Held preliminary interview, collection and assessment of information about the identity of using questionnaires and psychophysiological testing by audio-visual assessment of personal properties containing questionnaires, processing anthropometric indicators, assessment muscle speech and motor skills, non-verbal signs and through psycho-physiological testing, including the assessment of the touch sensitivity and reaction time to sudden stimulus using standard psychophysical methods.

The use of the results obtained during implementation of the invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the functioning of the structural objects by means of more precise managers on strategic position and specialty, and allows more rational approach to the issue of selection and preparation of the national personnel reserve in the strategic state management.
