FIELD: spraying equipment, particularly hydrodynamics of delivery pipeline adapted to be used in different industries.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises pump, liquid vessel, barrel with control arm and flexible hoses. Barrel includes valve with grooves to provide working liquid jet bypass in reverse direction to pump inlet. Device also has means aimed at reduction of losses and minimization of force to be applied to valve control arm. More particularly, valve grooves are inclined at 60° angle one to another, device comprises collars for valve securing having outer and inner packing members with seats and providing free valve rotation about valve axis. The rotation is performed around pin with packing member. Pin diameter is considerably lesser than valve diameter.

The invention relates to the field of hydrodynamics, pressure mains and streams and can be used in various industries (chemical, utilities, construction, firefighting, etc), especially in cases of application of pressure jets for cleaning and washing various objects.

Known devices in the art: spray gun (patent SU 1528332 A3, 05, 9/00, 7/02 from 28.02.90 g; fire barrel (A.S. SU 1584960 A1, A 62 31/02); a device for formation of a water fan fire barrel (A.S. 631166, A 62 31/02 from 10.11.78 year; the Federal Republic of Germany patent No. 2804844; CL In 05 In 9/00 from 1980); installation KARCHER HDS 2000 SURER (the prospectus of the company "clean company" tel/Fax (095) 234-39-39, Web: www/chisto/EN).

The last solution is the closest to the proposed device.

This device contains a plunger pump, driven by the internal combustion engine (13 kW), high pressure hoses, servopress providing fine adjustment of the amount of water and pressure, and the gun, with controls servopress.

The disadvantages of this device are high cost due to design complexity, a large number of parts and the use of technology, cost-effective only in the manufacture of large series of devices. In addition, this device lags behind in technical the im characteristics of the proposed device, especially in the case of use as part of the proposed device snakecharming pump (patent RU 2202051 C2, 7 F 1/04 04, 7/00). For example, the task of maintaining a given pressure when changing in a wide range of fluid flow device is a prototype might not resolve.

The execution of tasks contributes to the fact that the device for preparing a high-speed jet of fluid includes a pump, a liquid reservoir, a shaft with a grip control valve and a flexible pressure hoses, and in the initial position a line of high pressure hose in the direction of the exit blocked by a slide valve and is connected with the inlet of the pump, and in working condition, the valve connects the pressure line from the output part of the trunk, he closes the bypass fluid to enter the pump.

To complete the task provide bypass of fluids and avoid significant losses of energy spool is made with grooves-conduits, arranged at an angle of 60° to each other.

Preparation device high-speed jets of liquid includes a pump 7, the liquid reservoir 8, the barrel 6, the pressure line 10, sokolovas highway 9 and 10 gauge indicating the pressure in the pressure line.

The barrel consists of a body 1, a spool 2 with groove-conduits located at an angle of 60° to each other (see figure 1). The spool is fixed in the sleeve 4, having outer and inner seal and the handle 5, which allows to control the angular position of the valve.

The proposed device operates as follows.

When the pump, POS. 7, the liquid from the tank 8 flows into naporn the Yu highway 10, which comes to the cavity of the barrel 6. When the spool 2 is in such position that the fluid passing through his groove falls through sokolovas line 9 back to the pump inlet 7.

The valve 2 is installed in the housing 1 with a slight gap, and, consequently, the flow in blocked by the valve openings is negligible.
