FIELD: explosives. SUBSTANCE: high-explosive composition for equipping ammunitions through pouring contains ceresin (fusible base), hexogen, aluminum, and granulated ammonium nitrate or ammonium nitrate with 19-18% potassium nitrate with granule size 1-4 mm. Ceresin utilized may have dropping temperature 70-85°C. EFFECT: enhanced resistance of composition against chock-wave action. 2 cl, 1 tbl
The present invention relates to the field of explosives. Claimed castable high explosive explosive composition advanced security. One of the urgent tasks in the field of mixed explosives (e) at present is the development of formulations with high resistance to external influences, especially to the action of a shock wave (HC). Such EXPLOSIVES are required to create the so-called ammunition low risk. To assess the shock wave sensitivity CENTURIES (UHF) in the domestic and world practice the method of test Gap Test, which determines the value of the critical pressure for initiating EXPLOSIVES (RCrete). The higher the value of PCretethe lower UHF composition. Another important objective is to reduce the cost of the BB, which could to some extent reduce the cost of ammunition. These tasks relate to the full blast of explosive compositions where high efficiency is achieved primarily due to the increase in the composition of the mass fraction of aluminum, which increases the heat of the explosion. Famous American high-explosive composition NWH-3 (TNT - 29%, RDX - 31%, aluminum - 35%, wax phlegmatizer - 5%), in which TNT and phlegmatizer are melting molding basis, and RDX and aluminum energy fillers ["Encyclopedia of Explosives andRelated Items., Patr 2700, volume 7. Picatinny Arsenal, Dover, New Jersey, USA, 1975"]. His RCreteis 39 kbar, which corresponds to the average level UHF. The composition NWH-3 adopted us for the prototype. The technical objective of the claimed invention is to provide a composition which overcomes the prototype on the value of the critical pressure for the initiation and at the same time cheaper. The technical result is achieved by using as the heat injection basics of composition of natural ceresin, the introduction of an additional component - granulated ammonium nitrate (ammonium nitrate or ammonium nitrate with 10-18% of potassium nitrate with a granule size of 1-4 mm, and the choice of the optimum ratio of components. We offer high-explosive explosive composition for equipment ammunition shading contains ceresin as fuse bases, RDX, aluminum and granulated ammonium nitrate or ammonium nitrate with 10-18% of potassium nitrate with a granule size of 1-4 mm in the following ratio of components (wt.%):
Studies have shown that the use of inert plastic fuse bases (ceresin) instead of TNT has a profound phlegmatizers effect on sensitive component RDX and thereby reduces its susceptibility to a shock wave. The introduction of the ammonium nitrate or ammonium nitrate with the addition of potassium nitrate) has several goals. First, an oxidizer such as ammonium nitrate, compensates for the decrease in energy caused by the use of inert ceresin. Secondly, it was found that the use of granulated form (size industrial granules of ammonium nitrate 1-4 mm) is able to provide molding properties of the composition significantly lower content of fuse bases than in the case of the use of crushed ammonium nitrate. So, in laboratory conditions, the inventive composition was processed in the charges by the method of free wheels when the content of ceresin 12-17%, while when using crushed ammonium nitrate was required 23-24% of ceresin. Third, the coarse distribution of the oxidant (pellets instead of small particles), in turn, reduces the susceptibility of the structure to the shock-wave initiation. Finally, the ammonium nitrate and ceresin materials much cheaper than TNT (respectively 6 and 1.5 times in the prices of 2005). Therefore, the home is aemy composition has a clear economic advantage over the prototype. As for supplements of potassium nitrate to ammonium nitrate, it can prevent the consequences of polymorphic transitions of ammonium nitrate in the operational temperature range and can be useful in some embodiments of the application. The inventive composition was processed in the laboratory and used for the manufacture of charges (castings) by the method of free fill. For the preparation of the used natural ceresin with the temperature dropping from 70 to 85°C. the Time of the composition was carried out in the melting tank, the heated water with a temperature 84-86°C. the temperature of the melt during the filling was 82-85°C. identified the main explosive characteristics and critical pressure of initiation of variations of the prototype and which are listed in the table.
These tables confirm the rather high explosive characteristics of the variants of the claimed composition. Values of PCretecomposition (52-57 kbar) are significantly higher than the values for the prototype (39 kbar), which proves the superiority of the proposed structure before prototype resistance to shock-wave initiation. In the research there was no evidence of differences in technology and an explosion of the striated characteristics variations of composition with ammonium nitrate and ammonium nitrate, containing the additive of potassium nitrate. The calculations also showed that the reduction of the claimed composition on applicable components in comparison with the prototype can reach 25-35%. 1. Explosive explosive composition for equipment ammunition filled, which includes the fusible basis, RDX, and aluminum, characterized in that it further comprises a granular ammonium nitrate or ammonium nitrate with 10-18% of potassium nitrate with a granule size of 1-4 mm, fuse base is a ceresin, and the components are taken in the following ratio, wt.%:
2. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that ceresin has a dropping temperature of 70-85°C.
