The invention relates to the extrusion technique and is intended for the production of feed components of animal feed from raw materials of high humidity. The extruder includes a housing with a matrix and screw with the blades separated educated washer and ring compression valves, of which the last end of the auger has a plot with non-continuous blades and the plot with solid blades. The plot with solid blades placed after the plot with non-continuous blades in the direction of the matrix. The hydraulic radius of the cavity of each subsequent compression of the seal in the same direction increases. The invention relates to the extrusion technique, and so is xtrader (Zhislin J. M. The extruder operates as follows. For effective heat of compression rings 7 the outer surface of the body covered with a layer of heat-conductive material 10, which transfers heat from the compression bolt on correspodinly heat loss to the atmosphere case outside covered with a layer of insulating material 11.

Thus, the inventive design of the extruder allows you to dry and ekstradiroval in cooking and hot moisture regimes materials sterilizing them without entering additional operations pre-drying and without expending additional energy.
