Method involves measuring patient weight, recording age and sex of the patient. The patient is positioned in front of computer display unit. The data are inputted into the computer comprising software containing a program for estimating organism organs and systems condition. The following organs are detected. Lung, spleen, heart, kidneys, liver are proved for having deviations from norm with negative sign towards hypofunction or with positive sign towards hyperfunction. The data are displayed with the program on the screen as a table with reference and current values being shown in relative units with plus or minus sign. Canal states are estimated from detected organs being under maximum stress on the basis of infogram: lung canal P, spleen - canal RP, heart - canal C, kidneys - canal R, liver - canal F. When estimating organ state with deviation having plus sign, that means hyperfunction, canal state is estimated as having energy excess. When organ state deviation has plus sign, that means hyperfunction, canal state is estimated as having lack of energy. Eye diseases are diagnosed from state of organs and canals of P, RP, C, R and F. Hyperfunction in organ and excess in canal being available, initial ophthalmic disease stage is diagnosed. Hypofunction in organ and deficit in canal being available, chronic ophthalmic disease stage is diagnosed.

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to any field, where assessment of time of person's reaction is required. A light spot is created on horizontal surface by computer-controlled light emitter. Tested person is placed in the middle of the spot. Direction and/or speed of the light spot movement is changed in the course of time in programmed way. Tested person assesses movement of the light spot and changes their position in such a way as to be in the centre of the spot. Movement of the light spot and tested person is filmed by video camera, located above horizontal surface. Video image is transmitted to computer, which registers moments of time of change of direction and/or speed of movement of the light spot and tested person, measures delay in change of direction and/or speed of tested person's movement relative to moment of time of change of direction and/or speed of the light spot, and calculated the mean arithmetic value of measured delays. The mean arithmetic value is used to make conclusion about person's reaction.

EFFECT: method extends arsenal of means for testing time of person's reaction.

The invention relates to any region where you want to estimate the time of the person's response, and can be used in medical, psychological, physiological, sport, transport, aerospace and other fields of science and practice.

Methods of measuring the response time is to register one way or another period of time between the start of the action some of the stimulus (visual, auditory, tactile, and other) and the start of the reaction, usually or speech. Response time is the sum of the time required for the formation of the generating capacity at the buds of the afferent paths processing in the structures of the Central nervous system, conduct the signal to the Executive bodies and the implementation of motion [1].

There is a method of determining the latent period of human visual perception, which consists in the formation of the test object with a uniform background illumination of 500-800 LK stabilized on the retina of the eye of the test, and the impact on the retina of the eye, flash of light source luminosity 8000-10000 Luke and duration 0,01-0,03 with subsequent monitoring of subjects of the light spot, wherein in the capacity of test objects, use the pupil of the test, the diameter of which is proportional to the size of the spot light, and the light source come from the eyes closer than the focal after the flashes of light in the course of a number of attempts to form a pulse of light with an amplitude equal to the background of a specified duration T , rear front of which coincides with the moment of perception test start reducing the diameter of the observed them light, and on the value of T and determine the latent period optic perception reaction rights (patent 2190343, 61 3/06).

Known method for determining the rate of formation of motor programs in the Central nervous system, characterized in that determine the time sensory and motor components motor reactions to the presentation of the light incentives in the right of view of the right hand, the incentives in the left of view of the left hand and the timing of the formation of the motor programs according to the formula:

=((-CTG-)+(-2-))/2,

where was the time of forming of motor programs; - time sensorimotor component reaction; - time motor component reaction; CGT - time of the bioelectrical signal from the receptor apparatus of retina by afferent fibers of the optic nerve to the end of the cortical visual analyzer;

- time signal nerve fibers and overcome the neuromuscular synapse (patent 2340281, 61 5/16).

There is a method of testing the latent period of simple sense-motor reaction with the help of computer program by means of which impose on the monitor 100 signals medium intensity interval 1500-3000 MS, which change randomly in the specified range of subjects react by clicking on any letter key right hand on the appearance of each signal as soon as possible [2].

The disadvantage of this method is the inability to test the response time of a person in real conditions of its travel.

None of the known ways cannot be taken as a prototype to the proposed method of testing the reaction time of a person.

The technical result of the proposed method consists of assessment of the time the reaction of a person as a result of his move.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that on a horizontal surface of a light emitter, the managed computer, create the light spot, the subject is placed in the center of spots, software for a specified time, change the direction and/or speed of moving of a light spot; assesses the subject of moving of a light spot and changes your position so that to be in the center of spots; move the spot light and the test shoot a video camera located at a given height above the horizontal surface, video passed in the computer; the computer captures moments of time, change the direction and/or speed of moving of a light spot and a tester measures the delay change the direction and/or speed of movement of the test since the time of the change movement direction and/or speed of light spot, calculates the average of the measured delay, largest the arithmetic mean value judgments about the reaction of a person.

The proposed method of testing the time of the person's response is as follows. Above the horizontal surface at a given height post a video camera and a light emitter, controlled by a computer. Light emitter create on a horizontal surface of the light spot.

The subject is placed in the center of spots. Software for a specified time, change the direction and/or speed of moving of a light spot. Subject evaluates move the spot light and changes its position in such a way to be in his heart.

Move the spot light and the test shoot camera, the video image is passed into the computer, which captures moments of time, change the direction and/or speed of moving of a light spot and a tester measures the delay change the direction and/or speed of movement of the test in relation to the moment of time, change the direction and/or speed of moving of a light spot, calculates the average of the measured delay. Largest of the average value judgments about the reaction of a person.

In the proposed method can be used well-known technical solutions and tools for computer processing of the received video data can be used known or the original software.

Thus, the proposed method of testing the reaction of a person on the moving object has new properties, causing obtaining a positive effect.
