(57) Abstract: Bees treated with antibiotics from the group of rifamycins. Antibiotics applied to the plate in a solution of dimethylformamide 4 - 8% concentration, cover with vegetable oil and bring to the hive, having between stormtime with brood in 1 - 3 weeks based on 2 strips per bee family force 5 streets. The method provides 100% recovery, harmless to bees, not a long time, reduces costs and creates a threat of antibiotic residues in bee products. table 2. The invention relates to agriculture and can be used for prophylactic and therapeutic purposes when gylcolic diseases of bee colonies. The most common in the apiaries in many countries of the world got infectious diseases of brood - American and European foulbrood caused by bacteria: Bacillus larvae, Bac. alvei, Bac. laterosporus, Enter. faecalis and Mellissococus pluton. Affected their brood of bees are dying, which leads to weakening the power and destruction of the family, than inflict great economic damage to beekeeping. Sick family gets from 5 to 40 kg of honey, up to 0.5 kg of wax, pollinator activity is reduced by 30 - 80%. There is also known a method of prevention and treatment gylcolic diseases of bees on the basis of oxytetracycline, which is used in the form of prolonged pastes, which introduced additional vaseline or vegetable oil, powdered sugar or powdered chalk. 1 kg of pasta take 6 to 10 million UNITS of oxytetracycline. The paste should be applied evenly with a layer of 0.5 - 1 cm on paper or polyethylene film, aluminum foil size 20 x 30 cm and placed on the bottom of the hive. While the pasta in the hive 45 - 60 days, depending on the strength of a colony of bees. Bees on the basis of reflex properties, to remove foreign objects from the slot, clean the paste from the hive, and, thereby, maintain the number of antibiotic at a level sufficient to achieve a preventive effect [2]. The proposed method for the prevention and treatment gylcolic diseases of bees is that the quality of antibiotic use solutions of rifampicin and its derivatives in dimethylformamide in the final concentration is vegetable oil, thus prepared paper and cardboard plates with antibiotic is placed between stormtime with brood in 2 pieces on the family force 6 lanes with exposure in the hive within 1-3 weeks. Example 1. 16.06.94, the experience took 4 families of bees with the defeat of the brood in combined form gilzow (European + benign + sour hnilica). The power of families 6 streets, brood over 3 frames. In 2 of the hive was placed 2 m plate size 225180 mm coated with a solution of rifampicin 4% concentration in a dose of 25 mg per plate. 2 weeks - 30.06.94, experienced families clinical signs of disease have not been established. The power of families was 7 streets, brood over 3 frames. The effect of treatment is 100%. 2 untreated (control) families number of patients larvae increased; the power of families and the number of brood unchanged. Example 2. 16.06.94, the experience took 3 families of bees with the defeat of the brood European grilcom. The power of families 5 streets, brood on the 2nd part. In two of the hive put on 2 plates size 225180 mm, coated with a solution of rifampicin 8% concentration at a dose of 22 mg per plate. The third family control. When viewed through the week - 23.06.94, treated the families of the clinical symptoms of the disease not ustanoveni destruction of brood increased; the power of family intact. Example 3. 10.06.94, the experience took 4 families of bees with the defeat of the brood in combined form benign + sour hnilica. The power of families 6 streets, the brood of 3 frames. 3 hive put on 2 plates size 225180 mm coated with a solution of rifampicin 6% concentration at a dose of 27 mg / plate. When viewed through the week 23.06.94, experienced families clinical signs of disease are not installed. The power of families 6 to 8 lanes; the brood of 3 frames. The effectiveness of the treatment 100%. In the control family, the degree of destruction of the brood increased; the strength of the family intact. Example 4. 23.06.94, the experience took 2 families of bees with the defeat of the brood American grilcom. The power of families 3 streets, brood, 1 frame. One family put 2 plates size 225180 mm coated with a solution of rifampicin 4% concentration in a dose of 25 mg per plate. A week later treated in the family clinical signs of disease were absent; the power of family 3 streets, brood on the 2nd part. In the raw family of bees extent of the lesion increased, the strength of family and the number of brood unchanged. Example 5. 19.06.95, the experience took 3 families of bees with the defeat of the brood European grilcom. The power of the 7 families of the streets, the brood of 3 frames. In two of the ze 27 mg / plate. 3.07.95, when viewed in the experimental families clinical signs of the disease has not been established; the power of families 7 - 8 streets, brood 3-4 framework; the effectiveness of the treatment 100%. To control the family, the amount of diseased larvae increased, and the power of family and the number of frames with brood unchanged. Example 6. 19.06.95, the experience took 3 families of bees with the defeat of the brood benign grilcom. The power of families 6 streets, the brood of 3 frames. In two families put feeders with 1 litre sugar syrup with addition of 50 mg of a 5% rifamycin SV. When viewed 3.07.95, 2 experienced families found a single diseased larvae; the power of families 6-8 streets; the brood of 3 - 4 frames. In the control family, the degree of destruction of the brood increased; the power of family and the number of brood unchanged. Example 7. 19.06.95, the experience took 3 families of bees with the defeat of the brood benign grilcom. The power of the 7 families of the streets, the brood of 3 frames. In two families put on 2 plates size 225180 mm coated with a solution of rifampicin 3% concentration at a dose of 20 mg per plate. The third family without treatment (control). When viewed in experienced families of bees 3.07.95, installed a single diseased larvae, the power of families and the number of beehive frames without modification. In the control SEM is eaten only with clinical signs gylcolic diseases, other families of bees in the apiary were not subjected to preventive treatments. During the treatment period (2 weeks) in raw bee colonies developed clinical signs of disease in 4 families, and later in 5 families of bees in patients families clinical signs of disease were absent. Example 9. The apiary 500 families of bees, of which 134 bee colonies with clinical symptoms of the disease, the remaining 366 without signs of disease. All family apiaries were treated with rifampicin, printed on cardboard strips per 1 strip 25 mg of the active substance, the strips were placed for 2 weeks. In patients families clinical signs were absent from 366 clinically healthy bee colonies clinic is not manifested in any. The effectiveness of treatment and prevention 100%. Lowering the concentration of the active substance in the solution (example 7) 100% recovery of families is not achieved. At lower doses of rifamycins when applied to the plate less than 22 mg also does not occur 100% recovery of bee colonies. Increasing the concentration of active substance in the solution over 8% and the dose of rifamycins more than 27 mg is not appropriate, because these optimal variants already achieved 100% effata. The amount of vegetable oil is not standardized due to the fact that it is applied arbitrarily and is used for prolonging the action of the antibiotic and is edible bait for bees. Bactericidal properties of rifamycins in comparison with a known, commonly used in beekeeping, are presented in table. 1. In table. 2 presents data on the detection of residues of the drug in the honey after various periods of treatment. From table. 2 shows that antibiotic residues in honey after 30 days after establishing the strips to the drug in the hive are missing, while feeding with sugar syrup are discovered. This is because the sugar syrup with antibiotics bees has not been spent, and difficult to supply. The proposed method is tested us with a positive result in the farms of Moscow and Moscow region on the 750 bee colonies. The proposed method for the prevention and treatment gylcolic diseases of bees in comparison with the known has the following advantages:is highly effective (100%); harmless to bees and bee products; not a long time (1 - 3 weeks); helps to stimulate the P CLASS="ptx2"> The proposed method for the prevention and treatment gylcolic diseases of bees will be widely used by public and private apiaries in the country.
