FIELD: irrigation equipment, in particular, fine-dispersion or drop sprinkling equipment used in mobile and stationary sprinkler units for producing of sprays with droplet sizes admissible for irrigation of wide range of farm crops.

SUBSTANCE: sprinkler unit has hollow cylindrical casing with partition wall, wherein guiding rod is rigidly fixed centrally of partition wall. Conical deflector with curved grooves is fixed on guiding rod for displacement along it. Location of conical deflector in predetermined position on guiding rod is provided by means of adjustment nut which may is fixed by lock nut. In order to form uniform liquid film around perimeter of conical deflector, grooves are provided in such a manner that they do not reach edge by distance equal to width of casing outlet opening ring, when conical deflector is lifted to maximal extent. Fluoroplastic layer is built in friction surface of conical deflector.

EFFECT: increased efficiency in producing of finely dispersed uniform spray, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation.

The invention relates to irrigation technique fine and drip-irrigation and can be used in mobile and stationary sprinkler installations for irrigation of a wide range of cultivated crops.

Known nozzles of the sprinkler apparatus, comprising a housing mounted on the front baffle and nozzle with a Central hole, and the nozzle is made from a material with shape memory with the reduction of the Central hole with a larger diameter to a smaller when heated, and the stand is made of the same as the nozzle material with a weight equal to the weight of the nozzle. Nozzles supplied by a power source and an adjustable resistance, at this hour and nozzle are electrically interconnected and connected to a power source through an adjustable resistance (see A.S. USSR, No. 1616711, CL In 05 In 1/18, 1/26, publ. 30.12.90).

The disadvantage of this nozzle is a low reliability.

Known nozzles of the sprinkler apparatus, comprising a housing mounted on the front baffle and nozzle with a Central hole, and the nozzle and the body is made of a single piece, with the Central hole of the nozzle is connected with the cavity of the body and narrowing in the direction of the nozzle and mounted on the front baffle is made in the form of rotation of a body with variable cross-section, the decrease is of ashegoda to the side of the rack, on the surface of the baffle along its axis is made equidistant grooves of variable cross-section, separated by ribs, besides the lower threaded portion of the rack is mounted in the cavity of the housing via a bracket. In the nozzle on the top slice deflector is made of a shaped recess to accommodate the end of the hex crank (see U.S. Pat. Of the Russian Federation No. 2174876, CL In 05 In 1/18, 1/26, publ. 20.10.2001).

The disadvantages of this nozzle are the design complexity, low reliability.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved positive effect adopted by the authors for the prototype is a spray liquid containing cylindrical body with an axial channel of the fluid supply and exhaust holes on the side of the case, placed on the end of the body by means of a shaft deflector and site adjustment of the outlet, while it has rigidly connected to the shank of the deflector mnogovintovoy snehapanam core set, with the possibility of free rotation around its axis, the deflector is made with curved blades (see A.S. USSR №1613179, CL In 05 In 1/26, 3/04, publ. 15.12.90).

The disadvantages of this spray are the low productivity and the complexity of the design.

The technical result that can be achieved using the present invention, is found to obtain fine, even the rain, to simplify the design and increase the reliability of the device.

The technical result is achieved by sprinkling apparatus of the turbine type, containing a complete cylindrical body with a guiding rod, a conical deflector with curved grooves, the adjusting nut and the lock nut, the housing is further provided with a partition wall, and a conical deflector PTFE gasket, and a conical deflector is arranged to move on the guide rod depending on water flow, guide rod rigidly secured to the Cabinet wall, and a curved groove performed without reaching the edge by an amount equal to the width of the ring of the outlet housing.

Sprinkling apparatus of the turbine type includes: a hollow cylindrical housing 1 with the Cabinet wall 2, where the Central fixed guide rod 3, which is a conical deflector 4 with curved grooves 5, is arranged to move on the guide rod 3. The location of the conical deflector 4 on the guide rod 3 is determined to regulate the offered nut 6, which is fixed by a lock nut 7. Moreover, for forming a uniform liquid film on the perimeter of the conical deflector 4 groove 5 does not reach the edge by an amount equal to the width of the ring 8 of the outlet of the housing 1 at the maximum elevation of the conical deflector 4 and the friction surface of the conical deflector 4 is mounted PTFE gasket 9.

Sprinkling apparatus of the turbine type works as follows: the working fluid supplied under pressure from a pipe (not shown), passes through the hollow cylindrical body 1 sprinkler apparatus and enters the conical deflector 4 with curved grooves 5. Due to the fluid pressure of the conical deflector 4 is lifted by the guide rod 3 and abuts against the adjusting nut 6, which is fixed by a lock nut 7. The working fluid entering into the curved grooves 5, causes the rotating conical deflector 4. On the edge of the conical deflector 4, the liquid is formed into a film, which due to centrifugal force breaks away, breaking up into drops. And to create a uniform column of the liquid film along the perimeter of the conical deflector 4 curved grooves 5 are designed so that they do not reach the edge of the conical deflector 4 by an amount equal to the width of the ring 8 of the outlet of the housing 1, with a maximum lifting con the red baffle 4. The fluid flow passing through the sprinkler apparatus is adjusted by changing the position of the conical deflector 4 on the guide rod 3 relative to the outlet of the housing 1 with the adjusting nut 6, which is fixed by a lock nut 7. To improve speed and increase the wear in the friction surface of the conical deflector 4 is placed PTFE gasket 9, which allows to increase service life of the sprinkler system, as well as reduce energy costs.

Sprinkling apparatus of the turbine type, containing a hollow cylindrical body with a guiding rod, a conical deflector with curved grooves, the adjusting nut and locknut, characterized in that the housing is further provided with a partition wall, and a conical deflector PTFE gasket, and a conical deflector is arranged to move on the guide rod depending on water flow, while the guide rod rigidly fastened to the Cabinet wall, and a curved groove performed without reaching the edge surface of the conical deflector by an amount equal to the width of the ring of the outlet.
