Acceleration and braking method of diesel-electric ship during its unberthing - approach to pier with power supply from coastal network / 2328408
Invention refers to the sphere of transport, namely to diesel-electric ships. This method of acceleration and braking of diesel-electric ship during its unearthing - approach to the pier with power supply from coastal network consists in the following: before ship gathers its way during its unearthing from the pier, electricity is transmitted into ship network from coastal network provided with extensive section of contact current distributor, by means of pressing against it a moveable current collector of the ship. Propelling motor of the ship, connected with its propeller screw, should be turned on, working from ship network, connected at the moment with coastal network, at the forward running. Then its speed should be enhanced for acceleration of the ship. When ship is approaching to the pier, the propelling motor is stopped or the frequency of its rotation is reduced. After that, backward running is switched on and that leads to ship braking. Current collector of the ship is used in the form of moveable gear located above the ship, which contacts with coastal current distributor. It is placed above the water surface and given the limited extent above the water. Contacting is short-term - when ship is situated near the pier. During ship unearthing, power is transmitted into ship network by upward moving and pressing the current collector against the coastal current distributor for unearthing and acceleration of the ship. Thereafter, when the length of the limited coastal current distributor comes to an end, ship network should be disconnected from coastal network with the simultaneous switching to the ship source of electrical power. Then the moveable current collector is descended. After the propelling motor is stopped or the frequency of its rotation is reduced during the ship approaching to the pier, moveable current collector is lifted and when the gear is located under the terminal section of the coastal network current distributor, it is pressed against the area of the current distributor. Ship network is simultaneously switched to coastal network. Propelling motor is switched then to "backward running" for ship braking.

FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to collapsible floating docks of adjoining water area and coastal structures. The proposed dock features a cellular design and consists of the hexagonal floating modules made from a composite material, consisting of polyurethane enclosure and compacted foamed plastic fitted there inside. Detachable fasteners represent horizontally located plates jointed by vertical rods. Aforesaid plates feature teeth bent towards the module and conic recesses made at the plate centre to receive the rod heads. A part of floating modules features recesses for mooring floating means. Note that the dock is equipped with detachable hand-rails with fasteners. EFFECT: expanded performances, higher strength, stability and buoyancy. 3 cl, 7 dwg
The invention relates to the construction of a collapsible floating berths adjacent offshore and coastal structures. Known floating collapsible dock, including floating modules in the form of a parallelepiped, which are interconnected horizontally spaced connections, educated telescopic pipes of different sizes, the larger of which made a horizontal incision for the occurrence in it of smaller tubes with subsequent fixation (see A.S. SU # 1299893, CL. WV 35/38, 1985). This berth has a complex and heavy design of the connecting elements has insufficient strength fully assembled and very bulky to transport after dismantling. The famous pier containing a floating platform with compartments for placement of technical means and a bridge to connect with the shore (see patent RU No. 2021944, CL. WV 35/50, 1992). This berth has a universal, but a complex structure, not suitable for use on the beaches. You know the link pontoon-bridge Park, designed for quick transportation and guidance crossings of water obstacles anywhere (see patent RU No. 2068908, CL. E01D 15/14, 1982). This invention is a mobile design and allows you to quickly build crossings of water space for vehicle traffic. The main is dostatkom that technical solutions are cumbersome collapsible design, designed for transportation of heavy vehicles and industrial rather than residential purposes. The closest technical solution to the claimed invention is a collapsible floating dock, including floating elements (floats), which are interconnected by attachment points vertically arranged connecting rod (see A.S. SU # 659450, CL. WV 35/44, 1976). Typical floating elements of this berth are of the same shape of a parallelepiped with asymmetrically located on height bracket for connection of the four speakers outside of the box lugs, interacting through which skipped vertically positioned rod. This design, with all the bulkiness of the fasteners is not durable, and durable fully assembled and can sink and tightness of the pontoons, as well as in a strong crosswind, directed at an angle to the collected construction, in transportation of the disassembled structure also represents a technically complex task. The present invention is directed to solving the technical problems of functionality and versatility of the pier, including and adjacent waters, increase strength, stability and buoyancy of the construction of pier independently researched the mo weather conditions, as well as ease of Assembly and disassembly and transportation of berthing facilities. The solution of a technical problem is achieved by the fact that in the dock, containing paired floating modules, which are interconnected nodes fastening with a vertically positioned rod with a head, floating modules are hexagonal in shape from a composite material consisting of polyurethane shell and inside it, molded foam, and the fasteners are removable in the form of horizontal plates connected by vertical rods, in which case the plates are made from bent in the direction of module teeth and conical recesses in the center of the plate to place the heads of the rods, and the height of the bent teeth and conical recesses of the plates is made smaller than the thickness of the polyurethane shell when this part of the floating modules made with grooves for mooring and receiving ships and the pier is equipped with a removable handrails with fasteners. And the fact that the pier is further provided with removable supports with fixing elements for fixing in a submerged soil, and fasteners handrails and supports are made in the form of two horizontal plates, interconnected by two vertical posts with holders with clamps is, deployed to each other, having openings located opposite each other. The invention is illustrated by drawings. In Fig. 1 shows a mooring Assembly, top view. In Fig. 2 is a fragment of a mooring Assembly, side view. In Fig. 3 - the main panel of the pier. In Fig. 4 - Parking panel dock. In Fig. 5 - section a-a main panel. In Fig. 6 - section b-B Parking pad. In Fig. 7 - mounting of additional equipment. The berth consists of paired floating modules 1 connected by fasteners 2 joint 3 connecting modules 1. The module 1 has a hexagonal shape made of composite material consisting of polyurethane shell 4 and are inside of extruded foam 5 and have the opportunity to dovetail with other modules 1 all six faces, forming a solid honeycomb. The berth is equipped with removable rails 6 and is connected with a coastline of 7 removable walkways 8. If necessary, the pier equipped with removable bearings 9 with fixing elements for fixing in the bottom soil 10. Part of the floating module 1 is made with recesses 11 for mooring and receiving ships. Fasteners 2 are removable in the form of plates 12 are bent in the direction of the module 1 with the teeth 13 and the conical recesses 14 to place the heads of vertically arranged rods 15. The rods 15 stagepass and fixed by clamps 16. The recess 11 copies the shape of the bottom of the craft, such as a scooter. The recess 11 has a sloping shape, facing its open end to one of the edges of the module 1. Module 1 having the recess 11, is in relation to other modules so that the lower rear part 17 of the recess 11 facing the water. The nose portion 18 of the recess 11 has a semicircular shape with rounded walls 19. Adjacent to the nose portion 18 of the lower front part 20 is connected to the lower rear part 17 of the inclined nut 21. The fastening elements of the rail 6 and the supports 9 made in the form of two horizontal plates 22, interconnected by two vertical posts 23 with holders 24 by clamps 25, deployed to each other, having openings located opposite each other. In these openings are installed bearing 9 or handrail 6 and tightened the clamps 25. The pier is collected and used as follows. Modules 1, consisting of a composite material including polyurethane shell 4, is filled with extruded polystyrene 5, extremely light in weight and durable, can be transported in the trunk of a car or in a trailer. Selected collection of dock waters mount removable bridges 8 and starting with them, using attachment points 2 sequentially connect each other the modules 1. The number of modules 1 is selected depending on the intended number of users and floating structures. Since the module 1 has a hexagonal shape and have the opportunity to dovetail with other modules 1 all six faces, they form a solid cellular structure that is robust against waves and wind, aimed in any direction. Another advantage of the cellular structure of the pier is the formation of natural lagoons 26 between stacked modules 1 through which it is particularly convenient to climb in the berth after swimming in the water. The floating modules 1, which are made with recesses 11 for mooring and receiving vessels, used in cases, when it is assumed operation of these funds on the pier. Moreover, when buying the pier, you can choose the modules 1 with different shape of the recesses 11, depending on which form the bottom will be used scooter, boat, jet ski or boat. The recess 11 copies the shape of the bottom of the craft and has a sloping shape, facing its open end to one of the edges of the module 1. The lower rear part 17 of the recess 11 facing the water. The nose portion 18 of the recess 11 has a semicircular shape with rounded walls 19. Adjacent to the nose portion 18 of the lower front part 20 is connected to the lower rear part 17 inclined Orozco is 21. This form of recesses 11 provides smooth and easy retraction of the craft on module 1 even teenager. This contributes to the running surface of the module 1 in the form of polyurethane sheath 4. Modules 1 at the junction of the facets are connected by removable fasteners 2 made in the form of plates 12 are bent in the direction of the module 1 with the teeth 13 and the conical recesses 14, which are stuck in a polyurethane shell 4 to the tight fit of the plates 12 to the top surface of the module 1. The height of the teeth 13 and the conical recesses 14 are designed so that they do not reach the extruded foam 5 and did not violate the integrity of the shell 4. Floating module 1 is not harmful ingress of water into the internal cavity of the shell 4, it retains buoyancy in any case, the requirement of tightness is related only to preserve the strength of the shell 4. The conical recess 14 in the Assembly of the mount 2 is placed on the interface module 1 so that the rod 15 was located between the walls of the module 1. The cylinder rod 15 is located in the upper part of module 1, and in the lower part of the module 1 is set in the latch 16. The rod 15 pulls the plate 12 and firmly clamp 16. Such fastening ensures a snug fit of the modules 1 to each other, eliminates their mobility relative to each other in the vertical and Hori the orbital plane and ensures complete safety for people. This is especially important in bad weather, when the lateral wave is directed at an angle to the berth. Cell berth design in combination with the attachment points 2 excludes oblique bends and breakage modules 1. Berth if necessary completed by the rails 6 and the supports 9. Handrails 6 comfortable for swimmers out of the water rise to the pier or down into the water. The rails 6 can be used for temporary mooring of floating structures. Supports 9 install when I want to additionally lock the dock in the bottom soil 10. Thus, the claimed invention solves the technical problem of increased functionality and versatility of the pier, including and adjacent waters, increase strength, stability and buoyancy of construction of berth regardless of weather conditions, as well as ease of Assembly and disassembly and transportation of berthing facilities. 1.
