An annular vacuum area is formed by the outer surface of a confusor (2) and a nozzle (3), and also by the inner surface of the cylindrical mouthpiece (4). The mouthpiece (4) has a perforation (5) which links the annular vacuum area with the space of the collector ring. A vacuum is created by an external device connected by the connection pipe (7) to the ring collector (6).
