SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of cognitive psychology and psychophysiology and can be used for establishment of reliability of content of information transmitted by person in intellectual infocommunication systems, as well as in carrying out office investigations. Structured interview, which includes blocks of questions of neutral and control character, with registration of parameters of nonverbal person's behaviour in the process of answering the questions is carried out. After that, analysis of nonverbal bahaviour dynamics is carried out with identification of its most informative parameters, grouped on the basis of factor analysis into the group of vegetative responses, group of mimic responses, group of pantomimic responses; identification of tendency of changes for each parameter and/or group of parameters, characteristic of the tested person, is performed. After that, parameters of nonverbal person's behaviour in the process of communicative interaction are registered by means of infocummunication system, and used to make conclusion about falsity/validity of transmitted information by comparison of obtained response with response to questions of neutral and/or controlled units of questions, registered in the process of structured interview.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase efficiency in determination of falsity of transmitted information in the process of communicative interaction of subscribers by means of infocommunication system.

The invention relates to the field of cognitive psychology and psychophysiology and can be used to establish the reliability of the content transmitted by the person information in intelligent information and communication systems as well as conducting internal investigations.

Intelligence (the combination of transmission and processing of information at different levels of representation) information and communication systems must be established at the early stages of their life cycle and one of the functions to implement the possibility to determine the validity (truth/falsity) of the transmitted information. Despite the constant need to establish the objective truth, at the moment there is no reliable way to implement the specified function.

Currently, to solve the problem of the definition of negative messages is primarily used instrumental method of diagnosis of a polygraph (lie detector). Under this method of false inform the person of the information is judged based on the character of changes in psychophysiological reactions. Despite the popularity of this method, there are a number of conditions that severely limits the possibility of its use in practice. In particular, the use of the polygraph as a contact method is possible only subject to fulfillment of certain requirements of the rd on the organization of space research (comfortable temperature, optimal humidity, noise etc) and personal (the presence of voluntary consent to the study, the lack of somatic diseases, mental disorders, etc.) [fry O. All this greatly reduces the possibility of the use of the polygraph in the interests of personnel work, screening inspections and investigations. The known method (see RF patent №2099009)that provides mental health assessment, which consists in determining in the subject the combination of features of changes of physiological functions at fixed intervals and the subsequent comparison with the characteristics of the reference States of the psyche, which samples the properties of the individual. The share of the representation properties of the test in the standards and the degree of their manifestation judge the characteristic mental state at the current time. The parameters are compared with p the corresponding indexes of mentally healthy people and those with typical mental disorders, the corresponding standards of adaptability, and then determine the severity assessment of the mental state of the examinee by the share of representation in it of each property.

The disadvantage of this method is the impossibility of its use to establish the falsity of the reported information, as well as the need to define reference conditions psyche that makes the method is subjective and formal, since strict classification of States is impossible on the basis of control of only a few parameters.

The disadvantage of this method is the necessity of using an instrument complex and stimulating verbal impact, which makes it impossible for its application in information and communication systems in relation to the participants of the communicative process (subscribers).

Known way to assess mental and physical condition of man, as well as identifying the degree of sincerity of the answers of subjects using noninvasive monitoring of parameters of eye movement test (patent RF №2337607). This method includes registering the psychophysical response of the oculomotor system in the process of verbal communication. In the research process is recorded videooculography, as criteria to choose the parameters videooculography: pupil diameter, the area of the shape built from points of maximum deflection of the center of the eye visible from middle position, and the number of instruments used. Prototype method is the diagnosis of reported false information on the dynamics of parameters of non-verbal human behavior specialist directly in the process of conducting a structured interview. Direct use of the prototype method in the process of communicative interaction between subscribers through information and communication systems is not possible because it is impossible to determine trends in the response of the person for each parameter its nonverbal behavior.

It is possible to analysis by a specialist (expert) audio and video communicative act with further divide it up into neutral, the control and test blocks and the use of the prototype method for formulating conclusion falsity/truth of the reported information. The objective of the invention is to develop a method to determine the falsity of the transmitted information on the dynamics of the parameters of non-verbal human behavior, allowing to increase the efficiency of such a determination in the process of communicative interaction between subscribers through ICT systems.

In the proposed method, this task is solved in that in the method of determining the falsity of the transmitted information on the dynamics of the parameters of non-verbal human behavior, in which the study of the dynamics of non-verbal behaviour with identification of the most informative parameters, grouped on the basis of factor analysis in the group of autonomic responses, group, facial reactions, group pantomimic reactions, the detection characteristic of the investigated person trends for each parameter or group of parameters, additionally carry out a structured interview, which includes two sets of questions: the neutral and control nature, PR is that when the answers to these questions, register settings nonverbal conduct of a person, and then carry out a study of the dynamics of non-verbal behaviour. 1) define the parameters of non-verbal human behavior, identify the most informative of them and the dynamics of their changes during the structured interview, in accordance with the individual characteristics of the person;

2) then determine the falsity of (the truth of) the information transmitted in the process of communicative interaction between subscribers through information and communication system on the basis of comparing the recorded reaction to the reaction to neutral and the control blocks of the structured interview questions.

Diagnosis lies on the parameters of verballing behavior represents one of the most promising directions in the field of theoretical and applied psychology. The prospects of this direction is proved by the results of scientific research (Zuckerman, Ekman, Friesen, fry, Hofer, Mehrabian, the regions ' Tikhonov and others), the accuracy and objectivity of the description of the patent No. 2415645 (prototype method), and the implementation implies the existence of methodological support identify and confirm the most informative parameters and response, typical for any individual.

The analysis of the level of technology has allowed to establish that the analogues, characterized by a set of characteristics is identical for all features of the claimed method to determine the falsity of the transmitted information on the dynamics of the parameters of non-verbal human behavior, no. Search results known solutions in this and related areas of technology in order to identify characteristics that match the distinctive features of the prototype of the features of the declared object, showed that they do not follow explicitly from the prior art. The implementation of the inventive method consists in the following.

Having learned the identity of the subscriber (subscribers) based on the analysis of different sources of information (materials personal Affairs, service characteristics, sheets for accounting personnel and so on), evaluated the feasibility study based on a structured interview, developed the program with the subsequent implementation and evaluation of the results directly during the procedure, as well as by mathematical processing of the results by an expert (expert) using any reliable way of processing information.

The structure of the interview consists of fragments (tests), which are standardized according to the categories used blocks of different issues (neutral and control). The inventive method involves two main variants of the results:

The distribution of parameters within the selected factors (table 2) are characterized by stability and preserved at all stages of the structured interview. A structured interview, usually conducted in the process of preparing and screening checks during the hiring, appointment to higher positions, the professional fitness of the subjects. After these checks, the results can be accumulated and handled accordingly to identify characteristic for the investigated person trends for each parameter or group of parameters nonverbal behavior.

Directly in the process of communicative action (session, conversation) through information and communication system register settings nonverbal behavior (table 1) interested party (subscribers). The claimed method of determining the falsity of the transmitted information on the dynamics of the parameters of non-verbal human behavior speeds up this definition in the process of communicative interaction between subscribers through information and communication system. To prove the claimed technical result is the following experimental studies.

Study subject record a video-conferencing session between users # 1 and # 2 with a duration of about 87 C. it was Necessary to establish the truth (falsity) of data provided by the subscriber No. 2.

Why was investigated audiovideoking structured interview, obtained in the process of conducting a screening test with the specified subscriber when his employment. The study was based on the implementations of the neutral fragment of conversation, followed by review questions. The topic of this conversation were selected taking into account individual peculiarities of an individual subscriber # 2 and were not associated with subsequent activities (subject to RA the contract).

As a result of this research according to the claimed method were identified characteristic for the studied subscriber trends for each parameter or group of parameters nonverbal behavior.

After this, a study was conducted record of a communicative act (videoconference session), which was focused on the identification of false (truth) information communicated by the subscriber No. 2 (approximately 47).

Conclusions about the falsity of the reported information was based on the mapping parameters nonverbal behavior issues a control unit structured interview and a communicative act, which is implemented by the subscriber No. 2 (PL. 3).

From the analysis of the research results presented in table. 3, it is seen that the speaking of false information to the subscriber No. 2 characterized by the following dynamics of nonverbal behavior in the first group of signs: 1) increasing the number of movements of the tongue (licking lips); 2) increasing the amount of redness (hyperemia); 3) reducing the number of blinks; 4) increase the number of deep breaths.

In the second group when the utterance of false information to the subscriber No. 2 characterized by the following dynamics of parameters of non-verbal behaviour: 1) reducing the number of movements of facial muscles in the forehead and eyebrows; 2) increasing the number of movements of the lips.

In the third group are the following change of parameters of non-verbal behaviour caller No. 2: 1) increasing the number of movements of the body; 2) reduction in the number of gestures-manipulation; 3) reduction in the number of movements of the hands and fingers; 4) learning is their change of posture.

Sustainable direction changes of the analyzed parameters in the process of communicative interaction in comparison with the response to the questions neutral and control blocks in the structured interviews indicates insincerity subscriber No. 2 during the conversation with the caller No. 1.

A similar result was obtained with regard to automatic processing of record of the certificate of communicative interaction between these two subscribers (videoconference session) known technical and algorithmic means, but in other (related to the instrumental error) values of non-verbal behaviour. However, the obtained result allows the use of the claimed method in real time - in the process of communicative interaction between subscribers through information and communication system. This application allows to increase the efficiency of determining the falsity of the transmitted information on the dynamics of the parameters of non-verbal human behavior in comparison with the method of the prototype.

Preliminary interview, collection and estimation of information about personality are performed by means of sociobiographical questionnaire and psychophysiological testing. Individual is related to one of 24 identified personality types, ordered in accordance with domination of four personality constructs: "Will", "Logics", "Emotion", "Physique". Additionally determined are: belonging of individual to introverts or extraverts, type of accentuation of social adaptation character and temperament: demonstrative type, pedantic type, delayed type, excitable type, hyperthymic type, disthymic type; cyclothymic type, exalted type, emotive type, anxious type. After that, suitability of individual for purposeful activity is determined by comparison of data with specified individual-typological requirements of occupational orientation.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of estimation of correspondence of individual-typological peculiarities of individual to psychophysiological requirements to strategic professions.

If value is below 1.4, high degree of stability of DS is determined in diver, from 1.41 to 2 - medium degree of stability to DS and higher than 2.1 - low degree of stability to DS.
