SUBSTANCE: nozzle comprises connection pipe and deflecting members formed so that cone angle of each next deflecting member is less than that of previous one. Nozzle has conical body. Deflecting members made as deflecting washers are arranged along vertical axis between at least two fixing posts. Deflecting washers have inner orifices decreasing in direction away from inlet connection pipe. Each deflecting washer is made as truncated cone. Outermost deflecting washer is of hemispheric shape and adapted for water spraying into area located under nozzle connected with pipeline by straight and adapter couplings. To increase hydraulic capacity and system flexibility cascade nozzles with lesser inlet connection pipe diameters are substituted for ones with greater diameters.

EFFECT: increased cooling efficiency, simplified structure, improved flexibility, minimizing of nozzle clogging.

The invention relates to a power system, in particular to devices for medium and deep water spray in cooling towers, scrubbers, installations condensation of gases and vapors, gas cleaning systems, as well as for spraying liquids high viscosity or with significant fractions of impurities.

Known spray device of the tower that contains the transportation of the pipe with downward outlet, which was strengthened suspension spray plate, made in the form of the hanging bracket of the cargo plumb, an exhaust outlet pipe installed arcuate bracket (AC USSR N646190, IPC F 28 F 25/06, publ. 05.02.79).

The disadvantages are the counterpart: the weight-slope, which must exceed the working pressure of a jet of cooling water, thereby limiting the maneuverability of the system; and the complexity of its design, leading to a misalignment of the load-suspension and axle water-feeding pipe, which leads to a shift of the jet and, consequently, non-uniformity of irrigation.

Known spray device containing the water outlet pipe installed under vodopada pipe, a conical reflector mounted on the plate with the radial teeth on the perimeter, placed the top of the front pipe and bonded with him through the holder. The disadvantages are the counterpart: lack of effectiveness of the spray cooled fluid through one layer of spray, and the resulting flame spraying under the spray device is left blank.

Closest to the proposed technical solution is cascading percussion-jet nozzle containing a distribution pipe with several rows of symmetrical holes and fortified opposite holes conical reflective elements, each of which is made of inclined to the axis of the pipe rectangular plates connected at an angle to each other in the ribs alternating length with the formation of corrugated star surface reflection, and the holes in the pipe are located opposite long edges and short edges deflected from the vertical by an angle less than long (as the USSR N1353517, the IPC 05 1/26, publ. 23.11.86).

The disadvantages of the prototype are: the complex shape of the conical reflective elements, holes on Petruk is easily clogged, and the resulting spray torch is left blank.

The technical object of the present invention is to improve cooling efficiency, simplify design, increase the maneuverability of the system, reducing securemote cascade nozzle.

To achieve this technical result in cascading the nozzle containing the nozzle and reflective elements, with an angle of taper of each subsequent reflective element is less than the previous case is made conical, and the reflective elements in the form of washers-reflectors are located on the vertical axis between two or more mounting posts with decreasing as the distance from the input pipe diameters of the internal holes. Each washer-reflector is made in the shape of a truncated cone, and is the most remote from the inlet pipe in the shape of a hemisphere for irrigation of area under the nozzle, which is connected to the pipeline through direct or transition couplings.

Distinctive features of the proposed cascade nozzle from the above-mentioned known cascading percussion-jet nozzles is that, building a cascade nozzle is made cone-shaped, reflective elements in the form of washers-reflectors are located on the vertical axis between two or more mounting posts with decreasing as UD is ing from the input pipe diameters of the internal holes. Each washer-reflector is made in the shape of a truncated cone, and is the most remote from the inlet pipe in the shape of a hemisphere for irrigation space under the cascade nozzle which is connected to the pipeline through direct or transition couplings.

Cascade nozzle includes an inlet fitting 1, the puck-deflector 2 in the form of a truncated cone, washer-reflector 3 in the shape of a hemisphere and mounting rack 4.

Cascade nozzle operates as follows.

The cooled fluid under pressure is supplied to the inlet pipe 1. Next, the stream of cooled fluid leaving the inlet pipe 1 with great speed, circular layers is reflected from each of the washers-reflectors 2 and 3. Washer-reflectors 2 in the form of a truncated cone create a filled spray torch. And the puck-deflector 3 in the shape of a hemisphere irrigates the space under the cascade nozzle.

When changing the direction and speed of motion of a thin layer of cooled fluid, formed adjacent washers-reflectors 2 and 3, each of these Sib reflector forms a separate atomizer. Having its free passage along the vertical axis of the cascade nozzle and relatively large distances between washers-reflectors 2 and 3 prevents clogging impurities of the liquid, for example, up to 15-20 mm, the degree of dispersion is governed by the fluid pressure.

Cascade nozzle can run two standard input pipe. Thus, replacement of the cascade nozzle with a smaller diameter inlet pipe at the cascade nozzle with a larger diameter inlet pipe allows you to increase the hydraulic performance and, accordingly, to increase the maneuverability of the entire system.
