Method of monitoring of information about user preferences on the basis of the analysis of the perception of their content, described by that uses recording devices users and the server that stores information about users, including the identification data programmed to create information models user preferences on the basis of processing of the information on assessments of the users of their emotional experiences during the consumption of content, method includes a pre-creation of information temporal model of content that contains identification data of the content and metadata, consisting of time zones and associated with these areas of metadata, and storing it on the server, the method also includes user authentication on the server; the server that user to the list of contents, available for consumption; the choice of the user content from the list by passing the information about the selected content on the server; use of user content with fixing the assessments of his emotional experiences with the input of the recorder of one of the proposed assessments; departure by the register of these estimates to the server; agregatia the server received from users of information about assessments; formation server information models of user preferences on the basis of processing of the information about users, information temporary content models and aggregated information on recorded assessments.
