SUBSTANCE: invention relates to any field, where assessment of time of person's reaction is required. A light spot is created on horizontal surface by computer-controlled light emitter. Tested person is placed in the middle of the spot. Direction and/or speed of the light spot movement is changed in the course of time in programmed way. Tested person assesses movement of the light spot and changes their position in such a way as to be in the centre of the spot. Movement of the light spot and tested person is filmed by video camera, located above horizontal surface. Video image is transmitted to computer, which registers moments of time of change of direction and/or speed of movement of the light spot and tested person, measures delay in change of direction and/or speed of tested person's movement relative to moment of time of change of direction and/or speed of the light spot, and calculated the mean arithmetic value of measured delays. The mean arithmetic value is used to make conclusion about person's reaction.

EFFECT: method extends arsenal of means for testing time of person's reaction.

 

The invention relates to any area where you want to estimate the time response of the person, and can find application in medical, psychological, physiological, sports, transport, aerospace and other fields of science and practice.

The disadvantage of this method is the impossibility of testing the reaction time of a person in real conditions of its travel.

None of the known methods can be adopted as a prototype for the proposed method of testing the reaction time of the person.

The technical result of the proposed method is to estimate the reaction time of a person as a result of his move.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that on a horizontal surface light emitter, controlled by a computer, create a light spot, the subject is placed in the center of the spot, program within a specified time, change direction and/or speed of movement of the light spot; the subject evaluates the movement of the light spot and changes its position so as to be in the center of the spot; move the light spot and the test shoot camera, on th is th at a predetermined height above the horizontal surface, video transfer to a computer; the computer records the time of changing the direction and/or speed of movement of the light spot and the examinee measures the delay of changing the direction and/or speed of the test relative to the time change of the movement direction and/or speed of the light spot, calculates the average value of the measured delay, the magnitude of the average value judgments about human response.

The proposed method of testing the reaction time of the person is carried out as follows. Above the horizontal surface at a given height place the camera and the light emitter, controlled by the computer. A light emitter to create the horizontal surface of the light spot.

The subject is placed in the center of the spot. Programmatically within a specified time, change direction and/or the moving speed of the light spot. The test evaluates the movement of the light spot and changes its position so as to be in its center.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to the field of marine medicine, and can be applied in practice of diving medicine for determination of degree of individual stability to decompression sickness (DS) in 20-30 year old men-divers. Estimation of clinical data, obtained in determination of the state of the organism's functions, is carried out. 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after submersion in pressure chamber under water carried out are: submersion to 30 metre depth, staying at said depth for 1 hour and 63 minute long decompression. Parameters, characterising the state of central nervous and cardiovascular system are determined, after which index of stability of DS (ISDS) is determined by formula: ISDS=1.243+0.0004×EI+0.074×EC+0.02×PP-0.072×CFLFF-0.004×SVMR-0.012×DAP, where: EI is Evans index, measured before descent, making it possible to estimate external heart work (conv.units); EC is endurance coefficient by Quaas, measured before descent, characterising detraining of myocardium (conv.units); PP is pulse pressure, measured after descent (Hg mm); CFLFF is critical frequency of light flash fusion, measured after descent (Hz); SVMR is simple visual-motor response, measured before descent (ms); ARP is diastolic arterial pressure, measured after descent Hg mm). If value is below 1.4, high degree of stability of DS is determined in diver, from 1.41 to 2 - medium degree of stability to DS and higher than 2.1 - low degree of stability to DS.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of determining degree of individual stability to DS in 20-30 year old divers.

To perform psychopathological estimation of psychic state of infants and preschool children estimation of child's psychic and neurological state is performed. As symptoms of patient's psychic state estimated are state of sphere of cognitive functions: play, thinking, memory, speech; state of sphere of psychic activity: aim-oriented behaviour, volitional desires, motives, workability; state of emotional sphere, sphere of attraction, sensor perception, impairment of perception: acousma, photopsia, hallucinations, self-consciousness and state of sphere of social behaviour: communication disorders, autistic symptom, social skills. As symptoms of patient's neurological state, state of sphere of neurological signs, motor activity and state of initial vegetative tome - vagotonia and sympaticotonia are estimated. Estimation of each symptom is performed in points from 0 to 7. Total value of average point of identified symptoms for each sphere, reflecting severity of patient's psychic and neurological state, is calculated. Average points are summed up for each sphere and severity of state is determined in accordance with determined values, namely if the total sum of average points is from 0 to 9, psychic state is estimated as child's practical health; if value is from 10 to 18 points, presence of boundary psychic disorders is estimated, from 19 to 27 points - as mild severity of psychic disorders, from 28 to 36 - as moderate severity, from 37 to 45 points - as medium, from 46 to 54 - as severe, from 55 to 63 points, psychic state is estimated as extremely severe degree of psychic disorders.

Moreover, the scales for sensor perception and emotional attitude, the levels of neurotization and adaptation capacity should be evaluated in accordance to the Tables given in description. Additionally, one should, compare the degree of psychogenic constituent of pain according to chromatic choice made by a patient depending upon, at least, three choices of pain intensity: "pain during testing", "no pain", "severe pain" in accordance to the Tables given in description. Moreover, by the scale of frequency the appearance of pain should be evaluated from "pain appeared once during several days or rarely" to "constant pain". By the scale of duration pain should be evaluated from "momentary pain" to "constant pain". By the scale of intensity the pain should be evaluated from "very weak pain" to "unbearable pain". By the scale of neurotization level one should take into account basic behavioral factors, such as anxiety, emotional lability, aggression, depression, psychogenia, hypochondria. The present innovation enables to increase significance in evaluating pain achieved due to broadened verbal description of patient's pain feelings.
