EFFECT: improving efficiency of hydraulic pulsator operation due to forming a row of pulsed fluid jets swirled along longitudinal axis with maximum impact energy developed in tangential direction.

The invention refers to equipment for the timber and woodworking industry, can be used to clean the surface of the stump wood from soil, removal of bark, rot and shallow root system.

Known hydrogenerator, comprising a housing with a pipe of the fluid supply and the number of the discharge nozzles. Installed in the housing plate with holes in it. On one side of the plate in the case of hydrogenerator installed eccentric bearings, which is driven from the motor, and on the other hand, the plate spring constantly presses the plate to eccentricity [1].

The disadvantage of this device is the lack of the impact energy of each pulse of hydraulic jets when they meet with an obstacle.

The technical result - the efficiency of hydrogenerator, due to the formation of a number of pulsed jets of liquid, twisted around the longitudinal axis, with maximum shock energy in the tangential direction.

The technical result is achieved in that on the cover of hydrogenerator a set of counter-rotating relative to each other exhaust nozzle driven gears driven from the motor through the driving and idler.

Hydrogenerator includes a housing (1) having mounted thereon by means of screws (2) cover (3)on which a number of counter-rotating relative to each other exhaust nozzles (4) with the non-driven gear (5), driven from the hydraulic motor (6) via a lead (7) and idler (8). Installed in the housing plate (9) with holes in it (10), one side of which is mounted a Cam disk (11), driven from the hydraulic motor (6), and with another - installed spring (12), the clamping plate to the eccentricity (11).

Hydrogenerator works as follows. The working fluid is supplied into the housing (1) and comes out in the form of jets from the holes oppositely rotating relative to each other nozzles (4). During the rotation of the drive shaft by the motor (6) is the rotation of the pinion (7). Nozzle (4) has driven gear (5) which are fixed to each other. Between the drive gear (7) and driven gear of the first nozzle mounted idler gear (8), which transmits torque from the driving gear (9) to the drive gear of the first nozzle.

During the rotation of the Cam disk (11) by means of the motor (6) is offset from the plate (9) in the side cover hydrogenerator, and the spring (12) is compressed. The coincidence of the holes of the plate (10) with the holes is asdoc is formed twisted around the longitudinal axis of the hydraulic pulse jet. The frequency and pulse shape depends on the profile and frequency of rotation of the eccentric. Upon further rotation of the Cam disk (11) of the plate (9) under the action of the spring (12) is returned to its original position with the closing of the nozzles and the cut-off of a jet of liquid. Due to the tight fit of the plate to the lateral surfaces of the nozzles ensures high impermeability under the cross-jet fluid.

The proposed hydrogenerator will allow you to get a number of pulsed jets of liquid, twisted around the longitudinal axis, with maximum shock energy in the tangential direction.
