthfulness of the information reported by comparing the reactions of the test block with responding to the questions of neutral and/or the controlling blocks of questions.

Prototype method provides diagnostics of the falsity of the information reported by the dynamics of the parameters of the non-verbal behavior of the person directly specialist in the process of conducting a structured interview. Direct use of the prototype method in the process of communicative interaction of subscribers through the infocommunication systems is not possible due to the impossibility of identifying trends in responding person for each parameter its nonverbal behavior.

It is possible an analysis by a specialist (expert) communicative act with the subsequent division of his neutral, control and testing units and the use of the prototype method for the formulation of the conclusion on the falsity/truthfulness of the information reported. However, this option is the use of the prototype method:

1) violates the privacy of a conversation (the conversation becomes known to the expert);

2) is highly subjective (expert-psychologist without knowledge of subject area call, subscribers have to structure it);

3) has a low efficiency (conclusion about the falsity/truth of the sent message can only be done after a communicative act and its analysis by a specialist).

The objective of the invention is development of a method to determine the falsity of the transmitted information on the dynamics of parameters of non-verbal behavior of the person, which allows to increase efficiency of such a definition in the process of communicative interaction of subscribers through the infocommunication system.

In the proposed method, this problem is solved by the method of determination of the falsity of the transmitted information on the dynamics of parameters of non-verbal behavior of the person, in which the study of the dynamics of non-verbal behaviour of the identification of the most informative parameters are grouped on the basis of factor analysis in the group of vegetative reactions group facial reactions, group reactions, identifying characteristic of the investigated person tendencies of change of each option and/or group of parameters, the further conduct a structured interview that includes two sets of questions: neutral and controlling nature, the answers to these questions register settings nonverbal behavior of the person, and then carry out a study of the dynamics of nonverbal behavior. After identifying characteristic of the investigated person tendencies of change of each option and/or group of parameters register settings nonverbal behavior of subscribers in the process of communicative interaction through the infocommunication system, then make a conclusion about the falsity (truth) transmitted information by comparing the reaction, registered in the process of communicative interaction with responding to the questions of neutral and/or the controlling blocks of issues registered in being interviewed.

New set of essential features allows to achieve the specified result by:

1) determine the parameters of the non-verbal behaviour of man, revealing of the most informative of them and the dynamics of their change during the structured interview in accordance with the individual characteristics of the person;

2) identify the falsity (truth) of transmitted information in the process of communicative interaction of subscribers through the infocommunication system on the basis of a comparison of registered reaction to the reaction to neutral and control blocks of structured interviews.

Diagnostics lie on the parameters of nonverbal behavior is one of the most perspective directions in the field of theoretical and applied psychology. The perspective of that direction proven research results (Zuckerman, Ekman, Friesen, fry, Hofer, , labunska, and others), the accuracy and objectivity - the description of the invention to the patent №2415645 (prototype method), and implementation implies the presence of methodical ensuring identification and confirmation of the most informative parameters and response options typical for specific individuals.

The analysis of the equipment has allowed to establish that the analogues, characterized by the totality of features identical to all features of the declared method of determining the falsity of the transmitted information on the dynamics of parameters of non-verbal behavior of the person missing. Therefore, the claimed invention meets the condition of patentability «novelty».

Search results known solutions in this and related areas of technology for signs that coincide with the distinctive features of the prototype of the declared object, showed that they are obvious from the prior art. Of the level of technology also found no known impact involves the essential features of the claimed invention transformations to achieve the specified result. Therefore, the claimed invention meets the condition of patentability of «inventive step».

Realization of the claimed process consists in the following.

Having learned the identity of the subscriber (subscribers) on the basis of analysis of different sources of information (materials of personal Affairs, service characteristics, leaflets on accounting personnel and etc), you will be able to study on the basis of structured interviews, a program to follow the implementation and the evaluation of results directly during the procedure and conduct of mathematical treatment of results by a specialist (expert) with the application of any reliable means of information processing or without them.

Documenting procedures structured interview is carried out on the basis of .

Structure of the interview consists of fragments (tests), which are standardized according to the categories used blocks of different issues (neutral and control). Neutral questions do not apply to the tested topics control - reflect the discussion of the problems of social behavior.

For the analysis of nonverbal behavior used the 17 indicators making up the three main groups of information (table. 1).

Both methods are required, if for collection of non-verbal signs of human behavior applied technical devices and conducted machine processing of research results.

Trend in the response is determined on the basis of benchmarking neutral topics with the indicators of the controlling block of questions. If the response to questions exceeds the index of neutral topics, the reaction is considered to be the increase in the block of questions in the test above questions. If the response in the control unit issues less than in a neutral block, then Vice versa.

The correctness and efficiency of this approach is confirmed by the correlation analysis, the results of which are presented in the description of the prototype method. The following General trends in the dynamics of the parameters of nonverbal behavior of subjects in a situation of pronouncing them false information in comparison with the situation of pronouncing the true information: a) reduction of the number of movements of the head (83.3% of the cases, the average of 25.8%); b) reduction of the number of movements of the legs and feet (66,70% of cases on average 34,08%); in) increase in the number of smiles (58.3% of cases on average 114,47%); d) increasing the number of movements nose (expansion/narrowing the nostrils) (58.3% of cases on average 195,89%); C) increase the number of (58.3% of the cases on 90,86%); d) increasing the number of moving (50% of cases in average 2.29%). In other cases, the direction of the dynamics of the analyzed parameters nonverbal behavior is individual and may vary upwards and downwards.

Factor analysis that reflects the assessment of the community for each variable on the square of the coefficient of multiple correlation of this variable with the rest of the variables, identified three factors on the basis of hierarchical method of Association of the received data (table. 2).

Distribution of indicators within the selected factors (table 2) are characterized by their resistance and is maintained at all stages of a structured interview. These factors reflect exclusively the non-verbal behavior, and are seen as major, that does not preclude the inclusion in the way of a number of additional parameters with the release on their basis of additional factors.

As additional factors can use other options, such as that associated with the assessment of the parametric indicators that reflect the changes in speech, electrical activity of the heart, brain, and other organs and systems. The main criterion for their further inclusion is the change of its parameters within the framework of the canons of psychophysiology, that allows to make a conclusion about the truth value (false) transmitted by the investigated person information.

A structured interview is normally conducted during the preparation and conduct screening at recruitment, appointment to higher positions, determining the professional suitability of subjects. After such inspections, the results can accumulate and treated appropriately for identifying characteristic of the investigated person tendencies of change of each option and/or group of parameters nonverbal behavior.

Directly in the process of communicative act (session conversation) by infocommunication system records parameters nonverbal behavior (table 1) interest of the subscriber (subscribers). Then a conclusion is made about the falsity (truth) transmitted in the process of the said act information by comparing the response received (parameter values nonverbal behavior) to the reaction (the tendency of changes for each parameter and/or group of parameters nonverbal behavior), registered in being interviewed.

Preliminary analysis of nonverbal behavior is performed directly in the process of communicative interaction of subscribers, the final one is done on the basis of mathematical processing of the received .

The claimed method of determining the falsity of the transmitted information on the dynamics of parameters of non-verbal behavior of the person provides the increase of efficiency of such a definition in the process of communicative interaction of subscribers through the infocommunication system. For the proof of achieving the stated technical result, the following experimental studies.

The study was subject to record a video-conferencing session between subscribers №1 and №2 for about 87 C. it was Necessary to ascertain the validity of (false) information communicated to the subscriber №2.

The results of this research according to the claimed method were identified characteristic of the investigated subscriber trends for each parameter and/or group of parameters nonverbal behavior.

After this study was conducted write a communicative act (a video-conferencing session), which focused on the identification of falsehood (truth) the information communicated to the subscriber №2 (duration of about 47).

Conclusions about the falsity of the reported information produced on the basis of a comparison of parameters of non-verbal behaviour on the control module is structured interview and a communicative act, implemented by the subscriber №2 (tab. 3).

Note: 1. In cells represented by the average number of reactions on each parameter of nonverbal behavior in a minute.

2. In bold are the most informative indices indicating the falsity transmitted by the subscriber №2 information.

From the results of the research presented in the table. 3, shows that when speaking of the false information for the subscriber №2 is characterized by the following dynamics of parameters of nonverbal behavior in the first group of grounds: 1) increasing the number of movements of the tongue (licking the lips); 2) increasing the amount of redness (redness); 3) reducing the number of moving; 4) increasing the number of deep breaths.

The second group of the speaking of the false information for the subscriber №2 is characterized by the following dynamics of parameters of nonverbal behavior: 1) reduction of the number of movements of facial muscles in the forehead and the eyebrows; 2) increasing the number of movements of the lips.

The third group are the following changes of the parameters of nonverbal behavior subscriber №2: 1) increasing the number of movements of the body; 2) reduction of the number of gestures-manipulation; 3) reduction of the number of movements of the hands and fingers; 4) frequent change of posture.

Sustainable direction of changes in the analyzed parameters in the process of communicative interaction in comparison with the reaction to questions of neutral and control blocks in the structured interviews indicates the falsity of the subscriber №2 during the conversation with the subscriber №1.

A similar result was obtained with regard to automatic processing of record of the act of communicative interaction of these two subscribers (a video-conferencing session) known technical and algorithmic means, but in other (related to instrumental error) values of the parameters of nonverbal behavior. However, the result obtained allows the use of the claimed method in real time - in the process of communicative interaction between subscribers through the infocommunication system. This application allows to increase the efficiency of determining the falsity of the transmitted information on the dynamics of parameters of nonverbal behavior of humans compared with the method of the prototype.
