The invention relates to small-sized floating vehicles for individual use and can be used for water recreation, tourism, sports, fording and as a trainer.

Known Pedalo, containing a buoyant hull, a frame made of metal or fiberglass pipe, pedal drive, equipped with a jet propulsion engine, comprising a housing with two working chambers and the inlet and outlet diffusers. Pedal pivotally attached to the front wall of the housing, connected via a cable around the block, fixed in the upper part of the body, and placed in the working chambers (RF patent No. 2011603, the IPC 63 N 16/18, 1994).

The drawback of this bike is the difficulty in management, lack of maneuverability and speed.

The closest to the proposed technical solution is a water Bicycle, comprising a housing tubular design with a seat, a supporting member in the form of floats, a wheel mounted on the housing and connected to the rudder pedal actuator connected to the propulsion device, made in the form of rear ground wheels of a Bicycle equipped with rubber blades (A.S. USSR №761366, MKI 63 N 16/12, 1980).

A disadvantage of the known device is the complexity and significant weight design, the functions, insufficient maneuverability and low speed.

The task of the invention is the simplification and reduction in weight, increase the maneuverability and speed of a Bicycle.

The task is solved in that in the water cycle, comprising a housing with a seat, a supporting member, a wheel mounted on the housing, the pedal actuator connected with the propeller, the body is made hollow, load-bearing element is designed as a V-shaped hydrofoil with vertically down the tip and connected to the rudder, the propeller is made in the form of two flukes of cetaceans located biplane and installed with a positive angle of attack, the pedal actuator is made in the form of two arms connected by a synchronizer, attached to the body, the arms, the synchronizer and the fins are connected through elastomeric compounds.

In addition, the housing, the fins and wing made of composite materials.

The execution of the hollow body allows you to provide the initial buoyancy of the proposed bike.

Bearing element in the form of a V-shaped hydrofoil provides resistance upright bike, and vertically down the edges to reduce inductive losses lifting force of the wing that changing directional movement allows yet to resolve Hughes moving and thereby improve maneuverability.

The use of elastomeric compounds allows you to start to adjust the rigidity of the structural members, and during movement to automatically change the installation angle of each of the fin relative to the lever depending on pedal effort for drive and speed, eliminating the need for an additional who's connecting parts, performs the same function, which also simplifies the design.

The execution of the body, fins and wing made of composite materials reduces the weight of the bike.

Due to the translational motion of the forward underwater the snout 5 according to the laws of hydrodynamics raises the bike with a person above the surface of the water, because the V-shaped wing with tip 6 provides the appearance of lifting force. Driving wheel 3 connected to the bar 4 with underwater wing 5, people change the course of motion of the bike, while vertically down ending 6 reduce inductive losses lifting force of the wing and the direction of exchange rate movements eliminate Hughes moving.

While pressing on the pedal levers 7 and the fins 10 are synchronously. Elastomeric compounds 11, 12 and 14 operate in the same way as in asynchronous mode, automatically returning the pedal to its original position and adjusting the angle of the fin relative to the lever. By this movement resembles jumping and requires considerable muscular effort.

Braking is carried out by dilution of the fins 10 in opposite directions to capacity and hold up to the required damping speed.

Thus, compared with the prototype of the proposed device will greatly simplify the design and reduce the weight, increase the maneuverability and speed of a Bicycle.
