The invention relates to medicine, namely to psychiatry and medical psychology.

The problem of rehabilitation of patients with neurotic disorders is relevant in connection with the insufficient efficacy of existing methods of pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy.

There is a method of rehabilitation of patients with neurotic disorders by assigning psychotropic drugs in combination with various types of psychotherapy (family system, rational-emotive, cognitive-behavioral) (Ellis A. Rational-Emotive Therapy // R. J. Corsini Current psychotherapies. Itasca, Ill.: Piacock, 1989. P.197-238; Ellis A., Dryden U. the Practice of rational-emotive behavioral therapy. - SPb.: Publishing house "Speech", 2002. - 352 S.; Eidemiller EG Family system cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy: an eclectic or a new integrative approach? // The integrative aspects of modern psychotherapy. L., 1992. P.51-56. Systemic family psychotherapy / edited Aguilera. - SPb.: Peter, 2002. - 368 S.).

The disadvantages of this method is the low efficiency of rehabilitation of patients with neurotic disorders, as well as the duration of treatment.

Known application of Drawing apperception test" Lincocin, representing an 8 story pictures depicting situations of interpersonal interaction 2-3 outline figures of indeterminate sex and is of sresta, placed once one patient individually to diagnose the causes and degree of neurotic (sobczyk LN. Drawing apperception test. - SPb.: Speech, 2002. - 32 S.).

The technical result of the proposed solution is to increase the effectiveness of rehabilitation by reducing psychopathological symptoms (somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility), improve cognitive and behavioral coping strategies, improving the quality of life and also the expansion of the Arsenal of methods of rehabilitation.

This result is achieved by the fact that the group of patients with neurotic disorders during treatment with psychotropic drugs and psychotherapy in addition provide visual stimuli Drawing apperception test" Lincocin, including 8 scene pictures depicting situations of interpersonal interaction 2-3 outline figures of indeterminate sex and age, modified in the form of video consisting of images of the same species in 9 color background, 2 of which are achromatic (white and grey) and 7 - chromatic (color of the rainbow), the duration of presentation of one picture 9 color backgrounds to 5 minutes per session, session duration 2 hours group discussion after each session creative solutions out of the situation, the image of the military in the picture, course of 8 sessions. The inclusion of color backgrounds can influence the emotional conflict that caused neurotic disorder.

Does not follow from the prior art is the fact that the additional use in the treatment diagnostic stimulus material Drawing apperception test" Lincocin in the group form contributes to the efficiency of rehabilitation of patients with neurotic disorders, decision situations.

The method is as follows. The group of patients with neurotic disorders, including relatives of patients with schizophrenia, on the background of pharmacotherapy in combination with various types of psychotherapy (family system, rational-emotive, cognitive-behavioral) in addition provide visual stimuli Drawing apperception test" Lincocin (sobczyk LN. Drawing apperception test. - SPb.: Speech, 2002. - 32 S.), including 8 scene pictures depicting situations of interpersonal interaction 2-3 outline figures of indeterminate sex and age, modified in the form of video consisting of images of the same species in 9 color background, 2 of which are achromatic (white and grey) and 7 - chromatic (color of the rainbow), the duration of presentation of one picture 9 color backgrounds 5 min per session, session duration 2 hours group discussion after each session creative solutions out of the situation depicted in the picture.

On subsequent sessions, the same procedure is repeated with other test images, the course of 8 sessions.

The effectiveness of psychotherapy appreciate multidimensional questionnaire severity of psychopathological symptoms SCL-90-R, developed by L. Derogatis et al. (Option Check List-90-Revised - SCL-90-R) (Tarabrina NV workshop on the psychology of post-traumatic stress. - SPb.: Peter. - 2001. - P.146-157) and the methods of diagnosis coping mechanisms Enem adapted in the laboratory of clinical psychology, psycho-Neurological Institute. After academician V.M. bekhterov, under the leadership of MD Professor Lieverman (Nabiullina P.P., Tuhtarova IV psychological defense Mechanisms and coping with stress. The tutorial. - Kazan: Kazan state medical Academy, 2003. - P.24-30).

Example 1. Patient N., 1958 born in the Diagnosis of Neurotic disorder. F48.9.

The patient had complained of a night of sleep disorders, fatigue, inability to relax, irritability, resentment, crying, debilitating guilt for possible involvement in developed my son's disease, mood swings, "the waves of anxiety that appeared soon after the establishment of the son of dia is nose "schizophrenia". Patient were prescribed psychotropic drugs (antidepressants, tranquilizers)while the patient was included in the group, where he conducted classes in systemic family psychotherapy in combination with other types of psychotherapy (rational-emotive, cognitive-behavioral). After 2 weeks in the patient's condition remained almost unchanged (normal night's sleep, cropped tearfulness, irritability). However, continued to be depressed, anxious, fixed on their experiences, touchy, guilt was still intense. Repeatedly during the day, think back to possible mistakes in upbringing, in your own behavior that impede the ability to switch attention to other contexts of life and impact on productivity in the work context. In addition to the above therapy two weeks later the patient presented visual stimuli Drawing apperception test" Lincocin, including 8 scene pictures depicting situations of interpersonal interaction 2-3 outline figures of indeterminate sex and age, modified in the form of video consisting of images of the same species in 9 color background, 2 of which are achromatic (white and grey) and 7 - chromatic (color of the rainbow), the duration of presentation of the one to whom stinky 9 color backgrounds - 5 min per session. Each session lasts 2 hours. Then the patient was included in a group discussion creative solutions out of the situation depicted in the picture.

On subsequent sessions, the same procedure was repeated with other test images. Course of 8 sessions.

As a result of the cropped treatment of psychosomatic disorders, decreased complaints, reduction of anxiety and discomfort during interpersonal interaction, the increasing interest in family, work performance. The indices on the scale of the SCL-90-R was decreased compared with estimates before treatment: on a scale of somatization from 1.25 to 0,92; on a scale of interpersonal sensitivity - of 2.11 and 0.92; on a scale of depression - from 1.23 to 0,77; on a scale of hostility from 0.8 to 0.3; the General index of the severity of the disorder - 1.01 and 0,71. Assessment of adaptive coping strategies according to the method Enem increased: on the cognitive strategies - from 1 (non-adaptive) to 3 (adaptive) points; behavioral strategies - 2 (relative to adaptive) to 3 (adaptive) points.

Thus, the additional use of visual stimuli Drawing apperception test" Lincocin, including 8 scene pictures depicting situations of interpersonal interaction 2-3 outline figures of indeterminate sex and age, modified in the form of video, status asego from a picture of one species on 9 color backgrounds, 2 of which are achromatic (white and grey) and 7 - chromatic (color of the rainbow), the duration of presentation of one picture 9 color backgrounds to 5 minutes per session, session duration 2 hours group discussion after each session creative solutions out of the situation depicted in the picture, the course of 8 sessions, on the background of pharmacotherapy in combination with various types of psychotherapy (family system, rational-emotive, cognitive-behavioral), contributed to the reduction of anxiety and subdepression symptoms and adaptation to current family situation. The family of the patient has established links with other families of patients, jointly planning recreation and leisure.

The proposed method were treated 24 patients with neurotic disorder (F48). The positive effect of rehabilitation were obtained in 18 patients (75%).

For comparison were taken 2 groups of patients with neurotic disorders: 11 patients underwent rehabilitation of the proposed method, 12 patients (control group) were included in the traditional psychotherapeutic group. The results for the criterion U-Mann-Whitney (Nasledov A.D. Mathematical methods of psychological research: Analysis and interpretation of data / Addasiadau. - SPb: Speech, 2006. - 390 C.) showed the following: before the start of classes for both groups were identical in all the show is broken; after completion of the course between patients of both groups on a range of indicators revealed significant differences. In the group with the application of the proposed method significantly below the level of psychopathological symptoms on a range of indicators: somatization (p<0,05); interpersonal sensitivity (p<0,05); depression (p<0,01); hostility (p<0.05) and the General index of the severity of the disorder (p<0,05) (figure 1). In this group significantly increased level of adaptability cognitive (p<0.01) and behavioral (p<0.05) coping strategies (figure 2). Thus, the effectiveness of psychotherapeutic rehabilitation of the proposed method is significantly more efficient than traditional method of psychotherapy in patients with neurotic disorders.

This method has advantages such as enhancement of the efficiency of the method compared with the well-known, the acceleration of psychotherapeutic effects of rehabilitation by reducing psychopathological symptoms (somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility), improve cognitive and behavioral coping strategies, as well as improving the quality of life, expanding Arsenal of methods of rehabilitation.

The method of rehabilitation of patients with neurotic disorders, including the use of psychotropic drugs in combination with various types of psychotherapy: C the dark family, rational-emotive, cognitive-behavioral, characterized in that on the background of treatment with psychotropic drugs and psychotherapy in addition provide visual stimuli Drawing apperception test" Lincocin, including 8 scene pictures depicting situations of interpersonal interaction 2-3 outline figures of indeterminate sex and age, modified in the form of video consisting of images of the same species in 9 color background, 2 of which are achromatic: white and grey and 7 - chromatic: the colors of the rainbow, the duration of presentation of one picture 9 color backgrounds to 5 minutes per session, duration of session : 2 hours group discussion after each session creative solutions out of the situation depicted in the picture, the course of 8 sessions.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to psychology, psychophysiology, optics, human ecology and can be used in education system at all its levels in studying brain activity; neuroscience, in creating new principles of neural network activity; can be applied in elaboration of computers of parallel principle of activity; in business and any other field, connected with application of creative artistic abilities. Visual system is used, impact with pictures, built by stereoscopic principle, is performed on it. It is taught to observe stereoscopic depth on it, to built pictures. Six stages are realised: at the first it is taught to observe depth in modes of superposition for generalised stereoscopic projections, or identically similar structures in two conditions of glance concentration - before picture or at remote subjects, for which purpose stereoscopic projection is used as identically similar picture "I" with building stereoscopic depth with k-elements. It is demonstrated to visual system, mode of superposition of structures is obtained; a number of elements q on picture "I" is fixed. If q is larger than k, the second stage of perception of pictures of primary condition of their observation as a whole and by separate details is started. At the second stage it is taught to independently build identically-similar pictures, starting from the simplest single images, with constant realisation of mode of superposition of structures in the process of their building, and teaching is continued to the level, when visual perception of single image separation from the background in mode of superposition begins, and after that, without superposition. Determination of number of elements of depth on picture "I" in conditions of superposition is repeated. At the third stage it is taught principles of creating and building and identically similar pictures with continuous overlap of images with d elements of stereoscopic depth, teaching is continued to the level, when visual perception of depth is observed for p larger than d number of images in mode of superposition and is finished, when analogical effects of depth remain and without condition of superposition. Number of elements of depth on picture "I" is checked in mode of superposition and without it. At the fourth stage identically similar pictures and conditions of their building are made more complex, for which purpose pictures with monocular spatial perspective of pictures with W elements of stereoscopic depth are used. Level of teaching is continued to the state, when perception of depth for number H, larger than number W, is fixed, and perspective of spatial perception of images remains without mode of superposition. At the fifth level pictures with effect of picture relief are selected, identically similar pictures are made on its basis, and levels of teaching are continued to volumetric perception of intensity of images of entire picture, conditions of appearance of depth of flat images are classified. At the sixth level abilities for any pictures to regulate perception of depth of flat images on flat pictures between each other both in mode of superposition of identically similar pictures and without it, where k, d, q, p, W, H are integers, informing about the number of images on pictures, for which stereoscopic displacement has been performed and number of images, for which effects of depth are observed.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to develop abilities of regulating perception of depth of flat images on flat pictures.
