The invention relates to the manufacture of optoelectronic devices, in particular, photovoltaic solar modules. A known profile for the manufacture of the frame of the solar module is made of rigid material in the form of a tubular rail with a groove for installation of solar panel module and a mounting edge connected to the back wall (see Japan patent No. 2001298205, IPC 01L 31/042, publ. 2001). The disadvantage of the prototype in the absence of funds, which ensures reliable retention of the solar module and the security transfer and/or lifting heavy modules. It also does not exclude the possibility of breaking ribs on the back side of the profile or warping, which complicates the installation and affects the orientation of the solar module at the place of operation. A known profile for the manufacture of the frame of the solar module is made of rigid material in the form of a tubular rail with a groove for installation of solar panel module and a mounting edge connected to the back wall, and the wall of the tubular slats, one of the edges of the specified slot, thickened and has on the surface inside the cavity of the bevel, and in the cavity on the inner surface of the side wall of the tubular slats made nests for installation of fasteners (see patent EP No. 1418627, IPC H01L 31/042, publ. 2004). The profile is composed of the manufacture, the use of fastening means as screws increases the complexity of manufacturing the frame of the solar module. The uneven weight distribution of the parts of the module with front and back sides when applying the known profile does not exclude a fracture of the ribs or its curvature. The low reliability of the design, the risk of restricted its use for the manufacture of frames of large-size modules. A known profile for the manufacture of the frame of the solar module is made of rigid material in the form of a tubular rail with a groove for installation of solar panel module and a cavity for mounting protrusions corner clamps the frame of the solar module (see German patent No. 36115422, IPC H01L 31/042, publ. 2001 - prototype). The profile does not provide fast Assembly framing the sun through the use of corner clamps with screw connection. However, it is suitable for solar modules of small size. The disadvantage of this profile is that it is not very secure retention of large solar modules when moving and/or lifting to the site, for example on the roof of a residential building. This reduces the ease of use and limits its application. The technical result of the invention to increase the reliability of the design, ensuring Bezopasnost the convenient holding of large-size modules when moving and/or lifting to the place of operation, safety improvement works on installation of solar panels. Additional technical result is ease of manufacture and Assembly efficiency of the solar module framing due to the possibility of the execution frame of the solar module without the use of screw connections. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the profile for the manufacture of the frame of the solar module is made of rigid material in the form of a tubular rail with a groove for installation of solar panel module and a mounting edge connected to the back wall, put the rib, United with mounting edge throughout its length, and the back wall of the tubular slats made thickened. Preferably the mounting rib run length not less than thirty millimeters, the rib positioned perpendicular thereto and to comply with the height from three to five millimeters. Suitable thickness of the back wall of the tubular rails to do exceeding the thickness of the remaining walls of the profile 1.2-1.5 times. Suitable tubular rail section to comply with the cavity of rectangular shape. Preferably in the cavity of a tubular rail having means to interlock with the protrusions of the corner tabs of the frame of the solar module, representing a protrusion and a depression made accordingly on her wew the indoor opposite side surfaces. The analysis of the prior art, including searching by the patent and scientific and technical information sources and identify sources that contain information about the analogs of the invention, allows to establish that the applicant is not found technical solutions, characterized by signs, identical to all the essential features of the claimed invention. On this basis it is concluded that the proposed solution meets the criterion of "inventive step". Figure 1 depicts a General view profile for manufacturing the frame of the solar module. Figure 2 shows the profile (right side view). Figure 3 shows the angular connecting clamp for connection of the segments of the profiles in the frame of the solar module. Figure 4 pictures the em layout segment profiles and angular docking clamps in front of their compound for the manufacture of the frame of the solar module. Figure 5 shows the profile in the section. 6 depicts a solar module with a frame made with application of the proposed profile. Profile for manufacturing the frame of the solar module is made of rigid material in the form of a tubular rail 1 with external mounting rib 2 and the groove 3 (1, 2, 5), made with the possibility of installation panel 4 solar modules (6). Profile mounting rib 2 is connected to one pair of adjacent walls 5, 6 of the tubular rail 1. Another pair of adjacent walls 7, 8 of the tubular rail 1 is connected with the bottom part 9 of the groove 3. The groove 3 has a rib 10 that is parallel to the wall 8 of the tubular rail 1, with the specified wall 8 is its other edge. The outer surface of the ribs 10 of the groove 3 is the outer surface 11 of the frame of the solar module 12 (6). To increase the rigidity of the profile to create solar modules with a large surface area (>2 m2) mounting rib 2 is made in one piece with the edge 13 of rigidity, and the wall 6 of the tubular rail 1 (on the back wall of the profile) is made thick, and the thickness (d) of the specified wall 6 is greater than the thickness of the remaining walls of the profile 1.2-1.5 times. The edge 13 of stiffness (figure 1) is located at an angle to the mounting edge 2 over its entire length (N) for secure retention module when the transfer and installation (Fig 1, 2) and has a height (h) from 3 d is 5 mm for reliable retention of the solar module, but not more than 5 mm for quick and easy installation of the solar module 12 to the place of operation. When the height (h) less than 3 mm edge 13 of rigidity does not provide a reliable grip profile with your fingers when moving the solar module 12. Ideally, the mounting rib 2 has a length of 15-20 mm and formed with a thickened wall 6 of the rear wall of the profile, and the edge 3 of rigidity is at an angle to the mounting edge 2, in particular, 90 degrees (figure 1). The presence in the profile thickened wall 6 and the ribs 13 of the stiffening promotes the exception of deflections, buckling, fracture profile from the back side under the influence of increased weight panel 4 large area. In the profile of the tubular rail 1 is made with a cavity of rectangular cross-section, with its wall 7 and connected with her bottom part 9 of the groove 3 for installation of panel 4 solar module form the side wall of the profile length S (Fig 1). Tubular rail 1 in a cavity on the inner surface is opposite the cavity 14 and projections 15, which by means of coupling with the protrusions 16 of the angular expansion of the retainer 17 (3) in the frame of the solar module 12. The proposed profile for the manufacture of solar module used in the following way. The frame is made of horizontal segments 18, 19 profile and vertical lines 20, 21 of the profile (figure 4), with the bevels on them is anzah at an angle of 45 degrees. In the groove 3 of the profile seal the edge of the installed panel 4 of the solar module 12. These segments 18, 19, 20, 21 of the frame are interconnected by setting the protrusions 16 of the four corner connecting tabs 17 in the cavity of the tubular rails 1 of the respective segments 18 and 21, 21 and 19, 19 and 20, 20 and 18 of the frame in such a way that formed a secure grip protrusions 16 with the respective cavities 14 and projections 15 in the cavity of the tubular rails 1. Solar module 12 with the proposed profile as its framing is shown in Fig.6. The solar module 12 is conveniently moved into position into the working position by gripping fingers for mounting the rib 2 and rib 13 of rigidity. The edge 13 of the stiffness prevents the slipping of the fingers and ensures secure retention of the solar module 12 during the transfer. Thickened wall 6 and the edge 13 of rigidity ensures a uniform distribution of the weight of the parts of the solar module 12 with front and back sides, which also eliminates the bending and warping of its surfaces during transportation, transfer, installation, and at the same time eliminates the possibility of scrapping the mounting ribs 2 with manual transfer of the solar module 12. Easy reliable retention of the solar module with manual transfer provides ease and speed of installation, repair, dismantling. The rigidity of the structure, the AI back side of the proposed profile eliminates warping and bending its surface and the scrapping of the mounting ribs, which ensures durability of the solar module and its correct orientation in the working position. 1.
