The technical field.

The invention relates to engraving devices designed for machining of surfaces of solid materials.

The prior art.

Known engraving device includes a base with a fixed rack, to which is attached one end of a flat spring, and the other with one end of the l-shaped yoke of an electromagnet attached to the plate rigidly mounted on the base. To the other end of the l-shaped yoke attached to the collet, which features a percussion instrument in the form of needles with a diamond tip, on the basis of the control-Cam installed the bearing is fixed by the screw, with the ability to track topography of the workpiece, the gap between the workpiece and the point of the needle should be less than 0.02 mm, with the possibility of transmission of color without distortion (RF patent for useful model №67926, IPC WV 3/00 (2006.01), 2007 [1]).

Another disadvantage of this remains similar fastening the second magnets of the adjusting elements. It also complicates the design and reduces the reliability of the device.

The third disadvantage of this analogue is the location of the magnets close to the granite stone that increases the likelihood of clogging imagning gap.

Engraving device In the set of essential characteristics is the closest device to the same destination to the claimed engraving device. He therefore adopted as a prototype.

Disclosure of the invention.

The technical result provided by the claimed invention is to simplify the construction and increase the stability of engraving devices.

The invention consists in that the engraving device includes a housing with fixed therein stepper motor, the axis of which a drummer with a diamond needle, to which is rigidly fixed per the first and second magnets. The device includes a third and fourth magnets, oriented relative to the first and second magnets so that the first and third and second and fourth magnets act on each other pairwise repulsive. While the first and second magnets attached to the drummer on the right and left of said axis, and the third and fourth magnets fixed to the housing. While the first and second and third and fourth magnets pairs are oriented relative to each other so that the said repulsive force of their interaction have a component lying in the plane of motion of the striker.

The first and second and third and fourth magnets are preferably in pairs are oriented relative to each other so that the aforementioned repulsive force of their interaction was completely lying in the plane of motion of the striker.

It is advisable that the first and second magnets are fixed to the drummer at the same distance from said axis.

The first and second magnets can be mounted on top of the drummer, and the third and fourth magnets - from the bottom to the continuation of the upper cover or rigidly fixed to the body strap. Thus the third and fourth magnets should be secured over the first and second magnets, respectively.

Preferably the first and second magnets are placed in the planting holes inside the drummer, and the third and fourth magnets are placed in the planting holes inside of a bar, which is rigidly fixed to the housing. Embodiments of the invention.

Engraving device includes fixed in the housing (1) stepper motor (2), axis (3) which is fixed a horizontal impactor (4) with a diamond needle (5) (figure 1).

Examples of specific performance.
