The invention relates to the manufacture of optoelectronic devices, particularly photovoltaic (PV) solar modules.

Known application for the composite photovoltaic modules profiles in the form of a complex flanges with longitudinal grooves for installation of sealed solar panel with locking profiles of the elements (see the Federal Republic of Germany patent No. 3611542, H 01 L 31/04, publ. 1987).

The structural complexity of the profile determines the complexity and bulkiness of the composite design of the PV module. Joining adjacent panels in a composite photovoltaic module using a large number of profiles, bordering each solar cell, and for docking profiles of adjacent panels is necessary to use a large number of locking elements.

A known profile for the manufacture of the frame of the solar module is made of rigid material and having the form of a channel with multiple edges, forming the working grooves, one of which is to install a solar panel module, the other two are for the installation of fastening elements with the width of the groove for installation of solar panel module does not exceed 5.5 mm, width not exceeding 38 mm, side channels for attaching the frame of the solar module to a workplace has a height of not more than 20 mm, and the basics for installation of fasteners have a seat diameter not exceeding 4 mm (see certificate of utility model of the Russian Federation No. 20197, publ. 2001).

This profile due to its robustness, high reliability suitable for the manufacture of composite frames of solar modules with a large work surface, but there are no profiles that connect adjacent panels in such a composite module.

Known profile in the form of strips with longitudinal grooves on two opposite sides for mounting adjacent panels made with the possibility of connection to the composite frame of the solar module fixing elements made in the form of self-cutting screws installed along the axis of the profile (see RF patent №2066502, H 01 L 31/042, publ. 1996 - prototype).

A known profile for fastening adjacent panels does not provide a sufficient degree of reliability of the composite solar module with its big dimensions. In addition, this profile is not suitable for use with a frame module certificate No. 20197.

The invention solves the problem of creating a simple profile for high-power (up to 150 W) composite solar module that enables quick reliable connection of adjacent panels with profile frames (without further modification) with a low consumption of sealant.

This object is achieved in that the profile for the composite solar module, the implementation is built from rigid material with opposite grooves for installation of adjacent panels with the possibility of installing fasteners in the Assembly framing composite solar module, has two opposite groove for installation of fastening elements on the respective sides with grooves for fixing the edges of adjacent panels.

Suitable profile to perform in the form of a beam.

Preferably the profile to do with height no more than 16 millimeters.

Preferably the profile to perform a width not exceeding 16 mm.

Appropriate width of the grooves for fixing the edges of the adjacent panels to perform not more than 6.5 mm.

Suitable grooves for fixing the edges of the adjacent panels to perform with the concavity on the inner opposite surfaces with a radius of not more than 1.5 mm and corner rounding.

Suitable grooves for installation of fasteners to comply with the landing spot with a diameter of not more than 3.6 mm.

Preferably the slots for the installation of fastening elements positioned symmetrically with respect to the vertical axis.

The analysis of the prior art, including searching by the patent and scientific and technical information sources and identify sources that contain information about the analogs of the invention, allows to establish that the applicants technical solutions are not found, which is characterized by signs, identical to all the essential features of the claimed invention. The definition from the list of identified unique prototype helped find out the ü set of essential (with respect to perceived by the applicant to the technical result) distinguishing features of the claimed object, set forth in the claims. Therefore, the claimed invention meets the requirement of "novelty" under the current law. Information about the popularity of the distinctive features in the complex of symptoms known technical solutions to achieve the same as the claimed device, the positive effect is not there. Based on this the conclusion that the proposed solution meets the criterion of "inventive step".

Figure 1 presents the proposed profile in the section.

Figure 2 shows the profile in the composite solar module for connecting adjacent panels in a common frame.

Figure 3 depicts a view A-a in figure 2 (view profile top in the composite solar module in section).

Figure 4 depicts a view B-B in figure 2 (view profile side in the composite solar module in section).

Profile 1 for the composite solar module is made (figure 1) in the form of a beam (Reiki) of hard material, in particular aluminum, and is symmetrically located relative to the vertical axis of the ribs 2, 3, 4, which form on the respective opposite sides of the grooves 5, 6 for fixing the edges of the adjacent panels with photovoltaic cells and opposite the grooves 7, 8 for installation of fasteners, such as self-tapping screws.

In profile 1 slots 5, 6, under installation of Minich panels 10, 11 have a concavity on the inner opposite surfaces of radius R1 is not more than 1.5 mm and the corner rounding radius R2 is not less than 0.6 millimeters, which ensures reliable fixing of panels with sealant. The grooves 7, 8 for the installation of fasteners in the form of screws are located symmetrically relative to the vertical axis of the profile 1 and is made with a mounting seat with a diameter of not more than 3.6 mm.

The dimensions of the profile 1 with a width S and height H of not more than 16 mm, the length thereof corresponds to (2) linear dimension (height h) of the working surface of the composite solar module 9. The shape and size of the profile 1 is optimized to ensure high reliability and efficiency of the flow of the sealant when installing the panels 10, 11 composite solar module 9.

Profile 1 is used in the composite solar module 9 (2) for the connection, in particular, adjacent panels 10, 11 with their General frame consisting of identical shape horizontally and vertically profiles 12, 13 (Fig 3) with a groove 14 for placing the edges of these panels 10, 11 and grooves 15, 16 for the installation of fastening elements.

In profile 1 for connecting adjacent panels 10, 11 and the profiles 12, 13 for framing compound module 9 corresponding slots 5, 6 and the groove 14 to accommodate the edges of the panels 10, 11 are made of a width not exceeding 6,5 mm

Application profile 1 is as follows. Part of the cut profile 1 of a given length are used for joining adjacent panels 10, 11 in the General frame of the composite solar module 9 by fasteners, such as screws 17, mounted in corresponding slots 7, 8 profile 1 (figure 3).

The proposed profile provides a convenient and more reliable than in the prototype, the fastening of the panels in the composite solar module, applying a small amount of sealant. The optimal shape and size allow you to use it without finishing another profile for framing, which allows to simplify Assembly, reduce the complexity and cost of manufacturing a compound solar module. The profile of the proposed design allows you to create widescreen portable composite solar modules with a capacity of not less than 150 watts.
