Water bike is also provided with pedal drive including right-hand and left-hand levers mounted on common axle; these levers are articulated with rods connected in their turn with bladed propulsor; rear hydrofoil is immovably secured relative to body.

The invention relates to small-sized floating vehicles for individual use and can be used for water recreation, tourism, sports, fording and as a trainer.

Known Pedalo, comprising a housing tubular design with a seat, a supporting member in the form of floats, a wheel mounted on the housing and connected to the rudder pedal actuator connected to the propulsion device, made in the form of rear ground wheels of a Bicycle equipped with rubber blades (A.S. USSR №761366, IPC VN 16/12, publishing, 1980).

A disadvantage of the known device is the complexity and significant weight design, the lack of maneuverability and low speed.

Known Pedalo, containing a hollow body with a seat, a supporting member made in the form of V-shaped hydrofoil, United with the wheel mounted on the body, the pedal actuator, made in the form of two arms connected by a synchronizer, attached to the case. The pedal drive is connected with the propeller, which is made in the form of two cetacean tail fins located biplane and installed with a positive angle of attack. Levers, the synchronizer and the fins are connected by elastomeric compounds. The housing, the fins of the wing of the bike is made of composite materials (patent RF №2252895, IPC WV 35/73, publishing, 2005).

The disadvantage of this bike is small, the efficiency of the drive, since only the front support member in the form of hydrofoil forces to make an extra effort to create a lifting force at the rear of the device. Hydrodynamic bearing capacity of the front wing compensates for part of the weight of the bike with the rider falling on the front fulcrum, the rear point of support falls on lastby mover and directly compensated by muscular effort, which lastby the actuator is equipped with a positive angle of attack", that is part of the effort is used to create horizontal thrust, and the other part on the creation of buoyancy vertical efforts, compensating the weight of the rider and the device attributable to the rear point of support, and due to the location of the center of mass at least in the middle between the front and rear support surfaces, respectively, the force required for the ascent of the device will be equal to half the weight of the rider and bike, which is extremely effective.

Closest to the proposed technical solution is a water bike "pumpback"containing the hollow housing, the bearing elements in the form of front and rear underwater wings, the wheel connected to the front underwater wing actuator in the form of R is cahow and hinges, and the mover, which is movable back underwater wing (the advertising company's website "Sportmania").

A disadvantage of the known device is the complexity of the drive, the lack of comfort and inefficient use of muscular effort of the rider as to bring the device in motion you need to jump standing on the body, holding the handlebars, and by alternating the application of force to the weight of the rider to the system of levers to create the driving force with the help of oscillatory movement of the rear hydrofoil.

The objective of this invention is to provide such construction water bike, which will allow to increase efficiency of muscular effort, and to increase the speed and maneuverability of the bike, as well as to improve the comfort of its use.

The essence of the proposed device is as follows.

Pedalo contains the floating body and the bearing elements made in the form of front hydrofoil connected with the wheel attached to the housing, and a rear hydrofoil. The Bicycle further comprises a paddle wheel propulsion device, made in the form of monolete installed behind the rear hydrofoil and its front edge pivotally associated with the possibility of relative rotation. The bike also will gain pedal drive, includes installed on the same axis right and left levers and pivotally connected with traction, United paddle propulsion, while scuba rear wing fixedly mounted relative to the body.

Traction pedal drive one end pivotally mounted on the same axis, mounted on a paddle propulsion, and its opposite end pivotally attached respectively to the left and right levers on either side of the axis of the fixing both levers at the same distance from it.

On the housing is fixed seat.

Pedalo further comprises a removable frame with floats.

Water Bicycle includes a housing including a hollow support frame 1, in front of which is equipped with the steering wheel 2 wheel 3 and the rear part is attached to the upper strut 4 and the bottom 5 hour. The wheel 3 is connected to the front underwater wing 6, 7 having a vertical and horizontal 8 plane. To the bottom of the lower bracket 5 is attached scuba rear wing 9. Scuba wing 9 with the two sides of the braces 10 are fixed on the top rack 4. The rear edge of the hydrofoil 9 pivotally connected with bladed propeller 11, which is made in the form of monolete having a variable cross-section and stiffness. To lower the rack 5 is attached pedals, consisting of two pedals 12, the right (in the direction of travel) 13 and left levers 14, mounted on a common axis 15. The levers 13 and 14 pivotally connected with bladed propeller 11 rods 16 and 17, the lower ends of the rods 16, 17 are connected with bladed propeller through a single common axis 18. The upper ends of rods 16, 17 are pivotally attached to the lever 13 and 14, and the thirst 17 (in the drawing the left in the direction of travel) is attached to the lever 14 with the axis 15, and the second rod 16 is attached to the lever 13 at the same distance from the axis 15 in the direction of travel.

On the upper rack 4 fixed seat 19.

The bike is equipped with a removable frame 20 that has two float 21.

The bike works as follows.

The person sits down on the seat 19 of the housing, which provides the initial buoyancy, for the most part under water. For beginners and recreational use of the bike on the frame 1 fixed frame 20 with floats 21, providing a comfortable start and recreation opportunities. The feet are installed in the pedal 12. After this, the second rod 16 attached to the right arm 13 in front of the d 15, moves up the right pedal, thereby to synchronize the pedals, while the movement of the pedals in a different direction they transmit the force on the blade mover in one direction, which allows almost double the efficiency of the drive transmitting force from the pedals to the paddlewheel propulsion as when lowering the pedal down, and when you lift the pedal up.

Alternate up and down movement of the pedal causes oscillatory movement of the blade mover 11. The oscillatory motion of the paddle propulsion in the water is converted into traction and informs the bike forward motion. Movement in water horizontal planes of the front 6 and rear 9 underwater wings creates the laws of the hydrodynamic lifting force. When lifting from the water body of the bike dramatically reduces drag and increases speed.

Bearing elements made in the form of front and rear underwater wings, creating a movement of the lifting force compensating the weight of the rider and bike.

By turning the steering wheel 3 and the vertical plane 7 of the front hydrofoil 6 is directional control of the bike.

The proposed design can increase the efficiency of muscular effort, to improve the speed and maneuverability of the bike, and the surface is to increase the comfort of its use.

The proposed design of the transportable, easy to use, can serve both for recreation and entertainment on the water, and as a sports trainer.
