The technical result is achieved in the proposed castable explosive composition containing the fusible basis - ceresin, ammonium nitrate in the form of granules ranging in size from 1 to 5 mm and RDX in the following ratio, wt.%:

As examples, three options were selected for the claimed composition, distinguished by the ratio of the components (see table 1). As fuse bases used natural ceresin with dropping temperature of 75-85°C. Due to its plasticity, it could provide waterproofness charges, providing at the same time deep phlegmatizers action, thereby improving the operational reliability of the products.

Application granuloma the aqueous ammonium nitrate in combination with fine filler (RDX) allows to reduce the content of the inert injection basics to a minimum (15%) while maintaining the molding properties of the mixture (for free and vibratory casting).

As can be seen from table 2, varying the content of components in the composition, it is possible to obtain compositions with different characteristics.

Shock-wave sensitivity of the formulation 1 was equal to 41 kbar, which is significantly higher than any standard UHF trotyl-based castable mixture. Thus, the inventive composition can be attributed to BB with high resistance to shock wave.

The tests established that the charges of the claimed composition fully detonate after soaking in water at a depth of 1 m in two days.

Estimates at current prices showed that the claimed composition in 2,5-3 times cheaper than amatol 50/50.
