Invention is related to equipment intended for tank decoking and may be used for treatment of oil and oil products. The equipment intended for decoking by fluid jets comprises a mechanism for delivery of decoking fluid, a nozzle unit, a cover, at least one cutting nozzle, at least one drilling nozzle and at least one deflector plate for selective orientation of fluid to one of the drilling and cutting nozzles. Hydraulic pulse generator comprises case with fluid feed pipes, cover with discharge nozzles, drive shaft disc-like clipper with circular cut-outs. Nozzle inner surface is provided with lengthwise ribbing with cross-section shaped to equal sectors of circle with central angle of 60 degrees with truncated vertices.

EFFECT: more efficient effects of pulse jet owing to separate pulses swirled around lengthwise axis.

The invention relates to a device for generating pulses of liquid jets and can be used in hydraulic cleaning of the surface of an arbitrary shape made of different materials, when creating accelerators for the transportation of floating materials.

Known hydrogenerator containing the disk cutter to overlap the outlet nozzle with a circular cutout with a Central angle of 120°. When adopted, the Central angle of the circular cutout in the web clipper duration full opening and full closing of the nozzle holes respectively equal to 0.33 and 0.67 sec. This gives the opportunity with some approximation to reproduce the duration of the character pulse jets, obtained using electrohydraulic effect (see the article in the book Vodovatova S.D., Kochetkov, P.P., polanin YA, Titova, A.D. Study the transport capacity of the flow generated by a pulsed jet. // Sat. papers No. 58. V.2. The scientific work of the departments of forest engineering and mechanical departments. - Yoshkar-Ola: PLTI, 1968. - Pp.92-93).

Disadvantages are the occurrence of water hammer inside the housing with tube feeding liquid, which affects the reliability of the entire hydraulic system hydrogenerator, as well as insufficient liquid spray due to one-time (single) output pulse jet idcation the exhaust nozzle.

Known also hydrogenerator containing the cover with evenly spaced outlet holes nasdaw and disk cutter with circular cutouts arranged offset relative to nasdaw (see author's certificate No. 1389863 from 25.06.86, class MKI VW 1/08).

The disadvantage is the lack of the impact energy of each pulse of hydraulic jets when they meet with an obstacle.

Technical result - increase the efficiency of the pulsed jet due to the formation of separate twisted around the longitudinal axis of the pulse.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that hydrogenerator contains the disk cutter with a circular cut is made in the form of a truncated near the top sector of a circle with a Central angle of 60° and cover with a console mounted rotating nozzles on the inner surface of which is made a longitudinal fins with a cross-section in the form of equal sectors of a circle with truncated vertices.

The essence of the technical solution lies in the formation of a pulse jet with additional spin around its axis, which will increase the shock pulse energy in the tangential direction in the interaction with the surface.

Thus, the proposed solution has the essential features, the novelty of the efficiency of the application.

Materials prejudicial to the novelty of technical solutions in the scientific and patent literature is not found.

Figure 1 shows a General view on hydrogenerator, front view; figure 2 is a side view; figure 3 is a longitudinal section of hydrogenerator; figure 4 shows a view of the disk cutter with circular cutouts; figure 5 shows a cross-section of the nozzle, figure 6 shows a General view of the nozzle in the form of a sleeve with an external gear for rotation.

Hydrogenerator includes a housing 1 with pipe 2 liquid supply symmetrically located relative to each other, angled 30° to the cross section of the housing. In case there is a drive shaft 3 bearing 4. On the shaft fixed disk cutter 5 and the drive gear 6 which engages with gears nasdaw 7, console installed in the cover 8 of the housing.

On a disk cutter circumference coincident with the circumference of the axes of the outlet nasdaw made three ring neck 9 of a width equal to the diameter of the inlet holes Asadchev, and Central angle, providing closure of the outlet openings adjacent two nasdaw. On the inner surface nasdaw performed a longitudinal fins 10 with a cross-section in the form of equal sectors of a circle with truncated vertices.

Hydrogenerator works as clicks the zoom.

The working fluid passes through the pipes 2 hydrogenerator 1 to the circular cutouts 9 disk cutter 5 and further through the outlet opening of the rotating nasdaw 7 twisted individual pulses hits the barrier. Thus the longitudinal fin 10 rotating nasdaw twists the flow of fluid passing through it.

The proposed hydrogenerator allows to obtain a pulse jet with maximum impact energy in the tangential direction.
